Everyone is very pleasant. I got a very thorough exam with some new technology since my last visit. I was lucky and my prescription hardly changed and was told that it was up to me if I wanted to get new glasses, but I didn't need them at this time. I certainly appreciate that honesty especially being retired and have to watch my dollars.

As always, super fast, super accurate and you listen to me. I am not an easy exam as I have had LASIK with lens placement in the past with residual astigmatism. This is an office that has been perfect every time. They have also been available for frame adjustments.

Everybody was lovely during my visit. My first time meeting Dr. Miller and he is wonderful. My only suggestion for improvement (and I'm not sure this is even do-able) is to have more of a selection of eyeglass frames that have a subtle dark maroon color. I haven't been able to find exactly what I want in the past few years as far as frame color is concerned. The lenses are fine though and everything else about this visit was fantastic! I highly recommend this practice!

I was very pleased with the service I received. I didn't know who to call and when I called your office Kyle said to come right in. That made me feel good as it was about 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and very professional. I saw Dr. Miller and he did a fine job evaluating my eyes. He contacted me the next business day with the follow up information.

This office is so lovely..each and every staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly and really care about their patients.. I was squeezed in the same day I called about an eye problem I was having. I received a thorough exam and discussion along with antibiotic drops. I was asked if while I was there I would like an adjustment in my glasses... I never feel rushed and really feel that I receive personalized and professional care.

I’ve been seeing Dr Fine for many years. He is cutting back on his hours as he eases into retirement. My recent appt was with Dr S. I was disappointed in the visit, it was no where near as thorough as compared to Dr Fine. I told Dr S. I didn’t think I was seeing well with my right eye, he checked my chart and said it was equivalent to my 2021 visit, rather than checking out my right eye again. A very disappointing visit.

I’m a returning customer with the same insurance I was booked with a doctor in the office that was not in my network and the visit was not covered ! I was not told this until after the visit ! I had to pay out of pocket! I then was given a price for frames and then called the next day telling me that they were not covered as well costing me even more money! They did give me a 20 percent discount on the frames after the fact though !

This was my first visit & the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the entire office was. The front desk staff were very pleasant and Dr. McKinney was very nice and knowledgeable. He is soft spoken, nice & really cares that all questions and concerns are answered. He takes his time with the patient and is very thorough. When the exam was done, I told the Optician exactly what kind of glasses I was looking for & he found some choices quickly. Dr. O'Hara has been my Opthamologist for many years. She has always explained her findings and recommendations to me so that I know what i must do to improve my eyesight. she has recommended medications and home procedures to keep my eyes performing healthy and comfortable. She is a sensitive and thoughtful person and always answered all of my questions, even the ones that were most likely stupid for a non-mediical trained person.

Very thorough eye exam by Dr. McKinney. Well worth it to add the extra Optos photos for a complete exam. He explained everything very clearly and patiently. Plus, defective lenses in glasses that I purchased there over a year ago were replaced at no cost, with no push-back. I could not have been more pleased!

Park Optical is an amazing place, the exam I took was very quick and the staff was kind and friendly. It was very clean and sanitary inside and everyone kept to good standards of hygiene during this time during the pandemic. I was given great options for glasses as well, and was able to select the perfect pair for me, along with matching sunglass attachments and they helped me pick out exactly what options were best for me.

They was great right from he king in and getting temperature taken and wash hands before you get to far in door. They have a very nice shop it is bright and energizing you to a great dr. They take you back for test and then dr explains them all with great detail and finishes your exam explaining the who’d time what is gonna happen and they show you live pictures which I had at other places but was never explained what was what. It appears I have a cateracts worst on right eye so I made appointment with the dr they reccomeded to me to see for the cateract and I go feb 18 thanks for being a dr who cares and explains what is what not just say you have cateracts go to dr to fix. They explained and showed it all to me so I knew what they was saying is true. And I have noticed how bad that eye is since then so going to get the surgery to get cateracts out. Thanks you all and can’t wait to get my new glasses

Dr. O'Hara even took a few minutes following the examination to "geek out" a little about the biology of vision and optical science with me. My experience at Park Optical was, easily, the most pleasant experience receiving an eye exam and purchasing frames I have had in over 20 years of wearing glasses - during COVID, no less. Every person in the office was incredibly helpful, respectful, and pleasant. The examination was very thorough, with Dr. McKinney not only conducting the exam but also explaining the methodology and meaning behind the process; he also took extra time after the exam to explain vision issues that have cropped up during COVID and to make a thoughtful recommendation not only about purchasing new eyewear, but about changing habits/behaviors to improve my vision.

This was my first time visiting Park Optical. I had a very good experience. Unfortunately due to an issue at work I was late to my appointment, they fit me in. I had virtually no wait. The eye exam was super thorough and when done I felt that my prescription would be closer to my eye needs then other places I have visited. All supporting staff and Doctor Fine where excellent through all aspects of the visit including getting me admitted, the exam, and selection of my lenses and frames. I highly recommend Park Optical and will be a return customer.

Dr. O'Hara is outstanding. Her careful analysis of my many vision issues has very positively improved my life. I have improved vision in distance. Further, I always needed "cheaters" to do anything at about a 12" distance. Now, with the contacts that Dr. O'Hara prescribed, I do woodworking projects without eyeglasses.

I visited Fine & Park twice, already! The first time was to see if there was a wide selection of frames, and there was! I was immediately offered assistance and helped by Mike, who provided excellent guidance . His many years of professional experience aided me in choosing the perfect frame: stylish and flattering for my face and perfect for my use! Relieved to find frames, I Eagerly scheduled an exam a week later. Happily, I found Dr O’Hare to be very welcoming at my eye appt. . She gave me a thorough examination, answered my questions and addressed my issues/concerns. I could not be more pleased. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses (10 days out from my exam). I highly recommended “Fine &Park” and am sorry I did not visit sooner!!!!

Thankfully I have healthy eyes, although with my complicated family history and old eye injuries, I find the doctors at Park and Fine to be the most thorough and knowledgeable that I have been to. I am very picky about frames. They have a very nice selection of frames and the staff are the most helpful in helping me choose the perfect frames for my eyes and face.

Don't know if you can assist with a VSP insurance issue, but if not would appreciate if you would pass the following on. My issue is that after doing some research and shopping around I found out that in most cases there really isn't any savings in having insurance versus no insurance once you factor in the premium cost along with the co-pays. In most cases my cash outlay would have been either the same or less for the same exam, lens and frames (that I just purchased from you folks with my VSP insurance) so I'm failing to see the benefit of having insurance at all.

Dr. Fine does a thorough exam, and is always friendly and willing to spend the time to explain my situation and all my options. The opticians who help me choose and try on glasses are also friendly and helpful. The camera that shows 4 side by side photos of different pairs of glasses could be useful but the photos are small and its hard to see much detail. A bigger screen would help.

I was not aware I could purchase my glasses elsewhere. That would have been an option I would have liked to explore.

office and snd attending staff are awsom. visit feels more like a family setting then a visit to a doctors office. would like to see an installment plan for customers who don't have eye care coverage thru insurance.
