The absolute best staff from the receptionist to the Dr. We were from out of state and I wasn’t sure where to go, I found DuPage Immediate Care online and I couldn’t have ask for better! The Dr was amazing and Abraham did a fantastic job. Liz at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She constantly getting phone calls and people asking her all kinds of questions and never once did she seem annoyed. I am so thankful for the care my son received. It is hard for me to put into words how great of an experience we had. Thank you to everyone involved!

The doctor on staff seemed to be in a whole other world. She was treating a minor and completely ignored me (Valeria's father) The rays were read wrong, the pain medicine was not sent to our pharmacy, did not put on a splint on a broken wrist. A waste of time. Only reason I'm giving a 1 rating is because of the other staff's professionalism.

The first time I brought my son into the Immediate Care, it was good. The staff was friendly and concerned. Later on when he was sick again, I went in & there was a long wait which I didnt really mind since I work in healthcare and understood. The red haired lady had such an attitude & judged my parenting. She made me call our pediatrician instead & they couldnt get us in that same day so I took my son to a different immediate care. My mom has also had problems with that same lady in the past. The doctors and rest of the staff are extremely nice and compassionate though.

The receptionist appeared confused and needed more training....the medical assistant seemed to know very little about medical questioning....the place IT SELF, was grimmy and needed cleaning...I did not feel safe or confident in receiving care here. Staff was unprepared, never took vitals until asked after being seen by the nurses 3 times snd the doctor asked my son to look at his watch to see his heart rate instead of raking it herself and got really because i questioned why she was relying on a watch. Came up with nothing and prescribed antibiotic's but not clear why. Took a strep test and left everything on the counter, very dirty

My son recommended that I go to DuPage Immediate Care as he has gone there for his family & I am glad he did. All the staff was very personable & kind to me. Isn't that lovely to be treated as such when you are feeling unwell. The names of staff: Medj, Abdul, Zoheb & Dr. Cindy. I was able to make an apptmnt. online. As it was a busy afternoon (12.30.2023), I did have to wait, but it wasn't too bad. Dr. Cindy was very caring & took good care of me. Julia at your pharmacy was also a very considerate staff member. She was careful asking me questions about my other medications & then instructed me on the taking of the medication for my strep throat & bronchitis condition. I will recommend your immediate care office to anyone who needs such a facility. Thank you!

Many things were very good. Dr, nurse, pharmacist. Had to wait 45 min Even with an appt. Had to call again because meds did not clear it up. I and my son came in on 12/18 with symptoms consistent with the flu but we were given a strep swab. It was negative. I asked for a full respiratory panel and even just one for covid because I felt something was wrong. I was give different reasons like insurance probably won't cover it which is true. I had clearly stated I had called my nurse line. We have a nurse management line where if we call them and get guided care on where to go it is covered 100 percent. I had gotten everything authorized. I was still denied this service. I even said I would pay our of pocket. Still was not offered any further testing. our mouths were examined and we were told despite having a negative swab we had strep. I do appreciate at least being treated for that but we both were very sick. I finally got up 12/20 and went to another provider. I was feeling horrible. Instantly they said based on my symptoms they would swab me for flu and covid. I and was positive for covid. I then had my son tested and he was too. Imagine how I felt knowing this. I had been around people with covid. Had I been tested on Monday, like I asked and persisted to ask, I would have known this and could have prevented possibly exposing others to covid. I know the doctor and the nurse both at times pulled their mask down once we tested negative for strep but because the covid test was not done upon my request, they were exposed to covid because we more than likely had it then. I just pray I didn't get anyone sick. I lost so many loved ones to covid and I take it seriously. This is my first time getting it and I just hate that something as simple as a swab was denied to me. I can totally understand not being given a full panel if I we didn't have symptoms, but this was more so I think because they were slammed. It couldn't be about insurance because I worked in Healthcare on the admin and billing side.There was cause to warrant further testing because of the symptoms I and my son had. Overall the staff was kind.

Wait time was estimated 25 minutes. My appointment was for 9:55am, wasn’t seen until 10:40am. Dominant complaint was a sore throat and cough. I was tested for strep but was not evaluated for the cough. I ended up in the ER 24 hours later diagnosed with RSV. Could have prevented the ER visit if I was properly assessed for both the cough and the sore throat.

