My hygienist is the best. Somehow after 6 months he still remembers by life story. Most dentists I go to use water tools and they always spray me with water the whole time or are very aggressive. Here, they are very meticulous, gentle and actually take the tools out of my mouth when asking a question. I always feel like I can fall asleep in the chair. I love the large windows in front of the seat as well. Beautiful view when there's snow. Clean, professional & organzied. Definitely recommend.

This was my daughter's 3 year old appointment. The dentist was super patient with Ella and didn't seem rushed or inpatient. He was very encouraging to Ella. He was able to look at, clean and put flouride on her teeth without any issues. She never once looked like she was having any discomfort and even smiled a few times.

Glacier Family Dental In Great Falls . Dr Heap and the dental assistant team are by far the best dental business in this town hands down . Consistent excellent care and costs upfront and reasonable. The Family dental plan greatly helps with costs and Upfront expenses. I went from looking homeless to Omg ! Whatever yours needs , this Team gets you the smile you see only in Hollywood . Finally a dentist we really love . Oh , gentle needles , no more awful ruff next day pains . Dr Heap is so gentle whether a tooth is being extracted or just getting a filling . I absolutely would recommend him to anybody who don’t like dentists because of past bad experiences.

Dr.Heap was great about communicating what he was doing and what to expect for my teeth, and his staff has been great about clear communication for payment information. I have only been going to Glacier Family Dental for about 2 years and cannot recommend them enough. Brian didn’t make me feel bad about having to neglect my dental health during covid and a move, but he was able to get me back on track with ease and professionalism. During my last visit I was told of another procedure I would have to have done and I have not had any anxiety about it with how open and honest Dr. Chet was about what the procedure would entail. I wish I wasn’t moving because this is the first dentistry that made me feel at ease and comfortable with each appointment.

My son broke off his front teeth. GFD has been absolutely amazing at getting him in quickly and also taking such wonderful care of his situation! Me and my family are on the Kleer plan through Glacier family dental and are loving it. This past week one of my sons had a ridge on his tooth. They went the extra mile and took an xray for free to make sure it wasn't a cavity and they didn't charge me. I also had my toddler in my arms as both kids had cleanings at the same time and went back and forth between both rooms chatting with the hygienists. Everyone was chill and kind. The facility is clean and modern. As a parent himself Dr. Heap seems to understand parent questions and concerns and was more than happy to answer a couple questions about my toddlers teeth right there when he was done checking my older kids' teeth. He's the best dentist we've ever had!

When I arrived, I asked the receptionist if they could send me what I had paid over the last year for my income taxes, she replied they would be waiting for me when I done with my appointment. I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t find Glacier Family Dental! Of course I had a crown fall off the day before Thanksgiving and they got me right in and fixed it up so I could enjoy the holiday! So accommodating and are so sensitive with me knowing my fear of going to the Dentist! Although the outcome for this crown and tooth are dismal, they are not pushy with what needs to be done and go at my pace to schedule work needing to be done.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Heap and his team for a routine exam and dental cleaning. Janelle was the hygienist that performed my cleaning and she was amazing! She was so friendly and kind, she made me feel welcome and chatted with me the whole time. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth as well and she was very thorough! Dr. Heap was just as friendly and welcoming when I met him. He was quick when examining my teeth but also very thorough and he took the time to chat and get to know a little bit about me before finishing his exam. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I’ll definitely be back to see Dr. Heap and his team for my next dental exam and routine cleaning, and for any other dental needs that I may have!

Dr. Heap did a great job!!! I have been dealing with a bad back tooth for 15 years. It was a hard tooth to fix due to its positioning. After 2 failed attempts by 2 previous dentists which resulted in cavities under the fillings and a root canal/cap which also resulted in a cavity under the cap🤨, Dr. Heap took his time and made sure the cap fit perfectly and double checked to make sure there was no ridges to prevent any further cavity on this tooth. Thank you for being meticulous in your work! We also love your in-house dental plan.😊

I can be challenging to work on. I have a small mouth and a tongue that gets in the way. I can be anxious with some procedures and breathing becomes difficult. This puts me in flight mode. We were unable to do all that had been planned on my tooth but a compromise was reached. I have a filling and I am comfortable in chewing food once again.

