Very professional and courteous staff. I am greeted and sent back to the exam room very quickly every time. I have been going to Dr. Welden for several years and she is very knowledgable and pleasant, and always takes her time going over what she is doing. I never have felt rushed at this practice. Their eyeglass selection is awesome and priced very fairly for customers. Highly recommended.

Dr. Short was amazing in her care. She answered all my questions and took the time to be sure I was comfortable with the vision plan she had for me. The response time from from the front office staff when I made an inquiry today and was told hey would need to call me back leaves a little to be desired as I have still not received a phone call back. Luckily this is not an urgent matter, but it does make me wonder what the response time would be if it were urgent.

This was my first visit to this provider, and I was pleased with the service. I was seen in a timely fashion, although the eye tech called me back before I could finish the new-patient paperwork. The office staff said they'd email me the link so I could complete at home, but that hasn't happened after 36 hours.

I have scored everything highly on this survey. My only complaint is the reminder system. I get reminders by both email and text and there are way too many reminders sent! I was in the office this week and I’m already getting reminders to schedule my next well visit appointment. I dont like getting the over abundance of texts and emails. But otherwise, i love this vision care center.

I have great confidence in the professional services I receive there. Dr. Weldon is very thorough in her examinations and always provides helpful feedback at a technical level I can understand. I am impressed with the array of technical equipment that you have acquired to benefit from elements of examination accuracy and business benefits on several levels. It shows you are in business to stay in business. My rating of nine is not a dislike. It is rather my disappointment that WE have not been able to identify and correct the source of my ongoing vision difficulty despite the comprehensive efforts we have made. At my age it could be that that’s just what I must live with, but I still have hope!

Dr. Weldon is the most thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant eye care doctor I've ever been to. Really! She is patient with my slowness to decide the best lens correction choices during the tests. I was given the opportunity to ask all questions (I had several) and her explanations were easily understood. Most important, during her exam, Dr. Weldon discovered a critical problem with my right eye beginning to grow tissue over the lens (lens is plastic- I had catarachs removed years ago) and that was causing my noticeable vision problem! She then put me in touch with a respected local laser surgeon to correct the problem. Thank you Dr. Weldon!!

Our doctor was fabulous. She spent the necessary time to discuss various issues with us, shared knowledge of procedures, and was very informative recommending items such as eye drops for comfort and allergies. I had something in my eye and my current optometrist could not get me in on the same day. I called Family Vision Care and they were able to see me within a hour of calling and making the appointment. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and concerned. Dr. Dunn was also welcoming, friendly and concerned. Dr. Dunn was able to retrieve what was on my eye without me feeling a thing. Dr. Dunn prescribed me antibiotics drops and by the next day my eye felt normal again. Dr. Dunn wanted to see me back in 2 days to check on my eye to make sure the drops helped heal the eye which they did. Dr. Dunn explained every step of the eye exam . I would recommend Family Vision Care and Dr. Dunn to anyone.

Dr. Dunn is always very courteous, as is his staff.
