This was my first time at the Eyecare Center of Wausau and I will definitely be returning. The people were very kind and great to work with. The doctor answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Everyone was so welcoming and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

It would be nice to have a greeting when a staff member opens the locked doors to take your temperature. A patient walking out explained to me about why the door was locked and that my temperature would be taken. A smile and a greeting would have been appreciated.

The appointment was through but quick. The ladies were extremely helpful with picking out glasses and even allowed me to take a few home to make final decisions. They let me know of my benefits and how much I would be paying which helped me a lot seeing this was my first time with vision insurance. The process of getting a quote and paying was extremely smooth. Overall I would easily recommend the Eyecare Center of Wausau to anyone who needed vision care. I can’t wait to get my glasses!

I got new glasses in September, got new lenses 3 times and went back several times for adjustments. They are much better now but still not right. They were very friendly and nice, but just frustrating when you can’t see out of new glasses. Never had this problem before at any eyecare center I’ve gone to.
