As is typical when I visit Dr. Berstein's office, everything went well. Arrived three minutes before my appointment and was greeted by the friendly staff. Three minutes later I was sitting in the chair and being worked on. In other words this dentist values your time. Our family has been going to Dr. Bernstein for nearly twenty years. In all these years, we have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Dr. B and her staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and excellent at what they do.

I cracked my tooth and my usual dentist was out of town. Alyssa was the covering dentist and I had not seen her before. She took me in the next day. She was kind and very thorough and explained what was going on and assured me all her notes would be relayed to my dentist. Danielle the hygienist is amazing! I have a severe dental phobia due to years of unkind practitioners, and not only did Danielle put me at ease, she did the entire cleaning by hand-scaling my teeth, which I've never had done in my life. Not only is hand-scaling more gentle on the patient, it's more controlled than that water-scaling instrument. It made me realize that when the hygienist really cares about their skills, it reflects on the care of their patients. And Dr. B? Well she was calm and friendly and personable. I had a wonderful experience from scheduling until the very end. So happy to have found Dr. Bernstein's office!

Once I information the office I had a tooth ache they had me come in the same day. Other dentist offices were telling me next week was the earliest they could take me. The infected tooth was pulled out and I am now pain free. They saved me from pulling it out myself because that was the thought going through my mind. The pain was nerve wrenching for lack of better word. Excellent customer service and they were great working with my new insurance.

As always was staff was on top of their game besides the routine inspection they were aware of the covid protocols and did a good job in following them from asking question, taking temperatures and not having any one waiting around. i must say I am pretty impressed with how professional everyone are in this place. i made an appointment, they sent me an and txt message as a reminder and i did not have to wait long for them to take care of me. Usually when you made a 4:00pm appointment you dont often get called in but this place is different from any other dentist i visited. I waited no more than 5 minutes and iI was called in for my procedure right away and for me thats a huge plus! would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I came to Alyssa through a close friend. This was my first visit to this office. I had not been to a dentist for quite some time. The last time I had been in a dentist office, it was less then a stellar experience. I felt comfortable and the staff was very professional. They took the time with me as I am not the best patient. Even though I had bad experiences with dentists when I was younger, which gave me a fear of dentists, Dr Bernstein has NEVER hurt me, or hasn’t even come close to hurting me! She and her entire staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She makes going to the dentist almost enjoyable...if that’s possible! My husband and I highly, HIGHLY recommend her and her staff. My hygienist, Danielle is the same way, never hurts me, is aware of my fears, and is very thorough, and professional. The staff is also very accommodating, as far as scheduling. Overall, my husband and myself highly recommend Dr Bernstein and her entire practice. The best dentist I’ve ever had

Dr. Bernstein is an incredibly personable and thorough dentist. At my first visit, there was a very comprehensive x-ray panel taken of my entire mouth, often tooth by tooth, to look for issues. There were 3-4 cavities that my previous dentist had missed. She is great at explaining potential treatments and possible future issues that could arise. Cannot recommend her enough!

Terrific and efficient office! Caring dental hygienists . Dr. Bernstein . is thorough and no nonsense style dentist. Not looking to "create" issues to work on in your mouth. I’ve been waiting 8 months for this implant. I called and asked if I could schedule my next appointment and was told I had to wait. When I came in, I can’t get an appointment until September, another 2 months for and appointment you could have made earlier but refused. When I left a message last week, no one even called me back. I had been seeing the same family dentist for nearly two decades, but due to declining satisfaction, both my wife and I decided to give Dr. Bernstein a shot. The difference could not have been clearer; upon my initial visit, I received a full panel of x-rays and a more thorough inspection of my teeth than I'd had in years. Dr. Bernstein's practice is great. The front desk folks are very warm and welcoming. They are very efficient with appointments and follow up reminders. The assistants and the doctor herself is very competent. I love that they don't make you wait. A great little place for your family's dental needs. I've even taken my 2 year old here, over a pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Bernstein is extremely personable and has a very warm and friendly demeanor. She treats me with kid gloves knowing that I have an aversion to going to the dentist. She encourages me to relax and allows me to listen to my music via earphones. My appointments run on time and she is available for emergency appointments too. Overall, I am very satisfied with her and would highly recommend her to others. Her staff is also A+! They are so accommodating. The level of customer service that they deliver is unheard of nowadays. I'm really impressed and very appreciative of their work.
