Dr. Weber and here team were all so great and welcomed me to the clinic with open arms. I had been at the same Dentist clinic since I was a kid and I finally decided to make a change for many reasons and I could not have picked a better clinic to switch to. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming as well. Dr. Weber is so kind, caring and is very thorough and listens to her patients needs, etc. Thank you Dr. Weber and team!!

This place is a bit of a drive from my home and I usually try to go local. I'm in South Minneapolis and they're in Apple Valley. However, a neighbor recommended them and this will be our dental home. They're responsive, kind, good with kids, efficient with scheduling and overall it's just a different dental experience! I mean still not a blast but really not painful at all.

The staff is always so kind and patient. They really explain and communicate every thing they are doing, and provide a low stress, and judgment free environment. Going to the dentist can feel very anxiety inducing and shameful for many, and they make it very nice and comfortable here.

Dakota Dental has been a great fit for our family since moving from our small, family practice dentist in South MPLS. I've found the staff communicates well, is incredibly gentle (I need to be numbed in the front of my mouth for cleanings), and is on time with appointments. I've had a great experience! Recently, I've worked with Tammy to go over out-of-pocket costs and scheduling for wisdom teeth removal for my daughters. We've communicated over email and she has been very helpful! I apprecaite how well everyone at Dakota Dental works together to take care of their patients!

Not sure if my gums are supposed to hurt after a cleaning. finally now, all is well. I do get cleanings twice a year and this is the first time my mouth was tender and in pain for 2 days. Even difficult to sleep. Maddie is who cleaned my teeth. The appointment only lasted 30 minutes. I do not believe my mouth was that dirty.

I went in for a routine cleaning with Amber, who is fantastic, and to check on a known issue I've been having with a tooth. Dr. Biroon and Amber analyzed my X-Ray and expressed how important it was I that get this addressed immediately and that I could not wait for insurance. They came up with a plan to prep me for the procedure I would need before my insurance kicked in. Dr. Biroon and her assistant, Maggie (I hope I got that right) were amazing and made an uncomfortable situation into a pleasant one.

Have been going to this clinic since I was a child and still going at age 24. Staff has always been very friendly and upfront with pricing. The clinic is always improving their methods to be up to date with the newest tech. Hygienists and dentists do a stellar job with cleanings and any dental work I have needed. Cannot recommend enough!

Not only was the Dentist tho let him quick and the office was clean and up to date equipment. The extraction I couldn’t believe how painless it was while doing it. I am 45 and have been a dental assistant and hands down I would recommend him to everyone. The best I am telling you I was in shocked myself and my tooth also was abscessed.

I was at Dakota Dental for my initial consultation. The dental assistant was extremely personable. She was detailed and really listened to me. I believe her name was Ann. She was delightful! She thoroughly explained everything and always told me what to expect - as I told her I was somewhat anxious and had sensitivity in my front teeth during cleanings. The dentist, Dr. Webber, was also very thoughtful, explained things thoroughly, and gave me all my options. The front desk and scheduling staff were great! Kim, who I spoke with and corresponded with initially was wonderful as well! My parents are scheduled to start at this office and my twin daughters will be scheduling their upcoming appointments as well. Thank you!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. I am pleased by all the dental work I have had here. All dental procedures have gone well. Doctors Weber and Biroon have treated me well, as have all of the various assistants that participated with several of my procedures. I really like my hygenist, but i can't recall her name. Getting older I find it more difficult to remember names in particular.

I have some anxiety when it come to dental services from past experiences stemming all the way beck to childhood, but when I broke a tooth recently I was forced to figure this out. I had heard about Dakota Dental on a radio show on MyTalk 107.1 and they were open at 2:30 pm on a Friday when I broke my tooth so I called. Everyone I encountered could not have been nicer. Ann & Dr. Weber were so great. I felt so comfortable there and I am so glad I called!

Dr. Biroon & Vanessa were so patient, understanding, and just overall amazing with my daughter. She has been through a lot with previous dentists and even here before and I have been unable to reach her about how important her dental hygiene is and they took the time to explain things, and even calm her down by any means necessary. I wanted to hug them both and was in tears in the corner by the end in absolute gratitude. Thank you and all your staff from the last time she was in as well, you were the reason we came back.

Dr Isabella has been my dentist for over 8 years, and has consistently excelled at his profession. He does beautiful work, explains options clearly, and makes it easy to understand what needs to be prioritized and why. If I had to sum up my feelings in a single word, that word would be "trust." And like Dr Isabella, ancillary staff is competent, courteous, compassionate, and positive- love them all! Dakota Dental is the best- hands down!

