Nice office. Everyone very friendly. Dr. Meadows was great. Everything explained. Only down point for me was my appointment was for 12:50 and they called to see if I could come at 12:00. I did, but then had to wait in the dental chair for one hour for the doctor. Should have just gone at 12:50. Other than that all was fine.

Dr Meadows and her entire staff are Amazing! This is my second experience with Empire Endodontics and after my first visit I referred to Dr Meadows as an Endo-Jedi because she is on a different level anyone else in the Empire! This visit was no different...it was painless and productive! The staff is also helpful and knowledgeable!! First Class all the way!! Highly recommended!

There is not any other endodontist I would recommend except for Dr. Deborah Meadows! Her knowledge her expertise not to mention her bedside manner, kindness, patience, understanding, listening to all of my concerns and her thoroughly explaining the process. Her staff is also absolutely incredible. I would recommend anyone to go to Empire endodontics, Dr. Meadows went over and above to get me in for an appointment on an emergency basis. I just had a root canal with Dr. Meadows and it was the best experience ever! Completely painless! In fact, I almost fell asleep while Dr. Meadows worked away. Dr. Liang, and her assistants were all incredible. I cannot find the words to express how much pain I was in, and how gentle she was with me, how I did’nt even need Motrin when I got home. I’ve got to say that her bedside manners were superb, and I fully trust her moving forward with my care. Amazing Team, and I don’t say this lightly. I work at Loma Linda with Heart Surgeons, and we pay attention to details. These professionals know what they are doing. 100% would recommend them to anyone who is terrified like I was. God bless these people and their practice.

My experience with Empire Endodontics was absolutely wonderful. Their customer service is above and beyond, their customer service was the best that I have had in quite some time. They were very professional, polite, respectful, empathetic. There office etiquette was fabulous. The Visit in the back for procedures was a great experienceas well. Everything was explained, very detailed. I do have a hearing problem, but they did not have a problem. With repeating themselves or accommodating in whatever way they could to to make me feel comfortable. The doctor and assistant were awesome, the doctor did a excellent job and I was pain free... I would like to thank them for such a fantastic, I was completely comfortable with rhe doctors knowledge and the environment experience. If I could give ten stars I would.

My appointment went perfectly, except for my bad tooth, which Dr. Winnie took care of. Staff, technicians, nurse, and doctor were excellent. Service was excellent and very professional. The doctor was excellent, explained everything very well, and did a great job. Hopefully, I will not need endodontic work in the future, but if I do, I will go to Empire Endodontics for sure.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Endodontist and assistant were friendly, competent, professional, and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and informed me of what was going to happen. This is one of the best dental office environments I have ever seen. The assistant followed up several days later to see how I was doing. Only thing I didn't expect was to have discomfort for a couple of weeks. But perhaps my case was not the norm.

I had excruciating tooth pain. They were able to take me in right away, and perform a root canal. Although root canal treatment isn't fun, they made it as easy as possible, and I felt that the staff were friendly and competent. I am indebted to them for helping me in a very painful situation.

I came to have a root canal done by another practitioner that got infected and had to be repaired. I was referred here by my dentist and I was impressed with the staff and with Dr.Fowler. They took all precautions to keep me safe and made me comfortable. Dr.Fowler explained everything he was doing every step of the way. My dentist referred me to your office for a possible root canal. Right from the start everything was explained to me. I have never had a root canal so was not sure. Debra, I felt like I was receiving the Ritz Carlton customer service for a root canal. The moment I entered your office, all the receptionists were genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, a 10/10 expirence! As someone who gets really anxious with dental work, I was stress about going in. However, the office's design is welcoming- not scary. It was a place I could get comfortable. The staff were really friendly and courteous! I can't remember the front desk lady's name, but she and Peter(?) were very attentive and made sure I felt calm and comfortable. All of the staff I encountered were great! Dr. Fowler was also great. He described himself as boring, but I really appreciated how consistent and well he described the work he was doing as he did it. He'd give 'warnings' of pressure/vibration here and there, so I always knew what to expect and what was happening. My least favorite part was the numbing process, but Dr. Fowler and the staff were patient with me. I really appreciate the time they put in to ensure I was numb before working on the root canals. So yeah! I really enjoyed my experience with this office and their staff! I didn't have a lot of time to get the work done, but they communicated and worked with my dentist to ensure all my work got done in time. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much to all the staff there for being patient and friendly to me!

