Great Dental Services! If the office would be better at follow up and/or follow thru, they would have earned a 5 star review! My kid has been waiting since November to have worked done. It's April!!! When we actually got the work done is great!

We had our son’s 1st visit just after his 1st birthday. It went as we imagined as he wasn’t thrilled about it, but the everyone was patient and very nice. We went home and had our first tooth brushing session and that went great. Thank you to Dr. Tucker and this office for helping us establish healthy dental habits.

There need to be a woman in there Mr. Joyner attitude sucks very unprofessional yesterday, he need to learn respect in front of children and liar. You don’t have admit conversation in front of kids like he did my son, I genuinely want to smack him the way he was talking in front of my child and lied in front of my kid on me had to correct him. I don’t like him and my child don’t either. Run me those dental records and you’ll never see us again

The staff are friendly and supportive when our child was getting his checkup. However, the reminder email had an appointment time for 30 min prior which meant that a young child sat in the waiting room for 45 min (arrived early as instructed) and our next plans were delayed. When asked about the discrepancy, the receptionist suddenly changed and it wasn't worth the argument to figure out what was going on.

I’ve been coming to this Dentist Clinic for 5yrs and I am beyond in love with their service, they treat you like family not like any other patient they are force to see. They’re all amazing!! My kids like them but like any other kids, yes they get mad to go to the dentist but love how they get their goodie bag & sugarless lollipops in tooth form. Best dental clinic i have ever been at🥰

Not very friendly there. Very serious and straightforward if thats what you are looking for.. my son came in to get a crown and after getting home realized his bite is very high. The rest of his teeth don't touch. When I contacted the dentistry about it later that afternoon was told to just let doctor know when i come back in 2 weeks.. she said it was normal. Im rethinking after the next follow up to changing his dentist. However the dentist was very knowledgeable and gave me great advise on my sons teeth while I was there.

I hate dentists. I haven't had a good visit or outcome since I sat in a chair for 6 hours at 12 years old. That changed when I saw Dr. Tucker. He knew of my past experiences and my disdain for the dental community as physicians. Undaunted, he took care of my emergent concern without pain and with a quickness I was not expecting. I will be going back to see him for my dental needs and will be sending my family there as well. I live in the OC. But it is well worth the drive.

I absolutely loved bringing my son here the staff is so friendly and welcoming, they even made my son feel so comfortable he forgot he was at the dentist and thought he was just one of their little helper's, they let him you some of the safe tools on his self to get him to realize it's not scary and it's just to help his teeth I would recommend this place for anyone to bring their child !

Wonderful Amazing Dental Assistance work here! I'm particular, a Latina woman with Brown mid length hair, with really nice teeth worked with my daughter. My little girl is So Afraid of the X-ray machine! Somehow the Dental Assistant worked calmly and patiently with her. Like she had Nothing else to do... with a lobby full of patients. She still was composed and just as sweet as can be! Great patient care!!! We'll done!!

Hello Dr.Joyner My daughter Sarah Perez had an appointment on friday at 12:30 and had to wait a long time before being seen, she also had a procedure done on 4/15/17 and it seems like this procedure was not claimed to my insurance company and that's been a problem with my flex acct.

Wonderful place clean, friendly, in and out service . My son is two now and has been going here for the past year, 4 visit a year every three months. His first visit was rough he cried and did not want to sit down. The staff took there time with him and calmed him down by talking to him and explaining what was going to happen. Now when we go he is very happy and jumps right into the sit ready to brush his teeth. I recommend this place for every parent with a little one weather its there first visit to the dentist or you been going elsewhere and are not happy try this place you will be amazed.

I went in at 2:30 like they told me to as a new patient, but my appotient wasn't until 3pm and I wasn't seated until 3:30, so I waited an hour just to be seated. Then they took x-rays and I saw the dentist within 10 mins of the x-rays being taken. The dentist checks my teeth, scratched my teeth a bit and my gums started bleeding, and lets me know I need a root canal and she recomends deep cleaning and leaves so the lady at the front can check if my insurance covers these procedures. My insurance didn't cover that, the lady at the front came 30 mins later to tell me this and how much it would cost to cover the procedures. Once I said I couldn't do them she said "ok then come with me to sign some papers" and my appointment was over. I was never explained my other options, or giving pain medication, nor antibiotics for the tooth that I was in so much pain for! I spent 2 1/2 hours for nothing! I will never go back!

Explaining & engaging our daughter in her own dental care, instead of rushing abruptly through an assembly line eased her anxiety. The staff was very friendly, however they seemed a bit disorganized/ rushed and were not very thorough when it came to both the exam and the cleaning. They were quick to ask for payment, though.
