It is wonderful to go the dentist and have confidence that I will receive the very best care. The entire office runs like a well oiled machine. Once I had a crown fall off and I immediatly called Dentistry at Northpoint. They got me in that afternoon. Dr. Pehrson put the crown back on and I was out the door. It’s great to I have such a professional group to rely on.

As an adult, I have have moved around a bit, and have been to several different dental practices, always concerned about how they would treat a nervous patient. I have been going to Dr. Pehrson’s office for a few years now, and from Terry who greets me at the door, to the very patient dental hygienist, Amy, and to Dr. Pehrson , I have always felt comfortable and as relaxed as a nervous patient can be, even when getting crowns and fillings!

They have the nicest and most professional staff and the office is such an inviting atmosphere. Their employee turnover has got to be one of the lowest for dentists in North Atlanta. Dr. Pehrson and his entire staff are always so friendly and accommodating! From the moment I walk in the door, I get a relaxed feeling and know they have my best interest in mind. The receptionist always greets everyone with a smile and the hygienists and Dr. Pehrson take the time needed to listen to any and all concerns. Dr. Pehrson doesn't push unnecessary dental work (unlike another couple I had seen), but is honest and trustworthy. This is not the closest dental office to me, but it is definitely the best I've found since moving in and trying out a few before finding Dentistry at Northpoint. I've been coming to Dentistry at Northpoint for over 4 years now and plan to stay as long as they're around!

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but its the price I'll pay for healthy teeth! The hygienists are great (I saw Shelby yesterday) and Dr. Pehrson is very conservative and only treats issues that really need it. They are very caring, gentle people.

I contacted North Point Dentistry upon the referral of my son and his family. I received an appointment within a week of my call and was warmly greeted by Terry, Dr. David Pehrson's receptionist. In my first meeting with Dr. Pehrson, he was unhurried, listened to my dental history and provided information and suggestions that in 25 years with another dentist were new to me. I am facing a potential problem with an existing bridge and partial. Given the very helpful conversation with Dr. Pehrson,, I am following up with the referral he provided to a specialist in the areas that must be addressed to determine the most feasible solution to my problems. Once I make a decision, I will seek dental care on a regular basis from Dr. Pehrson. I am so appreciative of the time he spent with me and feel much more confident as I proceed.

However, Dr. Pehrson and his staff are so incredible, that if anything comes up that isn't covered under my insurance policy, I'm willing to pay for it and give this office this business. There is no better dental office around!

Quality of professionalist. It wasn't comfortable paying $1500 for a crown in Oct when it actually wasn't put in until April, 6 mo's later. I realize the unknown factor was not knowing how long would it take the nerve to calm down. It would have been more comfortable financially for me w/such an expensive procedure - to pay x dollars per month with the bal due when the crown was placed.

But the super fun and friendly staff, gorgeous office, and thoughtful touches (televisions to watch during your cleaning, warm towels to clean up afterwards) were all light years from the negative experiences I'd had in the past. I now have regularly scheduled appointments every six months (that's right, TWICE a year, people) and so far have always left with a smile on my face. My only wish is that they would move to Midtown to make the drive easier for me! But I'll continue to make the trip for these fine folks. This is what a dental practice should be.

I love the dental service, but every time I have an appointment and we receive a bill (via mail) at home several weeks later, my wife has problems with the billing department. Among other issues, she'll receive phone calls from the billing department after they've received our payment telling her that no payment is due, so they are voiding our check; then, we receive a past due notice (sometimes with late fees added) weeks later. My wife is encouraging me to leave the practice because of this. (She has already left the practice.) It's unfortunate that the billing department may cause the practice to lose patients, especially since the dentist and hygienists are wonderful.

Dr. Pehrson and his staff are the BEST! He is so kind and honest and would never suggest any dental work that is not completely necessary. It can be hard to find a dentist that is not overly aggressive in their treatment plans, but Dr. Pehrson is trustworthy and conservative in his approach. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone I meet. My family love to see the dental hygienist's, Shelby and Amy.

Dr. Pehrson's office staff is very friendly. I felt very comfortable and appreciated. Typically I do not like the dentist and don't look forward to going, but I remember while at the office sitting in the chair thinking, "I don't mind this, at all." Dr. Pehrson himself was also great. He took time to answer questions, guide me in the right direction, and didn't pressure me for unnecessary treatment. I am thankful to find such a great dentistry.

Dr. Pehrson and his amazing staff provide excellent customer care and great conversations at each of my appointments. Now I even have to drive 30+minutes with out traffic to make it to my appointments but I look forward to each visit knowing I'm going to be well cared for.

