Best Dental Experience I've Ever Had! I can't recommend Dental Care of Stratford enough. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Highly affordable care with transparent, up-front pricing (which I LOVE). The honesty and focus on long-term care was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other experiences I've had at different practices. 10/10 would recommend!

When arriving I was asked if there were any changes in address Ins etc. I said no. After services were completed I was told that my Ins is no longer accepted. I would of left if I was told that upon arrival. I had to pay $93 because I was told after the service was completed. I feel that is wrong.

Previously, I have been very happy with the dental care provided. Yesterday I was disappointed with my 6month checkup/cleaning. There was just a little poking between my teeth. The hygienist, I assume, said "there was no need to bring in big machine". She then flossed and put some fluoride on my teeth. I was literally in the chair 10 minutes. Told teeth looked good and return in August. I all my years of going to the dentist, this is the first time I have not had my teeth "polished" at a cleaning visit. Michele at the front desk was so friendly from the moment I entered. She then went beyond helping me to sort out my insurance. Which took her some time and she found the answer I was looking for. She is a true value to the practice.

I have been a patron of Dental Care for awhile, (several years). I called to make an appt asking if I could be seen that day or the next, they must have put me in for an Emergency, but it was not an emergency. I waited for an hour, in waiting area.Which never has happened before, never. In the exam room they showed me on computer screen in red (Emergency) . I said; I never called it an Emergency visit. So I opted to leave and make a new Appt. Since I was told they had several patients needing to be seen after me. If I had been asked by receptionist to change the appt at first, I surely would have. I Love Dental Care, they do a fabulous job every time. Now I know, ask the Receptionist when is their an opening.

I love Dental Care of Stratford. The staff is terrific. From the minute you walk in the door, you are made to feel comfortable. My family used to see a dentist with the most unfriendly staff. This is not the case here. From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists...Dental Care of Stratford makes patients their priority. The hygienists and dentists are skilled and competent. This is a Great practice that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others.

I loved the place. People are friendly and helpful. I had the free visit wich I absoultely reccomend. I went for an emergency after I got no where with the hospital across the street and they really helped me out. I'd gladly pay for a follow up with this office.
