Eye issues started with appointments in November. Started treatment for infection, now dry eye. Confused as to what to expect for an outcome or how to progress. Several requests for current appointment summaries to pass along to my Medical Doctor, I am still waiting to receive. It would help for Dr. or nurse to explain results of tests or appointment summary info to help me better understand process.

I even chacked website. She was not identified as a provider. Was she an intern? Communication needs to be better

A to Z Eye Care is welcoming as soon as you enter their office. I have had eye issues that have been unexpected due to aging and outside situations. I had experienced double vision, headaches and painful eye residue from a dental procedure. Dr. Sharpe and his staff have had the resources and knowledge to resolve my problems. Their expertise and care extended beyond a one time visit, as they continued to communicate and to do follow up check ups as well. You are treated with respect.

Little or no wait upon arrival of scheduled appointment time. Eye appointment itself is very thorough and like the advanced technology with the eye tests. The eye mapping especially. Dr. Sharpe takes time to follow up with any concerns and will walk through your prescription with you. Really appreciate that over the years as my eyesight has changed. He truly cares and gets to know his patients. Enjoy chitchatting with the office staff as well.

I’ve been to other eye doctors and most of the time they don’t take the time to explain anything happening with my eyes. Not the case here. The doctor took the time to tell me what and why my eye sight is the way it is. Very helpful and gave me options to address both my stigmatism, and my blurred vision both in near and far sight.

Thank for getting my daughter in right away when she had an issue with her eye. She barely had to miss any school. As usual we were in the waiting room less than 5 minutes. The doctor visited with my daughter and looked at her eye. She spent time making sure what the issue was and what the proper treatment would be and we were on our way back to school in no time.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff at the front desk. They checked me in and I saw the lab tech quickly and she was amazing. The doctor was straight forward explained everything and answered all my questions clearly and affective my. The gentlemen that helped me select my glasses was great, no pressure just honest sales that were best for me and what I was looking for. Highly recommend coming here as it has always been exceptional service.

I had a very good experience at A to Z Eye Care. I was nervous going in since it was 2019 that I had my last appt. The tech I saw first was fabulous and knew her job well. She offered me a test to replace dilating the eyes and I also sat for two other tests on computerized machines. One was for glaucoma I believe because the doctor later told me I didn’t have glaucoma after viewing the results! For the last 30 years I was told I had suspect glaucoma so naturally I was thrilled to learn that. Dr Sharpe was fabulous. We sat in front of the computer after my exam and he pointed out all the details that brought him to his diagnosis. For example a diminution in color that we would be keeping an eye on, where is the macula and how mine is healthy, and how it’s important to come back every year so as to maintain a close watch on my aging eyes. I was very impressed and appreciated his relaxed professional manner. One thing too I appreciated was how the tech wiped down the eye machine testing my visual acuity knowing I would be placing my face tight in there. It was the first time I witnessed that at the eye doctor and I always wondered.... :) It meant a lot to me especially during COVID. Thanks a bunch A to Z!

The equipment is state of the art, staff are very friendly, and the attention to detail is the best I've seen (no pun intended) since I first put contacts in my eyes almost 40 years ago. Went in for my yearly contact lens exam and they will not give me my prescription until I come in AGAIN for another appointment. I've been wearing contacts for 20+ years and have never had to do this. Staff told me it's a rule the eye doctor has. I moved out of state making it impossible to come in for another appointment and they still won't release the prescription I paid for originally so now I have to find another eye doctor and do another eye exam that won't be covered by insurance this time around. I just need to order contacts for the year so I can see, I'm not sure why this is so hard. Extremely annoyed is an understatement.

Dr Sharpe and his staff are the best! I have been going to Dr. Sharpe for many years now, my vision/eyes are a problem. Dr. Sharpe is the only Dr. who has ever been able to correct my vision with contacts and glasses. He is very smart and thorough. There is no issue too big for Dr. Sharpe to tackle, and I've had many. I appreciate the excellent service i've received from Dr. Sharpe and his staff throughout the years. Dr Sharpe keeps up on all the latest products on the market. There is no better eye care specialist in all of Colorado as far as i am concerned. His staff is also excellent, super friendly and extremely helpful.

Dr Sharpe is the best. I had infection and virus issues along with other issues for a year and after visiting 4 other doctors, Dr Sharpe was the only one who helped and solved my issues. He is the best!

