Dr. Heather Professional and congenial, & thorough . Eye testing examiner gave clear instructions and personable. Reception pleasant. I was feeling a bit rushed by Tech Bonnie..she was rather blunt..about my prescription and costs and a bit short on showing frame options in a certain price range. .but did act on an change of mind issue promptly.

I take my whole family Eye Site vision. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. I've seen 2 of the doctors there, they've both taken the time to give a thorough exam and let me ask questions. They have pretty flexible scheduling and always find a way to fit us all in. First time going to Eye Site in New Berlin. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The exam was the most thorough one I have had in a long time. Eye Doctor explained everything, answered all my questions, showed me pictures of my eye, top diagnostic equipment. Very personable and professional, explained pricing for the various tests. So glad I went there and would recommend them to my friends and relatives.

With what our insurance allows and what I still had to dish out of pocket was disappointing. That would be my only complaint. That was my fault for not asking before the appointment

WOW! The continuity of care is amazing. I saw Dr. Tom Motisi for 20 years, and recently saw his daughter, Dr. Heather Motisi. Dr. Heather was personable and picked up right where her father left off. I have rarely been treated with more patience, care, and understanding when addressing any bodily/medical examination. Every single person I interacted with took their time with me and really made every visit feel comfortable. Interactions such as scheduling an urgent appointment for a semi-severe cornea scratch, clearly explaining the healing process of my eye, and performing an annual eye exam were all handled with the same amount of professionalism and personal concern.

Was not given my rx for glasses amd asked about rx for contacts but the person orsering the trials could not tell me. Said she could ge tthem in tomorrow but I knew that wasn't right. She probably meant orserinf them tomorrow. No communication that any call would be made when thwy were in. I was gieven all the tests but only told they were good, no ezplanantion again about contacts or my unique situation.

The doc was very thorough in her exam and in her explanation of issues and options. I didn't feel rushed. She listened to my concerns [about my changing vision] and proposed thoughtful solutions. The office provided trial contracts, which helped bridge the gap until my order arrived. The glasses selection was extensive, with pricing being average. I loved my previous eye care place and was very hesitant to change, (after a few bad experiences elsewhere) but EyeSite Vision has won me over.

I went to pick up my new lenses for my current frames on Tuesday. When the young lady brought them out to me, I noticed chips on the outside edge of the right side of the lens. The young lady said it was just the thickness of my lenses. I said, no, it is not. I ran my thumb nail along the edge and clearly felt the chips. I asked her to do it but she did not. This exchange went on for a bit until I said I was not happy with the lenses and finally she asked if I wanted to have them sent back to the lab. Absolutely, paying enough for the lenses, I want them perfect.

My husband and I had a great experience at Eye Site in New Berlin! Everybody was very welcoming and, even during these insane COVID-19 times, made us feel very comfortable! The place was very clean and they were obvious about sanitizing EVERYTHING! there was a tray for eye glasses you've tried on, so they could sanitize them before they go back on the shelf, all chairs were being wiped down after visits and generally everything that had human contact with was being promptly sanitized! Dr. Meghan was great to see! She was extremely informative and helpful, she made sure we understood everything she was doing and anything that may be happening to our eyes now and in the future! I find it very hard to pick glasses out for myself, as trends have really changed since last time I had to do so, but they have a person for just that, she helped me pick what suits my face best. I would definitely recommend this place! Overall, a great positive experience,

First of all you emailed my husband, not me. When I arrived I was supposed to know what my insurance covered. I’ve never had to know this as other facilities would do all the proper testing due to my diabetes and medication intake that was allowed by my health and vision insurance . My information was missing from the system and I wasn’t impressed which long my appt was and that no one seemed to be familiar with my medical history. I even had my medical records sent over prior to my appointment.
