Dr Harrill is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very approachable. I appreciate his detail explanations and enjoy his sense of humor. I have been a satisfied patient of Dr. Harrill for almost all years since 1975 - there were a few years where he wasn't on the insurance coverage at work. During those few years, I could not find an eye doctor as good as Dr Harrill.

Dr. Harrill and his staff are the absolute VERY BEST! I went in for an eye exam, no waiting in the lobby as I was taken back right at my appt time. Dr. Harrill and his staff explained everything they were doing every step along the way. Key to a great experience is clear COMMUNICATION and that's what I had. Communication, compassion and very attentive.

The experience from start to finish was very pleasant. I was checked in and within minutes shown to the examining room. The optical technician was efficient and professional and Dr. Harrill came in shortly and provided a thorough examination. The office was clean and I could tell that attention to detail is emphasized throughout the operation.

Dr. Harrill is slightly more expensive than I have found at other optical practices, however, in the years I have been a patient there I have come to learn one cannot compare this practice with others. I would call this a concierge practice. They are ALWAYS available for questions and emergency. I am reminded "you get what you pay for". My recent experience with an emergency visit was impeccable. I was seen on short notice and follow up visit was equally as satisfying.

Dr. Harrill is amazing. He took is time and explained everything to my 8 year old. He made her feel so comfortable that she was not afraid to even get her eyes dilated. There are no words to explain how grateful and thankful that we are for the communication, friendliness and the fact that they made you feel like family, from the moment you checked in to going back into the exam room.

This is intended to be constructive feedback to improve your business so please accept as such. My visit occurred on a day where your office lost power in the morning so I understand some things were a bit off. For example, the credit/debit card machine was not working. However, the admin staff seems extremely disorganized. This is the second visit where my "bill" was a calculator/adding machine tape. People need itemized bills to submit to their insurance carriers. I used to get them but have not recently. I'm not sure why the billing system is not being used. Maybe lack of training? I'm concerned the services being rendered are not being captured through your billing system. I did not pay for my visit since the debit/credit card machine was down. I have not received a follow-up call to collect payment and it has been 2 business days which I think speaks to the lack of organization in the admin/office area. FYI: I will call to pay. Overall, my visit lasted about 2.5 hours which is just way too long. I recommend taking a look at the admin staff to see if training is needed to efficiently process customers while accurately reporting services rendered or if more staff is needed. I've been a long time customer and just want to see your business continue to succeed.

The most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Harrill takes the time to make sure that you get the best eye exam possible. I know that he had my best sight possible as his goal and that I wasn't rushed through the exam like I had previously experienced at a chain eyewear store.

Everyone was pleasant and no waiting. This was the most through exam I have ever had. I left Dr Harrill nine years ago due to insurance change. I tried several other doctors but was never satisfied. Decided to come back regardless and am so glad I did.

As always, visiting Dr. Harrill is an absolute pleasure. I spent years visiting other doctors, getting the usual sort of care and treatment, and quite frankly, the same results. The extra time and attention that Dr. Harrill puts into his appointments has done wonders for honing in on the true state of my eyes, and for that I cannot possibly be more thankful. I've come to think of the staff and doctor as part of the family, and look forward to as many years as I can get visiting them.

As has been my experience for years, Dr. Harrill is truly special. He takes an earnest interest in what's best for his patients, and tops that with an engaged and friendly demeanor. In the 3 to 4 years I've been seeing him, we have progressively worked on reining in over-corrective prescriptions from years and doctors prior. I see better now than before, and I have less issues with exhaustion. As a Software Developer spending incredible amounts of time staring at a computer monitor, this has made a huge difference for me in personal and work life. I “had” been required to wear glasses since High School. I’ve been going to Doctor Harrill for only five (5) years, but have over 50 years of experience in judging and evaluating my Eye Doctors. Before Doctor Harrill I had always felt the examiner was in a hurry, some more than others. I just accepted it, but no longer. Doctor Harrill is never in a rush and just doesn’t sacrifice his attention to detail. Everything that could affect my sight is taken into account; plus, the eye examination is comprehensive. Bottom line: My eyes feel great and I no longer need glasses when driving.
