Dr. Jagodzinski was great - super informative and helpful. I appreciated how thorough she was. My only recommendation is to move the new patient paperwork to a word doc that can be filled out on a computer and emailed back. I had to print, fill out by hand, scan, and email back.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my foot care. I’m a diabetic and Dr. J has saved my foot a couple of times now. She is very knowledgeable and caring towards my foot care. Doctors like her are very hard to find anymore.

This was my first visit to your practice! Even before I got there, I was impressed with your web site and with the packet that was sent by email. The staff greeted me warmly when I came in the door, engaged but also getting work done. Dr. J is a gem! Straight-forward and very informative answers to my questions and concerns were followed by clear recommendations for next steps. And she has a delightful sense of humor! I'm very glad that my primary care doc recommended Dr. Jagodzinski and the Ankle and Foot Center of Fox Valley.

Smart, personable, impressive from minute to minute, from limping into her office, her exam to x-rays to diagnosis, I was better within a day and didn't have to make the return visit - pain relieved, I was walking just as good as ever! Absolutely great experience. Dr "J" is the kind of doctor you wish you had for any issues. She takes time to find out the how/why of your problem, discusses alternatives and then prescribes a course of action. I had a very bad case of fungal infection that dried my heel skin to where it hurt to walk. And my soles were dry and itchy. She prescribed some pills (fight it from the inside) and ointment (fight it from the outside). Within a week or so I noticed a marked difference. In a few months it was gone. Dr "J" also has one of the most engaging and enjoyable personalities bar none.

I have had very painful and continuous dry and cracked skin on my heels for about 2 yrs. No previous doctors provided more than just a glance and prescription for OTC foot creams I had already tried. Dr Jagodzinski spent time discussing the details and asking questions before prescribing a 2 pronged effort (prescription drug + topical crème) to take care of what she determined was a very aggressive fungal problem. She took the time to make me feel confident I could finally eliminate a bothersome and painful problem. I felt better before even leaving her office. And she scheduled a follow up to make sure it’s on the way to healing.

I was warmly greeted and treated with kindness and respect. As I was leaving the office, everyone wished me well. Neither Dr. J nor her fabulous support staff treated me like I was "just another patient". The office was very clean and I felt safe. Dr. J is an excellent and brilliant doctor, keeps up with the latest in her field - I trust her completely. She listened to what I had to say, didn't rush me, was emphatic and gave me encouragement. She gave me her opinion about my foot problem, prescribed a course of treatment. Dr. J told me that it would take some time before I felt better, but that I would get better. Dr. J is motivating. Following Dr. J's suggested treatment, in two days time - not two weeks - I was able to walk pain free. I can even balance on one foot, which I haven't been able to do for a long time. While I hesitate to use the M word, in my opinion, Dr. J is a Miracle Worker (and her support staff are Angels).

Dr "J" was great! We got to the root of the problem and had xrays done and reviewed in a matter of minutes. I walked out with temporary orthopedics for my shoes and have been able to work out with them every since. My foot is feeling so much better between the orthopedic insert and the prescribed cream.

Wow from the time I called to meeting the doctor. My daughter new patient was able to see the doctor on the next day (thanks to someone's cancelation). Jenny was one that got my call and did everything work with me for me to be able to have my daughter see the doctor asap. Then my daughter met the doctor and she wishes she was her regular doctors. DR.J is the best. She treated me for a foot fungus and cleared it up within weeks. This fungus was really ugly looking but the doctor new exactly what to do. she laid out a plan and it went exactly to script. When your feet hurt its not good and i had no idea what to do until i remembered my wife going to see Dr. J a few years ago for plantar faciitis.She fixed that up also. I’m so glad my friend referred me to Dr. Nancy for my plantar fasciitis pain. On my initial visit she listened to my history, did a thorough exam while trying not to cause me more discomfort, personally took radiographs of my feet, explained the results in detail (she found an old fracture on the non-painful foot), recommended a treatment plan to include a cortisone injection with orthotics to follow to correct my gait. I have since read that I should not have waited so long to seek treatment, but Dr. Nancy would hear none of it - “we start from today” she says. She also tailors her treatments with sensitivity to her patients’ whole health picture. I felt so much better after the injection and orthotics, but not completely pain-free. I recently had a second cortisone injection (which Dr. Nancy secretly felt I would need from the beginning) and it has reduced my pain significantly and I hope be gone completely in another week. I highly recommend Dr. Nancy as a friendly, caring doctor who listens to you and respects your individual situation. She explains test results, answers your questions and will work with you to get you feeling better.

