I have been with Dr. Anderson for over 10 years. He and his staff always give great customer service, from their professionalize and expertise, to their warm hospitality and getting to know me as a patient. As a big guy, I love that is office chairs are made for all body types, especially for big men. Dr. Anderson is so good getting me in and out of appointments, and he is the best at cleaning teeth. I can honestly say I look forward to my dental appointments. I recommend Dr. Anderson and his dental staff to anyone who is afraid to see a dentist or had a bad dental experience.

I’d rather fight a grizzly than go to the dentist. But I loved my experience at this office. The staff was friendly and helpful. I explained my previous horror stories and everyone made sure to be gentle. I was more educated about the health of my teeth before I left. Every single thing done was explained to before and during. I absolutely love this office. Everything was clean, comfortable, and bright. If you have anxiety about the dentist, try this office.

Office is very good but this was the only time my cleaning hurt my mouth for days. I've been having my cleaning here for like 4 years & this has been the only time I've been in pain post my teeth cleaning. They did say my gums were irritated but this has been the only time I've had this issue. This was my first time having my teeth clean by this hygienist.

Honestly, this is the best dental office I have ever been to. Everyone was so nice, starting from the front desk and onward. Everything was well kept and clean. And I don't think I've ever had such a thorough exam done of my teeth and mouth. At first I thought that maybe the dental office I used to go to was just very lacking after coming here and having such a great experience, but then I took my daughter to a different dental office yesterday and realized that one couldn't compare either. I finally found a dental office where everyone takes their time, is very understanding, and they all communicate to each other so I didn't have to repeat myself about anything. My husband is happy that I found such an efficient place, and he'll be coming here as well.

I hadn’t been to the dentist is over 4 hours and always have a bit of anxiety especially going to a new dentist. The staff was very welcoming and the office was immaculate. Dr. Anderson is very personable and takes a whole body approach to dental health even broaching topics like sleep and general health. He took a genuine interest and was very open to helping in anyway he could. Definitely earned a new patient.

The staff are very friendly. I’ve been a patient for sometime. My only problem with this dental office is whenever I need dental work I’m referred to other dentist for consultation. Not sure if they do that to they’re other patients. By doing that it creates financial hardship because I never know how much I’m going to be charged out of pocket. I do have dental insurance but it only pays part of my dental bill.

I’ve always been nervous about dentist visits but this was by far the most comfortable and least nerve wracking dentist I have ever been to. The ladies were very nice and walked me through the whole X-ray process and we’re very easy to talk to. Dr Anderson walked me through the everything he was doing and what they were looking for and talked to me through our whole interaction putting me at ease. I’ve never been more confident in recommending a dentist!

Great staff, very thorough. Quick wait time, dentist is professional but friendly. No hassles with this dental practice- again professional, but you can tell they care. They have handled all of my issues quickly- chipped a tooth and they fixed same day, matched the color perfectly. i didn't have to wait, and he wasn't tending to 4 patients at one time. Sr Anderson talked to me like a person and asked what I wanted. This is very different than previous dentists that I have gone to.

This is the first time I've been to this dental practice. The staff is very friendly and they seem to be very knowledgable. They do a full exam on your first visit which includes the following: medical history, x-rays, digital pictures of your teeth (first time I've seen this, it's pretty cool), lymph node exam, jaw muscle exam, oral cancer exam, individual teeth exam, gingival pocket exam, and general questions about dental hygiene. Overall the first time there was excellent and I would recommend their services to family and friends.

Our family absolutely love Dr. Anderson and his staff. I have been scared of dentists for many years. The pain and anxiety associated with them is too much for me. Then I saw an Instagram post and read the reviews of their patients. Booked an appointment and love him. His gentle touch puts me at ease. Thank you for being such an amazing dentist. I had called and expressed my pain, the office assistant was able to get me in the very next day.(she offered to give me a call if anyone canceled to get me in sooner if possible.) My experience was amazing. Anderson and his team were all very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They answered any and all questions and concerns. I was sent with a referral to get my wisdom teeth taken out immediately. They were taken out within two days. Anderson is very professional. I look forward to my next visit.

Great environment. NEVER waited for more than 5-6 minutes to be seen for my appointment. Great Staff on a professional and personal level. Address all of my concerns. Always asks me how my family is doing by their names. When my text appointment reminders stopped coming in, they were really quick on helping me set it back up again. Always returns calls if I leave a message with question.

Dr. Anderson is so kind and very gentle. He always makes sure you know what he is going to do next and answers any questions asked of him. I believe my first visit with Donald Anderson DDS years ago was an emergency visit due to a painful broken tooth. Dentists in my area could not see me right away. When I contacted the office of Donald Anderson DDS, his staff got me right in and the tooth was repaired. From that one visit a friendship with him and his staff developed. Over the years I've had several root canal, crowns and dental surgeries. It seemed every time I needed a dental specialist ( surgery ) in another office only the best in the area was chosen to assist him in the repair. This was my first visit, a crown had popped off and I was trying to get it glued back in. I was able to get an appointment right away, filled out some paperwork and only had to wait a few minutes to see DDS Don Anderson. Sadly he was unable to glue in my old crown as there was too much damage but he did explain all of my options. Everyone I spoke with was smiling and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dentist for your dental needs.
