The whole team at Ideals was amazing- They went more than than the extra mile- it was a 10K! I have challenging eyes taht were not managed well over the last decade- so I'm tender and emotional about it. Ashely stepped up and over the top to accomidate me and showed me her amazing skills. They wok together as an amzing team amnd I am hooked again! I lefty after big employee turn arounds before na dno I can say that I wikl tell everyojne to come here. Glasses are personal and for me- medical- I am well cared for by profoundly competent staff.

Excellent Eye Care and Service. I appreciate the care EyeDeals takes in limiting the number of people in their store and the safety measures they take for the sake of everyone's health. Exams are thorough, and the results and information from the exam are clearly communicated. And, of course, their assistance in selecting frames is stellar. The Ophthalmologist is very professional and informative about eye health and concerns. I learn something every visit. The technicians and frame consultants are excellent with fit and alignment to suggest very comfortable frame. But the overarching reason I continue to patronize Eyedeal is their sense for fashion - I can tell them my desire for conservative, avant-garde, trendy - and they always help select the perfect match.

I was unsure how the appt would play out, would it be step by step, would there be obstacles to doing the exam., etc. It was quite painless and rather assuring to see every step of the exam and picking out your eye wear was thought out and everyone's well being assured. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing everyone and their engaging service. My questions regarding my eye health was answered in a most educational way I would not soon forget and it put my mind at ease.

This is my third visit and third set of glasses. The work is the absolute best quality, and their selection of frames is really unique. The last pair of everyday glasses consisted of a cool frame that I bought from them plus no-line bifocals that I use for everything--driving, reading, computer work. Literally everything. They are the absolute best pair of glasses I've ever owned. I barely know that they're on my face, and they work in every single circumstance because the bifocal is placed perfectly. No reason for me to shop anywhere else when I get this kind of service.

This was some of the best customer service I have experienced in the medical field. The doctor was very personable and professional. He fixed my prescription that my previous doctor did not prescribe correctly while explaining the mistake in a fashion I could understand. The ladies in the front room were similarly wonderful and I felt comfortable around them. I would recommend this clinic to anyone considering getting an eye exam. The staff are professional, thorough, and thoughtful.

I was referred to Dr Daly because of some vision issues I live with and he has done the finest job of diagnosing my eyes and prescribing lenses that work for me. As if that is not enough, The staff has really upped my game by helping me to pick out frames that make just the right statement. What a lovely father-daughter duo. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. Caitlin was so helpful and was able to find me beautiful eyewear in my price point. Warm, personal attention always wins clients. I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up having to bring my 3 year old niece in with me. The staff was extra attentive to my needs and provided some colored pencils and printed out some coloring pages for her. This kept her occupied while I could get my eye exam. Dr. Daly and the staff at Eyedeals have always made my visits a pleasure. They consistently have a great selection of the latest eyewear available. For me, if I can't find frames I like, I won't wear my glasses. I have never had a problem finding frames I like at Eyedeals. Plus, they carry lenses made by the best manufacturers. I highly recommend Dr. Daly and Eyedeals. They are professional and provide excellent customer service. A huge step-up from a glasses chain store. The selection of quality frames in a variety of styles is fantastic and the staff is excellent at giving recommendations on color, style and fit.

The staff was wonderful. Dr Daly did the eye exam in a way I’ve never had one, usually it’s quick , quick quick... which is better this or that, This or that? He had me concentrate on a single letter which made me feel more confident in my decision. Ashley was wonderful. Great job explaining my insurance and helping me pick out frames.

Dr. Daly and his support staff were fabulous during my first visit. Very efficient, thorough in testing and explanations of results, and answered all of my questions. Plus, the ladies at the front desk were clutch in helping me choose my new set of frames. I've never had a consistent optometrist, and I'm happy to say I've now found one.