I've been coming to Dr J for a couple decades. She has removed an ingrown toenail and offered relief for heel spurs, bursitis and plantar fasciitis in both feet now. She's a wonderful surgeon if you need to go to that extent. Her bedside manner is wonderful. So thoughtful and caring. Her staff are all helpful and friendly. I'd been having pain in my foot, that was continuing to get worse. Dr. Nancy Jagodzinski tried a few things first, but it came down to having surgery. A week before, Dr. Nancy talked me through everything until I was comfortable. Surgery day, checking in to the hospital was so easy and the nurses were Great!! Dr. Nancy came in to check on me and explain again what was about to happen. Next thing I knew, I woke up when the nurse was asking how I was feeling. I was doing pretty darn good! Dr. Nancy came in before I left, handed me some instructions along with her personal cell number and said call her Anytime!! Dr. Nancy even called me herself that same evening. She's a Wonderful Doctor that does Fantastic work!!!

I was so thankful to get an appointment with Dr. Nancy for my 14 year old daughter the same morning I called. She was in terrible pain all night long due to an ingrown toe nail. From the moment we walked in the staff and Dr. Nancy took great care of her, treating her with respect, gently taking care of the problem with immediately took away her pain and assured her she would be able to travel to Kentucky and play in a volleyball tournament the next day!! I was amazed as I thought she would be hurting. She gave us the prescription cream in case the pharmacy didn't have it in stock, since we were leaving town (which they didn't) and went above and beyond what a normal doctor would do taking such good care of her. Dr. Nancy is so nice and very knowledgeable. I would have bet money that a topical gel would not work, but since it is a N-Said it does have merit. I am a heart patient so I take the smaller dose of the gel and I'm learning to be very patient and give it a chance to work. I take the smaller dose only 3 X per day per the insert warning, not 4 X. The pain has not gone away all together, but I can walk w/o the terrible pain which is from Gout/Arthritis. This has not been fun, but there are choices and I thank Dr. Nancy for taking the safer path for me.

Bring a book to read. You may have to wait. But ~ the level of service is great, and when your turn comes, you will feel well cared for by the doctor. Staff is friendly and efficient as well.

Dr. Jagodzinski spent a lot of time to discuss my symptoms and then review the lab results / X-rays. She made sure I understood what we were looking at on the X-rays and what the options were for treatment. I greatly appreciated the time she spent in reviewing the information and the recommended course of action.

Professional staff who like to make their customers feel at-ease and comfortable during a visit. I had never visited a Podiatrist before and was amazed at what I learned about foot care during my first appointment. Dr. J. was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing solutions to several of my foot issues. I look forward to going back and having healthier feet as a result.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jagodzinski for approximately 14 years and will see no one else. When visiting her, I have found her to be incredibly knowledgeable about foot care and she takes the time to explain any condition I have had in very laymen terms making it easy to understand as well as the treatment required. This was my first visit to this office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. J was very nice. She listened to what I had to say. She took time to talk to me and explain my situation. It's hard to find a Dr. that treats you like a person they care about, instead of feeling like the next number that walks through the door. I believe Dr. J really does care and wants to help me get better.

You can always expect to receive great service and most of all that Dr. J will find a way to help you feel better. The Ankle & Foot Center is very timely and assertive with their care, but most of all they treat as more than just another patient.

My visit, which was my first, was probably the single best doctor's appointment experience I've ever had. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and responsive, and Dr. Jagodzinski is down to earth, highly knowledgeable, approachable, and she listens. I felt like I'd known her and the staff for years instead of just meeting them for the first time. Dr. Jagodzinski made me feel relaxed and also made sure I understood the diagnosis and the treatments. I normally dislike any visit to the doctor, but if I have to go to one, I'd like it to be like this experience every time.