Excellent from walking in to the follow up call the next day. I needed a root canal redone. Turned out that I have unusually long roots, so Dr Fowler had to take twice as long as expected. He was very meticulous and thorough. He explained everything as he was doing it so that I would know what was going on. He explained my unusual situation very clearly, and took his time through the whole procedure. Insurance and my co-pay was handled very well. Would recommend this group without hestitation. The only hesitation is finding their office. They are in Suite 7A, but the door says "DDS David Wolfe", so I didn't bother checking the suite number. But as soon as I walked in they were ready for me and I was in the chair within five minutes. Excellent, professional, friendly and patient.

You REALLY need to pay more attention to your pre-appointment services. ESPECIALLY the website that I was told to go to in order to fill out the 4 pages of paperwork. Nothing of what I was told was true. There was no way to find the "resources" link and when I finally did, it clearly was not where I wanted to be. It only took me to ads describing further services I DEFINITELY did not want. I also did not receive either a text or a phone call verifying my appt. Apparently my phone number was copied down incorrectly. Most likely an innocent mistake but the website needs to be addressed. Once inside for my appointment, the service was exemplary!

I had nothing but a positive experience with the office. From the ladies at the front scheduling my appointment, checking me in, the dental assistant was fantastic. Dr. Fowler was so informative, explained everything to me, and asked me if I had any questions. I came into the office with a horrible infection and in pain and left there feeling so much better. Confession…I was leery about my appointment because of past dentists who always found something wrong at every appointment. Dr. Thomas in San Bernardino referred me, and your office was able to get me in very quickly to take care of a root canal that should have been done at the other office I previously went to. With the pain I had been experiencing and the uneasiness of feeling the way I felt, I was able to relax while the dentist worked on me. I am totally pleased with the end result, and thankful for the compassion received to help bring peace during a very painful time.

Dr. Fowler was outstanding. He listened carefully to my description of my problem. He explained in detailed but understandable language what the problem was as he saw it, what the options were and how he would proceed. He explained throughout the treatment just what he was doing and why. His "chairside" manner was the best I have experienced and I am 75 years old. He explained why I should follow up with Dr. Iwata, my primary dentist, for more detailed information on my future options, and what services he, Dr. Fowler, could subsequently provide. I was very impressed!

Unfortunately, the exam and scans of the initial root canal area came up with some disturbing news about the deterioration of other teeth surrounding it.The pain I had been experiencing was actually caused by these other teeth, which made the root canal procedure a very painful one. I wish that a better numbing technique could been applied to the areas around the tooth worked on but was told that wasn't an option. Everything else was handled very efficiently and in a professional manner. Dr. Fowler was able to answer all my questions about this root canal and possible other future procedures for the surrounding teeth.

I was very anxious about the visit. The music that was playing in the waiting room added to it. At my age, the radio station techo/rap with commercials did not help, it added to my anxiety. It was too loud as I could still hear it with my hearing aids turned off. Because my wait was close to 30 min. I ended up going outside in the cold wind to wait after 15 min of it.

They were able to fit me in the same day for a consult with the possibility of doing at least one of my root canals that day. Things worked out and I was able to get 1/2 of my needed canals done that same day, which was great. Dr. Fowler did a great job and was reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The dental tech (younger hispanic man, sorry, don't remember your name!) was also great. He did a good job of all the xrays and prep work and looking out for me to make sure I was comfortable. All in all was a great experience and they were able to schedule me for my second canal only two days later. The only downside was it was a little pricy, was charged something like 200$ for the 3D scan which the dentist only brought up to highlight a couple issues _after_ the root canal, but that really is the only downside. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to do a root canal if your dentist doesn't do them on premises. They also still have the heavy covid restrictions, like wearing masks, only two people allowed in the lobby, etc. I don't know that that is strictly necessary anymore after California relaxed its requirements, but I can't really fault them for being extra cautious.

