THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO YOUR OFFICE. IT WAS SUCH A DELIGHTFUL PLACE WITH SMILES FROM ALL EMPLOYEES. THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS OUTSTANDING. THE ENTIRE VISIT WAS COMFORTABLE AND SURPRISINGLY QUIET! GOT HOME AND COULD DEFINITELY TELL MY TEETH FELT CLEANER THAN IN YEARS PAST AFTER 6MO CLEANINGS. I WILL BE SHARING MY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH A NEIGHBORING COUPLE WHO HAVE JUST LOST THEIR DENTIST TO RETIREMENT.

She always takes her time to make sure every visit is as comfortable as possible. From the moment I stepped into the office my experience was incredible. Beautiful office, very friendly and professional staff. I didn't wait long at all. Tiffany was my hygienist and she was phenomenal. The dentist was in and out because I was just there for routine cleaning but I do feel like he was very professional and would have spent extended time there with me if I needed. My whole family will be using this office!

Karen Rose, Dr. Mullins, and Dr. Gayle were instrumental in turning around the health of my teeth. I'm retired and had let my dental hygiene lax somewhat. Dr. Gayle was the first doctor I met at the Clinic. She was very a very good person and dedicated to her profession. Dr. Mullins picked up were Dr. Gayle left off after she left. He has been an excellent dentist, also very dedicated and friendly bedside manner. Karen as been the best Dental Hygienist. She is also very dedicated and goes above and beyond to teach and guide me through my dental hygiene. Becky takes care of my appointments and patiently explains all the insurance claims.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The practice is extremely organized and efficient. If time is needed, it is taken for my overall dental health otherwise, the do what needs to be done efficiently and I see them at my next cleaning or visit. Dr. Mullins is great!

As always, the visit was conducted in an efficient and friendly manner. BEST dental office have found in IOW. The dental hygienist was thorough and kind. The dentist himself is always ready to do his best for his clients. Nice gentleman-hard to find in dentistry these days, Try him-you will be treated kindly and any work - if needed - will be explained in full without pressure to have anything done you don’t want done. Top notch office in general.

Your office is very professional in both appearance and equipment; the hand-held Xray machine really caught my attention. The staff was very knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful; Dr. Mullins was top-notch; what I liked the most is he gave me options on the direction of my health care, and by including me on what I wanted to do I made the choice for how to proceed. I really liked that.

I had been to the office when it was Gentle Smiles Dentistry and I was worried that I would have to wait eternally for an appointment. Due to the nature of my abscessed tooth I was seen right away. The X-rays were less painful than before, and the numbing was spot on (I've had problems in the past with getting numb with it taking two or three tries to achieve the desired result).

As always my visit to Dr. Mullins office was quick and painless-teeth cleaned really well by dental hygienist and I was offered a fluoride cleaning if I wanted one-as well as a 360 degree rotating x-ray. They even checked to see which ones were covered by insurance for me. Left all decisions up to me-no pressure-respectful and professional. When all was done to my satisfaction-Dr. Mullins came to greet me and check my teeth himself before I left. Excellent dental office experience.

My son actually made my appt. to see Dr. Mullins as an emergency because I'd been in such pain for a wk. & my regular dentist wouldn't see me until days after I called his office. It turned out I have a very bad infection & as a result of it, the infection has to be treated before the tooth can be removed. I was very impressed with Dr. Mullins' professionalism, as well as with the friendliness & the professionalism of the office staff. Dr. Mullins was very nice & explained everything that needed to be done. I really appreciated the time he took to see me & how quickly he saw me after hearing what was going on. Super staff! It was a great experience. I left my last dentist because each time I went in I felt like I was being upsold a service or treatment I didn’t need. The last straw was being told that I needed a mouthguard. I am 61 years old and never in my life had I been told that I grinded my teeth at night. I knew for a fact I did not. My problem is normally having my mouth open when I sleep. I have never had my husband or anyone else informed me that I grind my teeth at night. However my last dentist tried to sell me on the fact that I was grinding my teeth and needed $1000 mouthguard. That was the last straw. It was such a great experience today. Great cleaning my teeth felt wonderful! So happy I was referred to this dental office!