Dupage urgent care was easy and quick. I got quality care without a huge wait and from a compassionate care team. Their online system was easy to use and I appreciated being able to reserve my spot before I got there. They even helped me find a 24 hour pharmacy to fill my prescription. Overall I would recommend this urgent care.

I was the first person to arrive. I needed a chest x-ray. Instead I was charged a $40.00 co-pay. To see and be examined by a Doctor that never examined me. I was asked where to send my prescription. Again I was there for a simply chest x-Ray. I have been to other Urgicare x-rays were as soon as the room became free. It wasn’t final after the Doctor saw my order he immediately sent ma for an x-Ray. That was after waiting for the machine to warm up. I wanted over 1hour. Simply unacceptable.

Son had strep throat. They sent him antibiotics without knowing/asking/recording his weight. The antibiotics dose changes based on weight. Not the first time they have sent the wrong dose of medicine. We won’t be returning.

Very slow moving. Doctor told us she was giving us an antibiotic and ear drops for my daughter. Well when we got to Walgreens we got the antibiotic, but no ear drops and then a steroid and fungal cream. Never mentioned that. No paperwork was given.

Debra at the front desk who handled my case was incredibly rude and condescending during my visit. She spoke with me as if I was a child and I did not feel listened to when I said I would like to see a doctor because I was in pain, she invalidated me by asking if I was really feeling that and to warrant an appointment and not just get a lab test, she seems annoyed by my request. After waiting for over a hour and thirty minutes she came in to provide snacks and water I raised my hand to speak to her to let her know I had to leave as I had received an unexpected call. When I politely let her know that I would be giving up my appointment she was unprofessional enough to cackle and stifle her laughter in my face unable to conceal her contempt for me. And said and exasperated “okay (insert my first name here)” I ignored her rude behavior and just asked to confirm that I didn’t need to sign out to leave she kept calling out multiple wrong names to me so she could “scratch me off the waitlist” as if that wasent readily available information and as if she didn’t already say my name correctly only minutes prior drawing attention to the situation that wasent necessary. Other patients were staring at us and were uncomfortable with the needless tension she was creating. I didn’t not make a scene and simply walked out saying “thank you”, she did not deserve my thanks. I hope trying to make a joke out of me was worth it. Aside from my disrespectful experience. The wait times were longer than the estimated ones placed the website, I saw care faster elsewhere and was treated much better and was much more comfortable, I made sure to let everyone know not to go here. I am a medical student and future provider will not do business with this facility if prompted to in the future.

$300 to not really find out why I was sick. Doctor was great. The lady bossing around the lady who took my blood had unacceptable sanitation practices. The guy I talked to on the phone didn’t have the answers to any of my questions and seemed annoyed that he had to ask someone else. They got al information ..but not list of medications I am on. I was given Paxlovid rx. I am on Rosuvastatin and amlodipi. And donepezel. I was not asked to stop Rosuvastatin. The brochure recommends to stop lovostatin and simvastaton. Doesn't say any thing about Rosuvastatin or Donapazel. So I had to call back my PCP and find out other than that everything was Ok.

So many reasons to use this particular immediate care facility. Reception was friendly and helpful. Not a long wait to be seen. They were open longer than any other immediate care in my area. Until 10pm on a Sunday! Dr. Cindy Wollenschlager was great. She was training Zohaib who was just as awesome.These people are so caring, knowledgeable and thorough. I could not have asked for anything more. Going to immediate care on a Sunday evening is not how you want to spend your weekend, but Dr. Cindy and staff took care of everything. Thank you all so much!!

The clinicians and doctor were very kind and attentive and took the time to explain to me about the low back (where I was having pain). I needed immediate pain relief, which was attended to, and also to address the underlying issue (for which I received a referral). I wasn’t certain the urgent care would treat low back pain like mine and was very positively impressed by the experience. It was an efficient visit and a few days later I am feeling somewhat better with an MRI scheduled to help understand the root cause.

The doctors are good. Sometimes the wait is a little too long and sometimes it is fast. Depends on the shift but the last visit the person working behind the counter was not friendly and made me uncomfortable. She wasn’t doing her job and had us do it all online when we had no signal inside the building. But our other visits the lady working behind the counter always helpful and nice.