Best dentist office I've ever been to. I went in ready for the usual discomfort of them poking sensitive areas on my teeth. But they were so careful and aware, I experienced no pain. My first appointment went great! Staff was friendly, nonjudgemental and easy to talk to. The office was clean and neat without that uncomfortable, too-clinical atmosphere that some places have. They explained every step and checked to make sure there wasn't any sensitivity as they worked. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially those that avoid dentists.

I made an appointment for my 5 year old son to have his front bottom teeth checked out, because his adult teeth were coming in behind the baby teeth and pushing them outwards, but the baby teeth weren’t loose enough to pull at home. The doctor and technician were so kind and friendly with my son, chatted with him to calm his nerves so 2 teeth could be extracted. To prevent pain during the procedure, numbing cream was used on his gums and the doctor hid the shot from my son’s view with his hand. Everything went smoothly and my son was not scared of the procedure at all. I am very happy I chose this office and the efforts they take to care for my son.

Not having been to the dentist in some time I was really impressed with Glacier Family Dental. They explained everything they would be doing and made conversation as they worked. The atmosphere was friendly, the place was clean and the work was phenomenal. They do offer a membership plan that is so helpful when you do not have insurance, it's affordable and last a year. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning to them.

I had a faulty filling put in last fall. It was a composite. We fixed it right there on the spot. I was not paying attention and when I got home see that it was repaired with the silver filling. My file should say "no amalgum" so I am not pleased we did not repair with the composite filling. I have not yet called to see if we can fix it.

I have this horrible fear of dentist due to treatments I had when I was younger. I would sweat and get dizzy before my appointment. Today I experienced such a wonderful appointment with the dentist so sweet, caring and understanding. Everything I experienced today from the moment I walked in was welcoming. I have never been treated so nice. I was relaxed and it was over before I knew it. The whole staff was wonderful. I left feeling great!! From the dentist to the staff, what a great place to get all my dental care done. Such a relief to not have the fear of dental work. Best dentist ever!! Fantastic staff!!

My tooth feels GREAT! Just had a crown prep and even though it took lots of drilling and my tooth was extremely sensitive...it now feels GREAT. Dr. Heap was very good at listening and accommodating my requests/quirks. He took the time needed to elevate my discomfort. Responded perfectly to my non-verbal (had mouth full) feedback. He was very gentle.

Huhn Family Dental is one of the best dental offices I have ever used. Holly, the office manager is always on top of of everything, really knows her job, as well as the importance of proper billing and scheduling. Kathy is so awesome at assisting Dr. Huhn during all of my visits. I never have to worry that I won’t be “numb” enough!! They actually listen to the patient to make sure all your needs are met while explaining what is happening in real time so there are NEVER any surprises! Sarah, my Hygienist is OUTSTANDING! I see her every 3 months for cleanings. She completely earned my trust and deserves an award!! I love getting my teeth cleaned! Which in turn, allows me to really look foreword to all my appointments! Dr. Huhn is so caring, gentle and professional I practically fall asleep during all my dental visits. I find great comfort in knowing every procedure is warranted at Huhn Family Dental because they are truly there for the patient and not just another dental office trying to make money off of unnecessary dental procedures!! I see Dr. Nieset when Dr. Huhn is not available. She is truly wonderful! It amazes me that the two BEST dentists I have ever been to are located at Huhn Family Dental! Wednesdays was my first visit. Besides needed to establish a dentist in Great Falls, I broke a tooth a few weeks ago. Hung Dental could get me in sooner than anyone. Dr. Nielsen explained did a good examination and give me all my opinion. They're able to get me in the next day to start doing a deep cleaning. Amy was great do doing the cleaning.
