Five year client—many reasons. My first visit to Family Vision Center (FVC) was in 2018. FVC came highly recommended. During my five years with FVC has gone above and beyond to take care of my vision needs. Some highlights: ▪️Dog ate my glasses 🥴 Family vision saved the day with replacements (little to no cost). ▪️Frame’s broke. Family Vision was able to repair. ▪️Doctor always takes time to explore my vision needs and explain/explore new options. ▪️Favorite highlight. Recently, I visited FVC for a new prescription. With costs of pretty-much-everything on the rise, I was unsure whether I would purchase a set of lenses and frames during my visit. This fact did not stop the optometric technician from taking her time with me, to personalize my visit, as I tried on frame after frame. BUT WAIT, it gets better! The technician then got on her laptop and performed magic ya’ll. I was able to get two sets of lenses and glasses I absolutely adore. Deal of the day!

Dr. Clay Reber is awesome!! Made an appointment for my daughter and myself. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and was called back a little after my appointment time. The ladies behind the counter at reception were warm and pleasant and made us feel welcome. The Dr and his assistants who did the pre echo screening was amazing specially with my 9 year old girl who is very nervous at these appointments. She breezed right through her appointment and we both purchased frames and lenses which were very reasonable prices. All and all this is a great place for me and my family to take care of our eyes!! Would highly recommend Dr. Clay and his staff to everyone I know.

Oh heck you are always fantastic. I was goofy as could be and I bet David thought I was nuts. I kept calling him Clay. I couldn't help myself for some reason, I was all messed up and dizzy in my head; It must have a reaction to a sleeping med I tried the night before or something. Hey I am trying to proof read this and I just can hardly see anything. It is all blurred. I am really worried about this, as I can hardly see any more. David said I could just add a vision appointment to my next pressure exam in December. I guess that means I get to not see for the rest of the semester. How is that for a review. The reason I was having trouble was me, like I really didn't understand everything. (So I check not really for it.

Eye exam excellent. Thorough. Challenge in finding glasses. Told to check out the back wall. Wasn’t sure exactly which panels that were pertinent. Labeling would have helped. Rebecca was great. She was helping someone else and noticed I wasn’t sure what to do and she told me to start trying on different frames. I didn’t see frames that had magnetic sunglasses. Was told they come in from time to time but go out fast. Was finally helped to pick out frames but all were large. Asked if it were possible to order and was told I would get a call next week from Kat, when she gets back to work. By myself picked out the smallest frame I could find and requested to order glasses for that frame if not possible to order what I really wanted. Jury still out on resolving getting my glasses ordered. Seems to me if magnetic sunglasses for glasses are that popular that you would have more available selection. Also lack of smaller frames means that you only offer minimal choices. Customers?

When I arrived the Family Vision was very busy with just only one doctor(Dr. David Reber) that day. I was greeted by Rebecca and another staff member very graciously and professionally. Rebecca took me back to do some pretesting within a few minutes and then I was direct to a sitting area to wait for Dr. David Reber to do my eye exam. He came out after a little bit and greeted me very pleasantly and took me in his office to do my eye exam. Afterwards he explained everything to me very caringly and professional about my eyes. Then I was taken by another staff member to choose new frames who was very friendly and assisted me in picking my frames out. They have a fantastic selection of women frames to choose from. When I went back to pick up my frames she assisted me with them to make them fit snug and comfortable. The Family Vision staff are very friendly and do their jobs exceptional well.

I heard Family Vision was a good place to go, so I thought i would give them a try. I am glad I did. I was very impressed with everyone there and the care they gave. Staff and service were great. However, selection of frames and price was not the best. After spending $1000 on a pair of glass that I am bot 100% satisfied with, I will not be returning for my glasses. My transition lenses are not to the quality I expected and was never asked how dark I wanted them. Frame prices are outrages and the selection choices are limited.

This was a very good visit for me as I was considering having a "tune-up" on Lasik surgery done 10+ years ago and wanted to know if the risks outweighed the benefits at my 60+ years of age. Dr. Reber identified a condition in my eye health that would affect the surgery. He further identified what is probably the beginnings of macular degeneration that I had already suspected and had been taking eye vitamins to address. He provided professional guidance on tweaking my vitamin regimen and a more effective practice to monitor the condition.

I Would highly recommend Family Vision Center for quality of service, expertise, and professionalism. The staff is well informed and courteous ... none more so than Dr. David Reber, (sorry, he's my favorite of these wonderful doctors). All my questions and concerns were answered. It takes time to pick out frames. The lady helping me was helpful and focused on my needs. She didn't rush the process, courteous throughout. I will choose Family Vision again next time.

I have never worn glasses or contacts. I came over for a "fitting" for my sample contacts. They were handed to me across the desk with no instruction. My understanding was that I would be shown how to put them in, etc. I had to get a friend to show me and tell me what kind of solution to buy. I don't even know if they are in properly.

The doctor was fine. The girl at the front with the long curly hair was wonderful. She helped me with my glasses. The two girls that did my testing for plaquenil were not good. They were too busy talking to each other about having to go work at another office instead of helping me know what I was supposed to be doing during the test.

My son and I have been customers for over 8 yrs, I quit buying my glasses there many years ago because your opticians did not know how to do their jobs ( I am an former optician) and were rude. My son comes in by himself for the first time and your opticians treated him like he had never been there before. Giving him poor pricing information, they said HE didn't show his insurance card. Two problems here - 1 - HE is the customer, YOU should have looked at his chart and consider that HE is paying YOU! Remember anything about customer service, whomever is running your front offices is more interested in having the customer cater to the seller, a formula that will never work, obviously some retraining might be in order here, but I doubt it! 2 - Blaming the customer is never a good move and I don't think management will ever get it! I mentioned the poor service in the optical shop 3 yrs ago to the doctor, no change! I've decided to go elsewhere for my eye exams in the future.
