This was my first time at the Eyecare Center of Wausau and I will definitely be returning. The people were very kind and great to work with. The doctor answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Everyone was so welcoming and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

There were too many people in the loby at one time and I didn't like that because I am a person who is concerned with health and not getting covid.

It would be nice to have a greeting when a staff member opens the locked doors to take your temperature. A patient walking out explained to me about why the door was locked and that my temperature would be taken. A smile and a greeting would have been appreciated.

I love the fact that Dr. Koerner gives me the same patient treatment as she does her own mother! She is an excellent physician. All staff is very friendly and helpful and treats every person like he or she matters. Thank you.

The appointment was through but quick. The ladies were extremely helpful with picking out glasses and even allowed me to take a few home to make final decisions. They let me know of my benefits and how much I would be paying which helped me a lot seeing this was my first time with vision insurance. The process of getting a quote and paying was extremely smooth. Overall I would easily recommend the Eyecare Center of Wausau to anyone who needed vision care. I can’t wait to get my glasses!

I got new glasses in September, got new lenses 3 times and went back several times for adjustments. They are much better now but still not right. They were very friendly and nice, but just frustrating when you can’t see out of new glasses. Never had this problem before at any eyecare center I’ve gone to.

A few years ago, I had been looking for a new eye care provider. I went according to my in-network provider list from my insurance and came across Eyecare Center of Wausau. I have had nothing but great experiences going there! From the awesome front desk staff who help you get the very most out of your insurance benefits to the doctors who are outstanding and super personable! I always recommend them to my friends and family.
