Warm & Caring diligent staff. Suprised at the recent toothbrush change in the care package after scheduled cleaning. The brush is tiny - equal to a child brush head. Seems a cheap switch from the standard adult brush head size they provided in the past. I feel like I can brush one tooth at a time now with it . Hope they go back to the other soon !

Love this place! From the Doctor to Staff, always professional, friendly and always willing to help the patient. Always on top of appointments making sure it’s okay and if there’s a cancellation will reach out to see if anyone wants to come in earlier. As is typical when I visit Dr. Berstein's office, everything went well. Arrived three minutes before my appointment and was greeted by the friendly staff. Three minutes later I was sitting in the chair and being worked on. In other words this dentist values your time. Our family has been going to Dr. Bernstein for nearly twenty years. In all these years, we have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Dr. B and her staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and excellent at what they do.

Danielle the hygienist is amazing! I have a severe dental phobia due to years of unkind practitioners, and not only did Danielle put me at ease, she did the entire cleaning by hand-scaling my teeth, which I've never had done in my life. Not only is hand-scaling more gentle on the patient, it's more controlled than that water-scaling instrument. It made me realize that when the hygienist really cares about their skills, it reflects on the care of their patients. And Dr. B? Well she was calm and friendly and personable. I had a wonderful experience from scheduling until the very end. So happy to have found Dr. Bernstein's office!

Once I information the office I had a tooth ache they had me come in the same day. Other dentist offices were telling me next week was the earliest they could take me. The infected tooth was pulled out and I am now pain free. They saved me from pulling it out myself because that was the thought going through my mind. The pain was nerve wrenching for lack of better word. Excellent customer service and they were great working with my new insurance.

Dr. Bernstein is awesome! She is very punctual, friendly and professional. I had to have a cavity done and it was the most painless procedure I think I’ve ever had. She also works very quickly, which I appreciate as going to the dentist isn’t high on my list of fun things to do. All in all, great overall service. Highly recommend!

As always was staff was on top of their game besides the routine inspection they were aware of the covid protocols and did a good job in following them from asking question, taking temperatures and not having any one waiting around. i must say I am pretty impressed with how professional everyone are in this place. i made an appointment, they sent me an and txt message as a reminder and i did not have to wait long for them to take care of me. Usually when you made a 4:00pm appointment you dont often get called in but this place is different from any other dentist i visited. I waited no more than 5 minutes and iI was called in for my procedure right away and for me thats a huge plus! would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

She and her entire staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She makes going to the dentist almost enjoyable...if that’s possible! My husband and I highly, HIGHLY recommend her and her staff. My hygienist, Danielle is the same way, never hurts me, is aware of my fears, and is very thorough, and professional. The staff is also very accommodating, as far as scheduling. Overall, my husband and myself highly recommend Dr Bernstein and her entire practice. The best dentist I’ve ever had

Dr. Bernstein is an incredibly personable and thorough dentist. At my first visit, there was a very comprehensive x-ray panel taken of my entire mouth, often tooth by tooth, to look for issues. There were 3-4 cavities that my previous dentist had missed. She is great at explaining potential treatments and possible future issues that could arise. Cannot recommend her enough!

This was about my fifteenth visit to Dr. Bernstein over years, in all those visits this was the first time I had to wait in the waiting area. Apparently a new patient arrived a few minutes before me had a tooth emergency. Upon arrival I was greeted and told it might be a few minutes. Two minutes later the dental hygienist came to the waiting area and mentioned it will be a few minutes. A few minutes later Dr. Bernstein came out and advised me of the situation and suggested it would be about three more minutes and she apologized for the "long" wait. In all I waited a whopping twelve minutes after my appointment time (I arrived at my appointment time) before I was in a dentist chair and my routine cleaning work began. Besides being an excellent dentist Dr. Bernstein and her staff value my time. This may be the first doctor that I ever visited (for myself and my family) that does not expect patients to wait for office visits. I think I speak for most people when I say all of us regularly wait at least a half hour at a doctor's office and many of us have waited well over an hour.

I had to have 8 extractions before my full lower denture was made. The extractions were painless! Even when the root of one tooth splintered into my gum - Dr. Bernstein's precision in removing the splinter caused me to feel NOTHING! As for my denture - after a few minor adjustments, it fits perfectly. I highly recommend her office. The staff are all friendly and very professional. After all was said and done I had a funny experience. My daughter needed some dental work - so as I was recommending my great dentist to her she informed me that she has been going to Dr. Bernstein for years. We are both very satisfied!

This was my 3rd visit of dr. Bernstein, you can say that she is my dentist of choice now. Upon entering they always say hello and Dr. Bernstein is always happy and attentive. She owns and operates so i never have to choose another dentist or be tossed to someone else to do the work. She is very informative and shows that she cares, personable. I always leave confident and happy. I do tend to have a headache after dentist work is done but i dont go often so i think that i may just not be used to it, nothing that a few tylenol doesnt fix And then its business as usual. I would 100% recommend.