I LOVE my entire experience from the time I walk in the door until I leave with one exception ...should I need a shot, well Dr. Pehrson does a great job with that its just the needle-YIKES! The office is pleasant with the coffee, reading material, and the nice TV over the fireplace; very charming. The office staff is welcoming, friendly, cheerful, and informative. My girl Dawn is GREAT!!!!! And Dr. Pehrson, coodos for making an unpleasant experience to a lot of people plesant. Great job guys!!!

Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly. They stay on me when I get past due for a cleaning, which I really appreciate. If they didn't do that, I don't think I'd get my teeth cleaned as often since life tends to get in the way. I grew up terrified of the dentist, and they are a breath of fresh air for me and my teeth!

Dr. Pehrson and his staff are wonderful. The staff could not be more friendly and you feel like they are an extension of your family. Dentistry at North Point is so unlike the many dental/medical offices where you are shuffled through the process with mindless people at the front desk who could care less about you. You are missing out if you're not at Dentistry at North Point. I'm not a close friend or relative of anyone who works there just more than willing to recognize a business who cares about people personally and professionally.

Dawn has cleaned my teeth for a few years now. I HATED going to the dentist for most of my life, but she and Dr Pehrson have done a great job every time I've seen them. I'm no longer scared and stressed to go to the dentist, because they have shown me that it doesn't have to be expensive and painful. They have fixed the problems caused by other dentists and I continue to see them every 6 months. I'd recommend them to all of my loved ones!!

I feel like family every time I'm there! Not often can you say that when you arrive at a dentist's office, you actually RELAX! But that's exactly the case with Dentistry at Northpoint. From the time you are greeted at the front desk until the end of your appointment, everyone is always so friendly and personable.Although I never have to wait for my appointment, the waiting area is very comfortable and the decor reminds me of sitting in a ski lodge. Everything is always explained in great detail and obtions are always given. My family and I have only had pleasant experiences everytime we visit Dr. Pehrson's office and we have been patients for over 10 years.

I completely trust Dr. Pehrson. He is the most honest dentist and is would never recommend anything unless it was absolutely necessary. I stopped taking my little kids to the children's dentist and now bring them to Dr. Pehrson as well because he and his staff are great with kids!

I have been going to Dr. Pehrson for several years now after a job change moved me away from my old dentist. I asked several friends for referrals and heard some horror stories of people getting unneccesary work done by "in-network" dentists. After getting several referrals to Dr. Pehrson I decided to give him a visit. I can honestly say I completely trust Dr. Pehrson! He does a great job of explaining your situation and allowing you to give input. One referral had described him as "gentle" which I found to be a strange compliment...until I had an old crown replaced. Gentle is actually a very good way to describe his treatment! I cannnot recommend Dr. Pehrson highly enough.

The occasional filling has been an almost pleasant experience. :) If you are anywhere near Alpharetta, I would highly recommend Dr. Pehrson to be your dentist!

This place was amazing! The office and equipment are very nice and up to date. The staff is welcoming and they take the time to explain things to you. I've been told all my life that I need to floss more, but this is the first time that someone has sat me down and explained why it was important instead of just telling me to do it. Also when I went to the dentist a couple of years ago they told me I had two cavities. When I went to Northpoint they told me I had no cavities, so either I have magical cavity healing teeth, or my other dentist was trying to charge me for things I didn't need. This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to see.

Everyone in the office is highly professional and efficient. The work I had done (replacing an old crown) was done in one visit by using the latest technology. Dr. Perhson explained what he was going to do beforehand and then described what he was doing as he proceeded. This tended to have a calming effect. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Came in for my appointment 15 minutes early yet was not even greeted until 5 mins after my appointment was supposed to start. Asked the gal up front what a basic tooth cleaning cost and was quoted for $130.00 yet on my bill the actual cleaning cost $85.00. I was charged an extra $45 dollars for Dr. Pehrson to tell me I have no cavities(which I already knew)? In addition I was taken over 15 minutes late for my appointment which I find to be rude considering the amount of money I was charged for these services. My teeth were cleaned well but I will not return after this last experience as I find this to be overly expensive, I was charged for services I did not request($45 for a 1 minute oral exam) and overall not worth my money.

AS a new patient, I was impressed from the moment I walked into the doors. The place, the people, the professionalism, the up-to-date equipment, and of course, the Dentist! Xrays were taken and studied, the dentist came in and listened to me first, examined me and came up with a plan, put in a temporary filling until he sees me next week. Such a great experience!
