Everyone is so nice and friendly. I am pleased by all the dental work I have had here. All dental procedures have gone well. Doctors Weber and Biroon have treated me well, as have all of the various assistants that participated with several of my procedures. I really like my hygenist, but i can't recall her name. Getting older I find it more difficult to remember names in particular.

I have some anxiety when it come to dental services from past experiences stemming all the way beck to childhood, but when I broke a tooth recently I was forced to figure this out. I had heard about Dakota Dental on a radio show on MyTalk 107.1 and they were open at 2:30 pm on a Friday when I broke my tooth so I called. Everyone I encountered could not have been nicer. Ann & Dr. Weber were so great. I felt so comfortable there and I am so glad I called!

Dr. Biroon & Vanessa were so patient, understanding, and just overall amazing with my daughter. She has been through a lot with previous dentists and even here before and I have been unable to reach her about how important her dental hygiene is and they took the time to explain things, and even calm her down by any means necessary. I wanted to hug them both and was in tears in the corner by the end in absolute gratitude. Thank you and all your staff from the last time she was in as well, you were the reason we came back.

Dr Isabella has been my dentist for over 8 years, and has consistently excelled at his profession. He does beautiful work, explains options clearly, and makes it easy to understand what needs to be prioritized and why. If I had to sum up my feelings in a single word, that word would be "trust." And like Dr Isabella, ancillary staff is competent, courteous, compassionate, and positive- love them all! Dakota Dental is the best- hands down!

Used to love coming here. I still like seeing some of the people I have seen over the years! It's a beautiful place, but what makes it not as exciting is the amount of recommendations made vs. what the patient says they would like to do. Also, making people feel bad about what makes them uncomfortable or insecure - by laughing about it, and making uncalled for comments, has broken some of the relationship I thought we had and it has caused me to disconnect from keeping this as a trusted family dentistry for us.

your organization is very compartmentalized. than is the exact opposite I designed built in my 40+ years in management and corporate consulting management and turn arounds. Much like most every service I have visited, and this contributes to poor listening skills or lack thereof. Folks are on automatic pilot their job...duties and or responsibilities as described to them, enables this. Now they were all kinds of polite and courteous, like the guy at Walmart that had been called out several times, but management or LACK of leadership and Courage enabled, or certainly contributed to this atrocity. Even your survey limits and directs your customers responses. This has got to be boiler plate.

Still getting used to this practice, so please bear with me on the ratings for now. Based purely on what can be provided (so many options), it actually leads to a little mistrust in terms of whether or not the prescribed plan is the best for my benefit, or if it partly suits the company from a profitability standpoint. Maybe a little more flexibility during procedures, and a bit more checking to see if the patient is comfortable throughout. I need to get thru a few procedures before I will be able to bump up the rating (waiting on results). Billings with my insurance are a royal pain too, but I suspect that ties to it not being a standard Delta Dental. As for the procedure I am working to finish, they were very accommodating. Up front, I didn't know there would have to be so much pressure on my face, and somehow, it impacted where the adenoid & cyst removal (+margins) in June 2021, so I moved my appointment back -- the base of my nose is still sensitive, and I am very grateful they were able to move my appointments out to let the area heal a bit longer before doing an impression. I was not at all happy about being sent home without even a few pain pills or an antibiotic. I was in considerable pain and lost the whole weekend to it after my appointment. I luckily had a couple pain pills left from my surgery last year, but that was about all I had and I hurt for a good 4-5 days - now mostly just the base of the nose if I touch that area..

Overall a good experience. The doctor I usually see, Dr. Weber, wasn’t working the day of my visit. I didn’t get a welcoming feel from the doctor I did see. She just focused on what was wrong and didn’t say much else.

I think Dr. Isabella is the best. I had struggled since 2003 when I had artificial jaw joints placed slanted which was a big problem for my teeth. I had delay after delay because no one knew what to do with me, including Mayo Clinic. I had a miserable time until I went to Dr. Isabella in 2021. He didn't hesitate to take my case. Instead of years of getting nowhere within what seemed to be a short time I had upper and lower implants and I was chewing again. What Dr. Isabella did for me seems surreal although I am adjusting and the bad experiences are fading. I can honestly say that all of the Dentist I have seen since 2003 did not or could not help me. Dr. Isabella helped me a lot. I highly recommend him. My experience is that there is none better.

My daughter loves this office!!! Being special needs, it is difficult for her to see the dentist. She is able to relax and actually laugh here. She has not been able to have a complete adult cleaning at previous dentists. Every time she comes here, she lets them do more. She has trouble keeping her mouth open for long periods. Yesterday, I was pleasantly shocked to see her not only not fight it, but actually relax. We are very happy to have found them and will strongly recommend them to her friends and parents!

Everyone from reception to my nurse and dentist were absolutely phenomenal and just an overall great group of people! I needed an emergency visit and they really answered the call for me when I needed help with a bad infection. I scheduled same day and STILL had little to no wait time! I was referred to Dr. Jacobson for a frenectomy. I was easily able to make a consultation appointment. The visit was a breeze, I appreciated the COVID measures being taken. The staff took the time to read information I brought with me and thoroughly explained the procedure. The Newly updated area for dental cleaning is very nice. My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Carney was very nice, also. I was very happy with my experience.

As always, the kind and professional staff at Dakota Dental made me feel welcome and in good hands. The procedures they have in place during Covid made me feel very safe throughout my appointment. I've been going to this dental office for nearly 15 years and really appreciate the very friendly office staff (minimal turn over) and very knowledgeable hygienists, dental assistants and dental care i've received. Dr Bennet did my only dental implant nearly 10 years ago and i've had no issues with it or any of my gums or teeth. this past year i had my first crown in several years and the accuracy in tooth size and turn around was quicker with using 3D scanning instead of the waxy bubble gum flavor forms. Also, I'm really impressed with the level of safety measures they've implemented during these Co-Vid months. It's another validation of how much they care for their clients.

Initially I was very afraid to have my first implant done. The staff are great teaching and answering questions. The doctor I had( Dr. Isabella) is thorough, efficient, and still has a great attitude. He has never ignored any concern I’ve brought up. I have now started my second implant and it went great!!!