I was turned off immediately, when the sign on the door read ( not exact words) something like, vaccinated people need to ware a mask to protect the unvaccinated. We’ll I’m vaccinated, and I really don’t care about people who choose not to get vaccinated. It’s their choice. And I know how the vaccines work, I know the vaccinated can still get Covid an not know, and then pass it to the unvaccinated. I totally understand. The sign could have been worded differently. Second I got there early and then sat for almost 2 hours before the dentist even came into the room. I asked the assistant twice if it would be better if I came on another day, because I had been sitting so long, but she kept saying, she’s ( the dentist) going to be coming right now. (That doesn’t even make sense) but she told me that 3 times. But to be fair I have to say, if I were looking for a dentist Debra Meadows would be my pick. She was thorough, kind, I can’t say enough nice things about her, also her assistant was the same. The office needs to learn scheduling better.

One's first impression when approaching the front door of the office is their concern for a safe and healthy environment. Besides the requisite face mask, one's temperature is taken and then a request to wash one's hands. The office, bathroom, and exam/procedure rooms are very clean and neat. Especially, when you really don't want to be. I don’t know anyone who likes their teeth being worked on. LOL! Also, I went in expecting I had a fracture in a root, didn't even know that was possible. But I went in with that expectation. Dr Meadows could have easily confirmed a fracture was there and I needed work to be done. But she did not! Far too often now days you feel like provider's want to make money off you. I have seen it firsthand with family members. I would have believed Dr Meadow's if she said I needed work done to fix a fracture. However, she was honest and told me that there was nothing she could see wrong. Should I have any issues, I could contact her, but at this point I am in the clear. I appreciate the honesty & integrity of the provider. Who was also, very sweet! Again, everyone in the office is extremely nice & sweet! I would 100% recommend any family or friends to her office.

I have had two root canals done at your facility, one by Dr. Meadows and the current one by Dr. Fowler. Both procedures were completed without pain of any kind. I would highly recommend your facility to anyone.

The entire team was friendly and welcoming. My visit was unexpected so when they were able to get me in the same day I called it was a blessing. Dr. Meadows is an excellent endodontist. She went the extra mile to get me in on short notice and did a tremendous job numbing me up. I have felt more pain during a simple cleaning than during my visit! She clearly cares about her craft and her patients and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

As nervous as anyone is about having a Root Canal Treatment when your nerves are dying and already in intense pain this was actually an amazing experience. The doctor and his assistant were in complete synchronicity and amazing to watch what can only be described as a dance of perfection. He and his assistant prior to this dance of perfection were very attentive and informative going over everything that was going to happen even showing me the X-rays exposing the nerves and bone density around the tooth on the large screen TV that is affixed to the wall right in front of the chair that the work was to be done on. And more comforting was that during the process they would show you what was being done to me on the screen and explaining the process during the procedure. I had this done yesterday and there isn’t really any pain that I can complain about, a little pressure but im able to eat and drink without pain. If your a candidate for this type of procedure I would highly recommend this facility. Also a shout out to Louis, he was amazing!

Everyone was so nice and caring. I was very apprehensive of getting a root canal so my blood pressure was high and they were very concerned. After settling down they proceeded on and was very careful and the procedure was not as bad as I thought it would be and they explained as they did things.

Excellent experience, and what a fantastic staff! I was in good hands from start to finish (though I didn’t need a root canal after all, for now). I was referred spontaneously by Dr. Hilton. You sent the admit forms immediately so that I could complete them promptly. Your staff took time to call and check on my arrival time just as I entered your area. Upon my appearance, they spun into action, using professional mannerisms coupled with professional actions. No lag time. Dr. Fowler's experience and solid skills were clearly apparent. He detected a critical issue!