Used to love coming here. I still like seeing some of the people I have seen over the years! It's a beautiful place, but what makes it not as exciting is the amount of recommendations made vs. what the patient says they would like to do. Also, making people feel bad about what makes them uncomfortable or insecure - by laughing about it, and making uncalled for comments, has broken some of the relationship I thought we had and it has caused me to disconnect from keeping this as a trusted family dentistry for us.

your organization is very compartmentalized. than is the exact opposite I designed built in my 40+ years in management and corporate consulting management and turn arounds. Much like most every service I have visited, and this contributes to poor listening skills or lack thereof. Folks are on automatic pilot their job...duties and or responsibilities as described to them, enables this. Now they were all kinds of polite and courteous, like the guy at Walmart that had been called out several times, but management or LACK of leadership and Courage enabled, or certainly contributed to this atrocity. Even your survey limits and directs your customers responses. This has got to be boiler plate.

Still getting used to this practice, so please bear with me on the ratings for now. Based purely on what can be provided (so many options), it actually leads to a little mistrust in terms of whether or not the prescribed plan is the best for my benefit, or if it partly suits the company from a profitability standpoint. Maybe a little more flexibility during procedures, and a bit more checking to see if the patient is comfortable throughout. I need to get thru a few procedures before I will be able to bump up the rating (waiting on results). Billings with my insurance are a royal pain too, but I suspect that ties to it not being a standard Delta Dental. As for the procedure I am working to finish, they were very accommodating. Up front, I didn't know there would have to be so much pressure on my face, and somehow, it impacted where the adenoid & cyst removal (+margins) in June 2021, so I moved my appointment back -- the base of my nose is still sensitive, and I am very grateful they were able to move my appointments out to let the area heal a bit longer before doing an impression. I was not at all happy about being sent home without even a few pain pills or an antibiotic. I was in considerable pain and lost the whole weekend to it after my appointment. I luckily had a couple pain pills left from my surgery last year, but that was about all I had and I hurt for a good 4-5 days - now mostly just the base of the nose if I touch that area..

I think Dr. Isabella is the best. I had struggled since 2003 when I had artificial jaw joints placed slanted which was a big problem for my teeth. I had delay after delay because no one knew what to do with me, including Mayo Clinic. I had a miserable time until I went to Dr. Isabella in 2021. He didn't hesitate to take my case. Instead of years of getting nowhere within what seemed to be a short time I had upper and lower implants and I was chewing again. What Dr. Isabella did for me seems surreal although I am adjusting and the bad experiences are fading. I can honestly say that all of the Dentist I have seen since 2003 did not or could not help me. Dr. Isabella helped me a lot. I highly recommend him. My experience is that there is none better.

Ps I did not say anything to her before she started. My daughter had her cleaning the day before by a different hygienist and her gums hurt afterwards. I had her book her next appointment with Allie.

My daughter loves this office!!! Being special needs, it is difficult for her to see the dentist. She is able to relax and actually laugh here. She has not been able to have a complete adult cleaning at previous dentists. Every time she comes here, she lets them do more. She has trouble keeping her mouth open for long periods. Yesterday, I was pleasantly shocked to see her not only not fight it, but actually relax. We are very happy to have found them and will strongly recommend them to her friends and parents!

The Newly updated area for dental cleaning is very nice. My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Carney was very nice, also. I was very happy with my experience.

As always, the kind and professional staff at Dakota Dental made me feel welcome and in good hands. The procedures they have in place during Covid made me feel very safe throughout my appointment. I'm a long-time patient and I've seen each of the dentists at the clinic. They and all the staff at Dakota Dental treat people with respect and look out for the patient's comfort.

I've been going to this dental office for nearly 15 years and really appreciate the very friendly office staff (minimal turn over) and very knowledgeable hygienists, dental assistants and dental care i've received. Dr Bennet did my only dental implant nearly 10 years ago and i've had no issues with it or any of my gums or teeth. this past year i had my first crown in several years and the accuracy in tooth size and turn around was quicker with using 3D scanning instead of the waxy bubble gum flavor forms. Also, I'm really impressed with the level of safety measures they've implemented during these Co-Vid months. It's another validation of how much they care for their clients.

Initially I was very afraid to have my first implant done. The staff are great teaching and answering questions. The doctor I had( Dr. Isabella) is thorough, efficient, and still has a great attitude. He has never ignored any concern I’ve brought up. I have now started my second implant and it went great!!!
