The staff was very friendly! I went in thinking I would need to pull my teeth and get implants but Dr. Mask reassured me that we could save them! I have been to dentists that I felt like I was being judged but I definitely didn't feel that at all with Dr. Mask, or his staff. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.

Hygienist Jerri Eiser is the best. She is gentle and thorough. Dr. Mask, my dentist, knows the correct procedure to fix any of your dental problems. The rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful with all my questions.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Dr. Mask was willing to listen to what services I wanted done and gave me several "options" accomplish them, rather than popping into the exam room with a wall full of x-rays and tell me a whole mouth plan.

They have always been great. I hadn’t been to a dentist in quite awhile because of other health issues. I had an emergency with one of my front caps coming off over a holiday weekend. Called and left a message. They responded Monday afternoon that they had an opening the next morning at 7:30. So I went in and was told that it had broken off too much to fix. I had other problems with the adjoining teeth. So was given the solution. They happened to have had a cancellation that afternoon and worked me in and got my temporary crowns that afternoon. So appreciate them getting me in so it is taken care of Wouldn’t go anywhere else

This was a routine 6-month cleaning. The staff was helpful and friendly, and Dr. Mask and Jerri did a great job. My total wait time was 15 minutes, but that's because I arrived early. I was called back on time and the process was completed in 30 minutes.

Skilled dental team. Everyone is friendly and I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. My only issue was on my last visit. The dental hygienist let water get into my eye twice. I don't normally see her so, it's not an issue. I just don't want used mouth rinse in my eyes.

I do recommend this dentist office to everyone. I love the staff knows you personally, your not just a number. I definitely love the atmosphere. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Would not go anywhere else . Dr Mask and staff are all great. Never have to wait when you get there. They have TV above you can watch while laying back. They give nitrous oxide so you can just relax and let them do there work. They do great dental care. I’ve had several implants with Dr Mask and no problems have I ever had.👍😊😊😊😊😊😊

I just want to thank Shelly Shipmen at the front desk, Jerri Eiser, the Dental Hygienist, and Dr. Mask, D.D. S. The whole staff made my first visit to a Dentist in 3 years. The reason for y visit was 2-fold, I needed a cleaning, and I cracked 2 teeth. After an excellent cleaning( my teeth have never looked so good!) by Jerri, the staff was able to get me in the next day to take care of my cracked teeth. Dr. Mask and his entire staff are wonderful. They are friendly, calming and caring and above all excellent in their field. If you don’t like to go to a dentist then I suggest you try Dr. Mask. I was VERY impressed with the COVID19 adjustments that the facility did: front doors wide open so i didnt have to touch, they took my temp and asked me a few questions about recent travel/health, just 2 chairs in waiting area - i was going to stand anyways, I only waited 2 minutes, didnt see any other customer, rinsed mouth with hydrogen peroxide solution to help protect the technician, was very thorough yet fast, let me out the back door. SOOO glad I am a customer at this facility. They are all very personable and friendly. Thank you one and all for your work.

Ever since I moved my dental care to MASK (2-3 years now) I have come to appreciate more and more the extras that until now have ether been absent or had been being supplied with antiquated techniques and or equipment provided by via DDS providers I had used up to this point. Video on the ceiling with sound, x-rays with a digital probe that give near real-time results. Multi-dimensional modeling done with a video probe the size of a toothbrush. Its obvious to me now that the management behind the scenes here has been successful in employee / management relations and that is conveyed in my dental experiences being the best I've ever had. Additionally, while your waiting there's an in house guitar museum to become familiar with if that's your fancy, (who knew?). But really, the care I have been receiving at the MASK dental studio appears to me to be more thorough than any of the preceding DDS I have used. I have been going to Dr. Mask for around a decade now. The staff is well-trained, friendly, and Dr. Mask is competent at dealing even with difficult mouths like mine. I have TMJ and require lots of precise bite adjustments when I have work done, but he is diligent and careful to get it perfect. I highly recommend this office.

