Came in as a new patient for eye pain and discomfort and every person I interacted with has been an absolute delight! Not only did they hear my concern and ensure I understood my treatment plan… they scheduled a follow up to track my progress. Would highly recommend this office!

Always a great experience! Expert Eyes has the most welcoming, knowledgeable and professional staff. My family truly feels comfortable throughout the exam process but really likes finding new frames. Expert Eyes has every style and brand to fit your lifestyle! 11 out of 10 in my “eyes”!

The doctor and staff at ExpertEyes were extremely nice and helpful. Just as importantly to me, they were on time and very respectful of my time. The doc and her staff were very personable and took the time to explain all the test results and help me pick frames and lenses that best suited my needs. Twice I went back to have them adjusted and both times they stopped what they were doing to immediately help me. Their offices are clean up to date. Highly recommend using them for your vision needs.

Frames are bent! I explained to the woman giving me my frames that something looked off. She reassured me they needed to be folded a certain way. That didn’t make sense to me, so AFTER I signed the paper and left, I set on a flat surface and noticed the one side is off quite a bit. I really hope when I call I’m able to return for them to be corrected and not turned away because I signed the slip! I just feel the frames took a while to come in and still haven’t ordered my contacts in which I need because these frames are so off. Everyone is super friendly which is why I’ve came back. This time just wasn’t the greatest experience. I spent a lot of money and didn’t get the greatest outcome.

Outstanding service from doctor and staff. Personable and knowledgeable start to finish. I've worn glasses for 40 years and this is the most comprehensive exam I've had. Doctor correctly addressed my vision problems and fitted me with appropriate lenses - finally I am not struggling. Penny and Megan were a delight to work with when selecting frames - so patient and helpful. I will be a return customer.

My eye exam was the best I have ever gotten. Dr Ratz was easy to talk with and explain the problems I was having. Having all the testing right on site was a plus also. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Will never have to look again got great eye care.

I cannot day enough wonderful things about Dr Ratzenberger. I had LASIK years ago that did not go well. She fitted me with sclera contacts and I can see! We’ve been working on dry eye and she never gives up. Always has something up her sleeve. Thank you so much!!

This place is great for people with bad vision, myself included. Everyone is very nice, the eye drops don’t sting, and my favorite part of the place is the colored lens for glasses with transition lens.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye exam. The staff was amazing, so genuinely kind and helpful. The facility is beautiful! I can’t say enough good things about the doctor! I'm always impressed with how friendly everyone is! Even on a late night appointment during one of the worst snow storms we have seen this year, the staff and Doctor were happy help in any way possible. My son and I both had appointments and we never felt rushed. They answered all of our questions, completed a full exam, helped us pick frames and got us on our way quickly, easily, patiently and efficiently.

Dr. R spent an extraordinary amount of time with me due to an ocular issue I was having at the time of my regular exam. Her concern for my issue was very evident to me. Her staff set up two appointments with other specialists to help get me further treatment and diagnoses as soon as possible. I left feeling very confident in my treatment and have no problem recommending her office.

I woke up with a sty & called Expert Eyes because a family member highly recommended them. They were able to see me within a few hours, even though I was a new patient. They even called my primary care physician on my behalf to obtain the referral.The receptionist, technician & doctor were so friendly & helpful. My regular eye doctor was on vacation and his office recommended Expert Eyes. I was having what I thought was pink eye. It turned out to be a different infection, that Dr. Ratzenberger thoroughly explained and treated. The office was so accommodating to squeeze me in and apologized for the wait, which really wasn't all that bad. I've been back for one follow-up visit and things are healing nicely. Expert Eyes is an office I would definitely recommend.

I recently changed practices for my eye care to Expert Eyes due to inconvenient appointment options and rushed appointments. Upon contacting Expert Eyes I was offered an appointment within the current week and on a Saturday! Dr. Ratzenberger was thorough and spent a good amount of time discussing and reviewing my vision needs. After a "new" prescription was established she even offered me a "mocked up" pair of glasses to review my new prescription before my glasses were made. Great service. When meeting with an associate to select frames I found them to be very helpful and explained all options available. I also found their selection of glasses to be quite good, many designed options. I had a very pleasant experience and will return.

I really love Dr. Ratzenberger. Sometimes her staff is not always the friendliest. I understand they work very hard and are busy, but it is off putting when I am spending hundreds of dollars on glasses and contacts and her staff seems annoyed if I ask questions. It would be helpful if you had print out sheets where the staff member could fill in the amounts covered by insurance. That way the patient could compare costs for Crizal, Transitions, etc and decide what best meets their needs.

I had not been to expert eyes for quite a few years due to insurance changes. This was my first appt with Dr Ratzenberger. She was very knowledgable and kind. I was the last appt of the night and never felt rushed. Her staff was GREAT!

Every one in the office is very pleasant and personable. Dr. Ratzenberger is very thorough. The price of the entire glasses purchase was quite shocking. It is hard to say at this time if I was satisfied with the glasses because I didn't get them yet.

Dr. Ratzenberger and her staff went above and beyond. I have never seen a Doctor more concerned or compassionate about taking care of my vein occlusion in my eye. I strongly recommend Expert Eyes.

I was VERY pleased with the care I received ar Expert Eyes. The staff and doctor were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They made you feel very comfortable and not just like a patient with a number. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing eye care.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit. I had an emergency and they fit me in so I could have my eyes checked. Thankfully, because I ended up having an infection and needed antibiotics. The Dr. was very pleasant and knowledgeable and they called my prescription in for me while I was still having my exam. I did wait quite a while to get into my exam room but it was understandable with my needing to get in the same day and there were several other emergencies that day.
