I am extremely pleased and satisfied with our visit and all of the staff at Louisburg Eye Associates. From the moment we walked in, until the minute we left everyone was extremely attentive. The doctor did a phenomenal job communicating with my teenage son as well, which meant the world to me. I will definitely be going back for myself and I will definitely recommend to others as well.

Dr Lancaster saved my eyes. Three years ago I went for an eye exam,. After complete exam it was determined that I need to see a cataract and advised who I should see, another great move. Now I’m back for my annual exam. Would recommend the Dr and the staff.

This is a great practice. Not only is the eye care great, but they are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lancaster is never in a rush and spends whatever time is needed to explain anything that needs an explanation; he is completely open to questions. Also, they know you by name when you come in.

The optometrist and receptionist were both very kind and professional. Once I arrived, the receptionist recognized my voice and appointment time and greeted me by name. My wait time was very short. Towards the end of my appointment, the optometrist took time out of his busy day and helped me pick out the best glasses frame and lenses.

I called and expressed my sudden onset of blurry & double vision to receptionist Dawn. I had waited 4 days & really needed to be seen. She was so kind and felt I needed to be worked in, but not as a routine eye exam. Dr. Lancaster was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I felt I was at the right place. He was able to see I had a detached retina and a macular hole. I was referred same day to NC Retina. I am thankful I made that call to them.

I have found that Louisburg Eye Care to be very friendly, professional and timely. For example I had a potential problem with my eye, called them and had a thorough exam one hour later. I’ve been going for years and have been very happy with their care.

The eye exam I had by Dr. Lancaster was the most thorough exam I've ever had. His indept exam revealed a potential problem in the back of my eyes. That may not be something I want to hear, but it is certainly something I need to know.

I have always been treated exceptionally. Dr. Lancaster treats you like family and so does his entire staff. They take the time to talk with you as a person not a patient/client. In fact, Dr. Lancaster is the one that sent me back to my Doctor to see if I had high cholesterol or diabetes. It was high cholesterol. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr Lancaster and his entire staff.

I appreciated that the staff was friendly and my kids were seen promptly. Dr. Lancaster was friendly and my kids felt comfortable with him. I also appreciated that he informed me of a congenital eye condition that my daughter has which actually led me to further research the condition as well as now getting further genetic testing based on my family history and certain conditions being linked to this eye condition. No other eye care place had caught this eye condition before and they should have. As far as the office itself, they do have a decent selection of frames. You may feel the decor is a bit outdated but honestly I don't mind that because of the quality of care that my children received.

Louisburg eye Associates provided excellent care for my daughter. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was pleased at how comfortable they made her feel although she was a little nervous being that it was her first time and she only 5yo. Overall I think they did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend them.