I first came there for one thing: to get a dentist sign off to start taking a bone density drug my rheumatologist recommended. I've had a broken jaw and they were worried about osteonecrosis. I told them when I made the appointment I didn't want nor have the means to get a big dental plan or sign up for anything. When we got in the business office I was charged more than the quote I had received over the phone. I was also told that if I didn't sign up for the Plan I would have to pay even more then and there. I left that day with things I didn't want and without the very thing I came for.

I couldn't have asked for a better place! I was hurting, they were closed yet they still were willing to have me come up and see me to help relieve the pain. They set me up with the first available appointment when the office opened back up to get me in. Complete customer service and I was so thankful!

I am very impressed with Dr. Mask, Taylor, Demetra and all staff I met. Doctor and Assistant are very skilled, organized and professional. With my fear of dental work, I quickly saw I could trust them with my care. Doctor was very sensitive to whether I had pain and was quick to respond. I had been to another dentist previous to my visit here. I was in pain on a Friday, and after X-rays walked out with diagnosis they found no problems and to come back in a week for cleaning. Very disappointing when you know you may be in pain for the weekend. Think the dentist was trying, but works for big company and was probably dropped into position without being mentored by skilled dentist. So happy that I checked Healthgrades and found Dr. Mask's office!

The staff at Dr. Mask's office has always been magnificent. They are timeline in returning calls, understanding in making changes, and effective in navigating insurance filings and payment plans. But most of all I really love all of the modern equipment that is so accurate and not painful! My teeth did not touch on one side for 30 years! My wife and I have been there several times in 2016 for both routine cleanings and some more serious dental work. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist us in any way they can. Their new facility is very modern and up to date which makes a visit to the dentist as pleasant as possible. Our last visit was for a routine cleaning and we were in and out of the office in about 35 minutes. Very nice!

The things I focus on when choosing health and dental providers are 1) comfort and 2) time. I am always comfortable (with the staff, with any procedures I need, etc.) and Dr. Mask & staff are always prompt. I have never waited longer than about 5 minutes in the waiting area and I have never been in the office longer than an hour (even for a root canal!).

I have been going to Dr. Mask for about 7 years and wouldn't consider going to another dentist. We are retired military and I have been to many dentists around the country and Dr. Mask is really the best. He explains everything and discusses your options - and then does all he can to make any procedure an easy experience. His technicians are great!

I would refer my friends based off of Dr Masks ability to connect with his patients, I think an hour and a half is a little long for an exam considering I've had lots of dental work done. I don't feel like I have received great treatment though, I also don't feel like my opinion of the work that I need is heard either or at least the reasoning behind the treatment I'm told I need vs the treatment I feel is more important.

Everyone was friendly and very nice. My problem was a girl was leaving and a new one starting. This was my first visit and she was left alone for most of my visit. She was having difficulty with a scan she was attempting and finally was assisted by the girl that was leaving. Also I wasn't quite used to the dentist leaving every ten minutes. I guess it's the new dentistry method. I was in the end satisfied with the end result.

My appt was for 7:30. I left my home (in Mustang) early because of the traffic in Moore due to the tornado. I got there early and waited outside until the door was unlocked and then went in. While waiting, 3 other people came in and went to the back before me. I was the first person there and the last person to go in at 7:45. I am sure that Your hygienist could tell that I was perturbed so I apologize for that but please understand that I have to go to work right after my appt and when they start late, I am late also. My thought is "If you're not 5 minutes early, then you're late"

I had the new fluoride treatment and didn't like it! It was stuck on my teeth all day and you could even see it. When I was able to brush my teeth it took many brushes to get it off.

I believe that the quality of the work I've had done so far has been very high and the staff is unfailingly pleasant and solicitous of my needs. In terms of more comfortable, I have recently developed a slight reaction to lortab or Norco, so I was prescribed Medrol. Unfortunately, I would have rather dealt with the itch and slight redness compared, taking the Norco, compared to the pain after the root canal, which is continuing to be very aggravating and painful, especially, the very back tooth, even taking the Medrol.

Not much of anything to change. You even have an excellent array of current magazines to look at during the short wait, and to view while I am waiting for the "cement to dry" during a procedure!