Great service and super friendly people! Only thing I had concern with is I was told it would cost $380 for a year's supply of contacts. I'm in a spot right now where that is a lot of money so I did some shopping and research. I found the same exact brand contacts and a year supply for $160. So other than prices the service is great!

I feel very happy with the glasses and contact lenses I've been prescribed, too. I am so, so glad I am no longer going to the mall optometrist! In retrospect, I feel like it was way more hassle, way more expensive, and way less thorough.

Recently in the afternoon I stopped in to make an appointment because I was afraid I had an eye infection. They got me in the next morning and Dr. Sharpe was very helpful and got it taken care of. I have never had to wait long when I have an appointment, which I also appreciate.

I called to make an appt due to an eye injury. The staff got me in right away. Dr. Sharpe was able to determine I had a slight tear in the retina and was even concerned my other eye had unrelated issues. He immediately refereed me on for laser surgery for repairs. At the next doc for the laser surgery they confirmed doc Sharpe's findings. If you want a doc that can take you beyond the simple eye chart, Doctor Sharpe is you man.

I had zero wait time and was in and out in less than hour, but never felt rushed. Dr. Sharpe even took extra time to speak to me about an upcoming eye surgery I am having. I had a 9 am appointment. I arrived 6 minutes early and the door was locked and no lights on. It was cold so I waited in my car. The door was unlocked right at 9 am. I checked in and then waited 10 minutes before my exam was started. Hard to understand why they book a 9 am appointment if they don't unlock the doors until 9 am. The computers had to be turned on and they were not ready for me at 9 am. I like Dr. Sharpe, so I will continue to go there but I won't book a 9 am appointment any more.

I did stop by a Lenscrafter to see if I could get cheaper lenses. They explained that with my prescription I would need very thick lenses unless I went more expensive lenses which would be thin. The cost would be comparable to what I would pay at Dr. Sharpe's office. I did not actually ask for a cost breakdown so that is on me, but I think it would be good policy to go over why the cost is so high. I also noticed there was a charge for coating. That wasn't discussed. Front desk person was very welcoming and friendly.

The man who did our billing sat down with me and went over the entire bill carefully and made sure I understood everything clearly. As a bonus Dr. Sharpe found the perfect contacts for me, I was able to wear contacts to work for the first time in 10 years, no more glasses, hooray!

A great experience. The office is very clean and pleasant environment. The assistant was informative and helpful with my prepping and pre exams. Dr. Sharpe is very informative in explaining the results of all the exams and xrays. You won't be disappointed.

This was my first visit to A to Z Eye Care for an eye exam. The staff was very nice and professional. The office has the most Comprehensive Vision Analysis I have ever seen. They used a sort of camera called an Optos Optomap, which gave the Doctor a way to really check my eye health. And you get to skip the usual dilated eye. I was ready to continue my plans for the day and see clear to drive. Dr. Douglas Sharpe was very professional and he took the time to really explain what all the tests mean and discuss my eye health. They have a nice selection of glasses. I highly recommend A to Z Eye Care; what a great experience.

I've been coming here for years and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. The staff is very professional and helpful, especially if you have a difficult prescription like I do. Dr. Sharpe does an amazing job presenting all the options and discussing alternatives...he truly does care about his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Sharp for many years and trust him totally. He has alway taken the time to answer question, and also figure out what is best for my eyes. Sometimes my eyes go in and out of focus and he is always patient and kind, and keeps going over the same thing until we know which perscription will be best for me.

Dr. Sharpe and the staff at A to Z are friendly, helpful and thorough. Dr. Sharpe explained all of my results including going step by step over a advanced photo test of my entire eye. The staff in the front of the office all took time to assist me in selecting frames that looked best on my face. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service.

This was our first visit to A-Z. The office staff were very friendly and helpful with the glasses selection - thank you so much for being patient during the decison making process. I wasn't impressed with the Dr as he did not have a very warm and friendly bedside manner with children. He was too serious, and had a very formal business approach. I didn't appreciate his comment when he first met my child. He said: "Those glasses are too small for you." I'm not sure we will return for future visits based on this visit.

She normally wears contacts, but with this change it's not possible. He really gave her a light at the end of the tunnel so she'd wear the glasses and just have them to appease me.