I didn’t have a problem with the wait, what I had a problem with was the fact that when I was done with the visit the person that took me to the room and returned after the visit told me to wait while waiting another person came in and told me that I was done and could leave. I left with no paper work (that’s on me) and he then told me that the prescription would be at the Walgreens and I informed him that I wanted my pick up to be at Walmart. I had been there so long I left and went to the Walgreens the technician couldn’t find the prescription. I called back and the receptionist informed me that the prescription was indeed at the Walmart. They lack communication and that’s a concern for me!

The staff was generally great, but I did NOT like the way they handled telling me my results. I went for STD testing, and when they called to give results they said "you have herpes" without first giving the context that it's the regular cold sore kind that 95% of the population has. That's an infection that they should NOT test for unless if you're having symptoms, as many other places do. The whole thing was handled poorly. If it wasn't for that, I would have absolutely recommended this place to others.

However, since my visit I have left 3 voicemails, spoken to staff twice and sent a message on the portal requesting to be contacted regarding the radiograph findings. I’m going to literally have to drive there and get an answer because the 2 times I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. It’s been like 2 and a half weeks. Is there some policy where once you’re discharged they never speak to you again?

I had a very real health emergency where I was previously (same day) at the Good Sam hospital ER. After being treated by the hospital staff absolutely terrible and I was not at all important to them, I was literally just "another number" to their day for them to collect a paycheck, I had to leave after 3 excruciating hours of waiting to be seen in really bad pain. Even the nurses at the hospital ER were very rude. I was in very serious and agonizing pain and the ER just did not care. I decided it is best to just pay out of pocket somewhere else to be seen ( I have HMO insurance and not accepted everywhere) I went to see Dr. Mark at DuPage immediate care for an emergency visit and was seen immediately. He was caring, compassionate, gave me advice as to what to steps to consider next and prescribed me the medication I very much needed until I can create a new health plan with my regular doctor. Also my visit was only $125. I would of had to pay $500 at the hospital ER with my insurance just to be treated badly and maybe not even with the proper medical attention needed. I'll will never use ER again if I can avoid it. I've never had an ER experience before this. From here on any emergencies my family may ever have we will be going to DuPage immediate care if we can. They were absolutely great and I was able to get my prescription filled immediately right there at their pharmacy. I also was able to check in ahead of time on my smart phone. They really saved me that day. I'm am so very grateful for this clinic.

We have just moved to Chicago from another country and my baby son got red rashes on his whole body. We even did not have Insurance yet. They accepted us without any appointments and we paid 125$ for accepting and checking my son and giving prescriptions for medicines. Another point is that they have a perfect pharmacy. Pharmacy attendant is very helpful and medicines are reasonable. I recommend this place for one who need help medically.

The team was no prepared to take in an infant/toddler patient. They didn’t take his temperature or weigh him properly. When they needed to calculate his height for the medication dosage they brought out a black sheet of paper to see “how many sheets of paper he was”. I had to show them how to properly measure a toddler. They then sent the prescription to “to the pharmacy down the street”. There are several. The pharmacy they sent it to was closed.

My daughter was suffering fir 4 days drom Strep throat infection. The antibiotic prescribed was not working. We came in, staff was wonderful. We were fortunate that doctor Mark Henderson was there to take care of her. Gave her 2 shots and a stronger antibiotic prescription. Next day her fever had dropped from 102 to almost normal. Two days later ahe recovered miraculously, attended her graduation, & went back to playing her friends. Thank you so much doctor Henderson. You are special.

