I have been a patient at this dental practice for many years. It is excellent in every way: the dentists seem extremely confident and caring; their assistants are super competent and friendly; and the hygienists always do a thorough job while being as gentle as possible. Also, the office and exam rooms are VERY CLEAN! and the waiting areas are bright and cheerful with comfortable chairs. I highly recommend Dr. Spillman, Dr. Green, and their staff, for all of your dental needs!

Routine cleaning visit. Kelli and the other front office staff were welcoming. Rosalinda was, as always, congenial, efficient and thorough. Dr. Spillman did the typical cleaning review. reminded me of some work that needed doing now that I have a fresh year for insurance payments. They all make it easy-peasy and a pleasant experience.

Love everything about this office. Everyone is kind, gracious, friendly and incomparably professional. Personally, I am not a nervous dental patient but I can imagine if you were, the spirit in this office will help put you at ease. Sadly, I speak from experience, in addition to routine cleanings, I've had fillings, crowns and an implant under the care of Dr. Spillman's office. He referred me to Dr. Wallace for the oral surgery required for the implant. I will say that part pushed my comfort level but Dr. Wallace and his team were equally stellar. I found Dr. Spillman after my last dentist retired. I really glad Dr. Spillman is so young ;)

First visit. Saw me on time. My hygienist was personable, communicated well and wasted no time. Explained what she saw after completing her work and we discussed together some potential problems under a "keep an eye on it" approach. The dentist was also very personable and competent. We discussed future visits, best approach for a whitening regime and whether I really need to continue the "every 4 months" visits my previous dentist preferred (no). I was quite pleased with my first visit with Dental Center of Lakewood. All the people there I interacted with were competent, friendly and efficient. I appreciate the cautious approach they had to current or potential issues.

Dental Center of Lakewood is fabulous. Highly recommend. They got my daughter in first thing the same morning I called when I needed to get her in for a dental emergency prior to leaving town on vacation. Dr. Spillman was great. He gave us some different options for treatment given our situation and when we decided to go forward with a root canal, his staff went the extra mile to help us find an Endodontist that could get her in that same morning. Love their location as well!

If you have ever been afraid to go to a dentist you can leave that angst at the door here. Dr. Spillman and his staff will not scold or chastise for poor flossing skills or a newly discovered cavity in a part of a tooth you didn't know existed, much less required brushing. He is very gentle and the staff is kind and makes you feel at ease. All aspects of your care are fully explained in advance - he give you the facts, his recommendation -then you make the call. Finally, the quality of care and attention to detail left me with a terrific smile. Best dentist I have ever had. Highly recommend.

The hygienists and Dr Spillman are great. However, the front desk staff do not handle questions well, particularly about billing. So much so that after 3 visits, i wont be back. After moving to Dallas from Louisiana last year, I knew that I was long overdue on going to the dentist. Luckily a friend tipped me off to the Dental Center of Lakewood. Crystal is my hygienist. She's one of the kindest and sweetest ladies I know! I also had to get multiple fillings done on two different occasions. Honestly I didn't realize how awful my previous dentist was until I was placed under Dr. Guirguis' care. I expected pain and discomfort, but he did everything cautiously and carefully and always made sure I was feeling okay throughout the whole experience. The staff here are top notch and very professional.

Before bringing my son in, I inquired to if the facilty accepted children as patients and I was informed that they did. I am also explained that I thought my son had a chipped tooth, which was not given responded with objection. So I was surprised to bring my son in for an appointment and for the Doctor to nothing except look in his mouth, suggest that I take him to pedatric dentist as she didn't want him to be scared and thought that he would need to be sedated for the cavity. Perplexed, I asked again if they saw children and she eagerly reminded me that they do, letting me that that her own three children are seen there. So while I understand that he may needed to go else for a particular procedure, I am still amiss as to why she was not open to doing his check up. Overall the experience, left me with a bad feeling on top of feeling like it was time wasted. As I believe, there are other reason as to why she did not want to see my son.

As always, I was greeted with a friendly hello by Kelly when I arrived, then another friendly greeting from Leslie when time for my appointment. As I was being seated in the dental chair, I heard Dr. Spillman call my name before he came in to see me, letting me know that he knew I was there. I've seen Dr. Spillman every six weeks for the past 17 months for Invisiline braces, and every visit has always been a pleasant experience. :)
