I very rarely rate any business online because I'm rarely so disappointed (or impressed) as to put in the effort. However, my experience at Eyellusion was so positive that I had to do it. From the great staff, to quick and effective treatment, to a polite and friendly atmosphere, I really can't recommend this eye doctor enough! Not only did they match online prices, they also threw me in a free week of contact lenses. Eyellusion is doing a fantastic job!

Came in last minute for an eye exam just to get my prescription. Super friendly staff right from the start took care of all my needs, and I noticed that everyone coming in seemed to be regulars and were treated like family. There was a tiny bit of a wait, which I expected since I came in without an appointment, but even that wasn't very long. Everything was taken care of quickly, everyone was professional about their work, and everyone was so very nice. As long as I live in this neighborhood I will definitely go back for any other vision needs.

Very nice people , they took me in , even thou I didn't have an appointment. They made every effort to accommodate me. As I waited for a bit. I was offer by another nice person at the waiting area , coffee,water juice or candy. The store was very bright, clean , clean smelling and inviting. The eye doctor, a very nice woman as well, took me in her office and she was very professional as well. Very comfortable all around and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an eye examination, Thank you 😊

I could not be any happier with the hospitality and service I received from start to finish. Even though there was a slight issue with my insurance, the staff was eager to get it resolved and have my eyes examined by the Doctor. A snowstorm occurred on the day of my appointment, and I received a text message, email, and personal phone call to let me know that the store would be closed. My eye exam was friendly and very professional, and my glasses were ready even earlier than promised. I would recommend that everyone go to Eyellusion!

My husband used to get his glasses from eyellusion when we lived in Woodside. We moved to Corona and started going to a new place close by. We ended up going right back to eyellusion. The service here is great. The staff is so sweet and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service we receive here. I would highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. The Clinic has very warm, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful staff. As a former corporate executive, I know it is always a difficult task to find good employees . I am happy for Owner, jun Fernandez that ALL his staff are very good. The eye doctor is excellent also. It is rare to get knowledgeable employees who have excellent people skills as well. This Clinic has employees that possess both. The atmosphere is warm. It is like a home. I would absolutely recommend our family and friends here.

I feel you are very professional and pacient (since I took my baby with me who was not cooperating. :o). The only thing I suggest is that you should explain to the patient or guardian a bit more in detail what stigmatism is or why the glasses are needed. Like I said before it might have been over looked because I had a screaming child by my side. Even I didn't think of asking.