I couldn't be any happier with the appointment I had at Dr, Bernstein's office. I went because I had pain and swelling in one of my wisdom teeth. I had no trouble making an appointment in the same day I called. When I arrived, both the dental hygienist and dentist were extremely nice, patient, helpful and informative. I didn't feel any pain during the exam/cleaning, which was something I was worried about. I will be coming here from now on and will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

My treatment plan was to begin with the extraction of EIGHT teeth. Since I am an ADMITTED Coward with a LOW TOLERANCE for pain - we agreed to extract only TWO at a time. Well last week's extraction of the TWO went so well that this week I allowed her to extract FOUR at once. To my surprise AND delight - I haven't had to take ANYTHING for pain! I am also grateful to the gals in the office. They send out reminder texts and emails, answer billing questions and call to check on you. If I could give Dr. Bernstein AND her sraff 10 stars instead of 5, I would. My only regret is that I didn't find her YEARS AGO! That probably would have saved SOME of my teeth.

I went in for a cleaning and X rays, since I hadn't been to the dentist in several years, which were completed by Colleen. She talked me through the entire thing and made me feel really comfortable. She was able to answer any questions I had, was very knowledgeable, and even played music while she completed the cleaning. Dr. Bernstein came in and examined my teeth and explained what I could possibly encounter over the years or things she might recommend in the future. My 6 month appointment was scheduled before I left the office and to be honest, I can't wait to go back.

My first visit she came out into the waiting area and greeted me, never in all my years of going to the doctor was I greeted in such a personable way. For both my appointments I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen which is a plus given other dentists have had me waiting up to 45min. Dr. Bernstein was very professional, very friendly and made me feel comfortable, so glad to have found her.

I was scared and in pain, but they helped me through several necessary procedures, which were a result of not going to the dentist as often as I should have due to my anxiety. I've since been going for regular exams and cleanings without hesitation. This week, I realized that for the first time in my life, I was sitting in the dentist's chair without any anxiety or fear. I'm very grateful to Dr. Bernstein and her staff for helping me get to that place.

Dr. Berstein and her team are great! In the week leading up to my appointment I receive reminders via text and e-mail which is very convenient. I never have to wait long before I'm seen and everyone is very friendly. Her office has just been renovated so everything is brand new and she uses all the latest dental technology so x-rays are digital making the experience quick and painless. You also get a "gift bag" with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash and floss after every visit which is great to stash at the office or use for travel. Definitely the best dentist I have ever had.

This was my first visit to Dr. Bernstein's dental office, and I was pleasantly surprised. I visited at 4:30 on a Tuesday, for reference, and for one, I did not wait long until I was called in (10 minutes), which was different from my previous dentist where I would usually wait an average of 45 minutes to an hour until I was called. I immediately got x-rays done, as well as an exam and very thorough cleaning by the dental hygienist- more so than any other dentist I've been to. I cannot vouch for any procedures because I had no issues, but Dr. Bernstein sure knows her stuff! The office was very clean and seemed newly renovated, and the staff were all very friendly, even though it was the end of the day. The entire visit took just about an hour and I am very happy with the decision of going to Dr. Bernstein.

While in the waiting room I was talking to a young lady and I mentioned that I was looking for a new dentist for myself. She told me to try Dr. B, so I did. I have to tell you that I absoulutely love my new dentist and her staff. I had a great experience! So, if you are in the market for a great dentist, give Dr B a try. I promise you won't regret it.

Kim was excellent on the phone. She was friendly and thorough. An appointment was scheduled for a convenient time and she was able to perform all of the insurance verification prior to my arrival. No paperwork on my end! Danielle is an excellent hygienist. She did a thorough teeth cleaning, is friendly and gentle. My teeth look great! Dr. Bernstein is thorough, honest, and compassionate too. She provides a comprehensive oral examination including an oral cancer screen (she examined my soft tissues and my lymph nodes) and a TMJ evaluation. She was able to quickly identify the problem with pain in my back molar which was not identified by two other dentists. Furthermore, I witnessed her interactions with an elderly patient she treated just prior to me. She was extremely gentle and caring with her. I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with this office. They treat you respectfully and it's obvious there take pride in their work.

Dr. Bernstein and her staff are professional and efficient, but also provide the friendliest and most welcoming atmosphere that I have ever encountered in a dentist's or doctor's office. Dr. Bernstein is a wonderful family dentist and my young sons were disappointed that this latest appointment was just for me, as they look forward to their visits with Danielle and Dr. Bernstein. Kim takes that extra step to work with the patients and their schedules. That kind of customer service and genuine caring is rarely seen in the front office of medical professionals these days.

The office is being remodeled and should be great when finished, but the staff and the doctor are always upbeat, friendly and professional. Dr. B is special, the staff always helpful and Danielle keeps you informed as to what she will be doing and is gentle and considerate.

I was surprised to see that the office is getting a face lift, floors, new exam rooms etc. I had a hard time going to the dentist when I was young, I have no such apprehension now. It's painless and relaxing (yes, relaxing) there is a very good atmosphere about the office that is kind of calming, and the staff are great people.

Whenever I get my teeth cleaned a tasty flavor polish will only do. Mint what a bore! Dr. Bernstein has a cotton candy flavor folks of all ages will love. Like me, I love it! Yes, it's true...I'm probably way old for cotton candy, but sometimes I still need to feel 10 again. Looking forward to my fall cleaning. Of course, I'll hit up cotton candy one more time.

I have terrible anxiety with dentist, such that i literally start hyper ventilating and tears start....total mess. They made me feel so comfortable. Amazing staff. I only selfishly wish evening appts weren't what most working folks need so we never had to wait. The staff is so accomidating however it doesn't even make a difference bc they will call you id someone else cancels.