Very disappointed, I went to get tested for Covid and a lower back pain and when I called to get my results they didn't get them and they do swabed my nose and get the test. The receptionist say something about billing the I surance when I could of pay for my own test. Now I'm so si k with Covid and they couldn't give me complete set of medicine as they gave to my husband with have Covid symptoms as well. Don't understand how come they could gave him 5 type of different medicine and I just get Codine and PAX. And they didnt even see my lower back pain, the dr told me to come back for it. I was traveling on business from Charleston and I had an allergic reaction to some of the OTC medicines that I was taking for sinus/cold symptoms. My mouth and cheeks were swelling and I was panicking. By the time the symptoms were ramping up, DuPage was the only urgent care open and they welcomed me in and quickly took care of me. It was a tremendous burden off my mind and I was able to travel back home the next day. The staff was excellent, compassionate, and profession. Hours are great (late night after EEH is closed), staff is friendly, place had no ventilation or air on (was a hot day too and baby had another fever), waited over an hour in a half with fussy baby. From patient prospective seemed like if you had an appointment ahead of time it trumped the severity or discomfort of patient struggling (no triage), when finally seen - NP was straight forward and able to provide us with script for antibiotic to 24/hr pharmacy down the block (always take paper script as there is an issue with electronic prescribing, Walgreens pharmacist made comment “we never get their e-scripts from over there”). Also smelled like food and aerosol scent fresheners. Only giving a 3 star for friendly demeanor and bc my baby got the treatment needed vs the expensive ER bill.

I’ve had good visits there but this last one was absolutely horrible. I was left waiting in a room for over an hour and all I needed was the result of a strep test. Dr. Wollenschlager said my son had an ear infection with barley looking in his ear (my pediatrician said his ears were fine when I went the next day). She wrote the wrong date in the prescription and THE WRONG DOSAGE. Thank goodness the pharmacist caught it. The doctor seemed loopy and spent time telling me and my young son about other patients she had seen which was very unprofessional and now my son has a fear of getting a tick in his ear. Overall, not a good experience.

Excellent Dr.(Kumar) ! And courteous staff. I also really like the pharmacist. She’s very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

The desk staff were kind and helpful, but the rest of our experience was horrible. The medical assistant and doctor were incompetent. The strep test was performed incorrectly and the final diagnosis and treatment for my son were ridiculous. My 11 year old son had a severe sore throat and we were told it was teething. We were advised to give him Tylenol and lemon drops as treatment. We visited our family doctor the next day and his step test was positive and he was prescribed Amoxicillin immediately. I will absolutely never return to this immediate care and will advise friends and family to avoid the same.

The staff being friendly and absolutely so kind . Also, Doctor Holterman was amazing . He was a great listener and really made me feel like I was in good hands. I’m glad I made the decision to go to them for my care.

Doctors made our 7 year old feel comfortable and calm after having to receive stictches for the first time. They saw us very quickly and did the procedure quickly explaining the after treatment so we could go home and treat her. I’m very impressed with the staff at DuPage and would recommend this as a number 1 urgent care in the area.

The staff at this establishment are caring, helpful, talented and made my otherwise terrible medical condition so much better. Dr. Cynthia is extremely talented, sweet and she saved my life. Her expertise is unmatched and she was encouraging and wonderful to work with. She helped me be strong when I was in pain and was empathetic to my situation. Also your pharmasist Julia is an angel in human form. She made sure I was okay, gave me her number to make sure I was taken care of if I had any questions or concerns even if she was off the clock! That is a level of care I have never received from a medical professional. She was kind and made sure I was okay to drive after getting invasive treatments for my staph infection. I am generally afraid to go to the doctor but the entire staff even all the nurses to medical assistants were thorough, helpful and caring and honestly a joy to be around. I will always come back to you for my urgent care needs.

Waited an hour and a half for strep results without warning, explanation, or apology. The wait time listed was 20 minutes and we had an appt. Hung up on when I called to inquire about my son’s progress. I reached out to follow up about my experience and no one responded.

I told the doctor that I was allergic to amoxicillin and she still prescribed me amoxicillin. I could have died. The doctor never explain to me what medication she was going to give me and how many I was supposed to take.

Estimated wait time was an hour, took 2 1/2. When we did finally see the doctor they didn't send the prescription to the pharmacy. Once we got the prescription, it wasn't what the doctor told us it would be. When we tried to call and ask for clarity, all we could do was get voicemail.

I love this place! I didn't think I would ever say that about going to the doctor, but I've been here now three times and every time, the staff is extremely friendly and the process is not complicated. It's never super crowded in the waiting area, which is nice. They do a good job of getting people into exam rooms. My only complaint is the wait time can get kind of long, but that is expected with a walk-in immediate care facility. If you have some time, it's totally worth it to go here.