Wow! After a lengthy search, I found my dental clinic! After my evening floss last night, I noticed a chunk of tooth between my cheek and gums. It turned out to be an old filling from Smithfield Dentistry that fell out (part of the reason I left them). Anyway, I pass by their nice looking clinic almost every day on South Church St. and always considered checking them out. The lost filling gave me the motivation and I'm glad I did. My first experience was with the front desk coordinator. She was friendly, efficient, and gave me a positive vibe right off the bat. She booked me a same-day appointment to get the tooth looked at. She emailed me the check-in forms to do online before my appt so it would speed things up. Don''t you just hate the mountain of forms dentists give you to fill out before the appt? This made it easy. After a very minimal wait (maybe 5 minutes), the dental tech came and got me, took me back to the examination room, and immediately got to work getting me ready to see the doc. They don't use that gangly, awkward, xray machine most dentists have. You know, the thing they jam inches from your face and then go hide behind a barrier so they don't get irradiated? No, they have this cool handheld machine that takes literally seconds to get a digital image. Very fast and efficient. Then she was ready for the doc. Dr. Gregory Mullins was very impressive. He asked all the right questions to understand the situation; then, quickly and painlessly diagnosed the problem and instead of saying, "let's get you scheduled for a follow-up appointment to fix this," he shocked me by asking, "shall we get this fixed right now?" That's a first for me and for a guy closing in on 60, that's saying a lot. Anyway, he and his assistant got me fixed up in about 20 minutes after I green-lighted the procedure and that includes the novacaine. They were shockingly fast, professional, and efficient the whole way. No pain. No fuss. No problems or issues.

My first impression of this practice was when I had an emergency filling replaced. The needle didn't hurt at all to numb it all up. This signaled to me that this practice was up to date with technology. Upon receiving my first cleaning here recently, again I noticed more up to date gadgets and technology. All staff makes one feel they are in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Mullins didn't rush but yet took the time to talk to me about my current situation with my teeth and also shared a plan of action and strategy of where to start. I know I've made the right choice in choosing Cypress Creek for my dental needs.

The dental hygienist that worked with Grahm (our 2.5 year old) was amazing. Even after his appointment was finished she brought out a coloring book and pencils for him to play with. This is a wonderful, caring office that truly connects with their patients and offers the best in service. They are gentle and compassionate and discuss options with you while giving you recommendations and options to optimize your care. I love how they suggest new products for the best in oral health and show you how to use any product you are unsure about. I used to hate the Waterpik but I'm so much better at using it now and I love it. No one ever took the time to explain exactly what to do before. I am a fairly new patient with the Cypress Creek Family Dentistry practice. My recent visit was my second visit and it could not have gone better. I had to have a filling in one of my teeth. This is never something that I look forward to having done. This visit went so well and I was relaxed the entire time. From start to finish all went smoothly and every part of the procedure was explained to me thoroughly and helped me to stay relaxed. The staff and Dr. Mullins are so nice, informative, and go out of their way to make the visit as pleasant as possible. I greatly appreciate this.

This was an amazing experience. I have never had such a dedication, warm and family oriented dentist ever. Dr. T doesn’t give up and will jump over all obstacles to help you. She didn’t know me & she took me in due to an emergency. I didn’t even have dental insurance at that time but she wasn’t concerned about that she only was concerned of my well being. I’m a high risk patient because of serious health problems. Other dentists turned me away just because of my poor health. She took the risk & faught for me although the damage was way worse than her practice could do. She searched until she found something that could help.

The minute I walked in with pain as an off the street person. Everyone was so over whelming with kindness. These are great people! They did not make me wait one minute. Wish more doctors were like this.

I have never been to a dentist office that takes so much time and makes sure you know what is going on in your mouth. The cleanings are top notch !!! Dr. T does a very detailed exam after all of your cleanings and talks with the hygienist about all that she saw going on with your teeth. They also discuss the xrays!!!

I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the cleaning and check-up. Photos used to explain gum disease is excellent. I find the reminders of appoints a bit excessive. Once a week before hand and maybe the day before would be enough for me.

When you enter the practice you are greeted like you are Royalty by the office staff. By the time you are seated you are greeted by name by Mrs. Gail Stone my hygienist. They go over your last visit and tell you what they are doing at every juncture and medications they are using. Dr. Gayle comes in and check your overall mouth health.

Dentist visit was awesome, and for me that is a Hugh development. Let me start out by saying that of all places on this earth a dentist office in high on that list not to visit. But, after meeting the staff, the ease that is given to those of us who dislike these visits, I actually had fun....Karen my RDH, new term was friendly and answered all of my questions when given and promptly. Gayle is a wealth of knowledge and has convinced me to try to maintain a discipline to care and maintenance. I fill better about returning next week. And just to let all know, its been 4 and half years since the last time I saw let alone stepped into a dentist office.
