I was so happy with my last visit. The friendly staff always greets you with a smile Dr Allison took extra care in trying to help me with my night guard which is old and broken and did not fit well due to a sickness last summer. He called my insurance company to see if they paid for a new night guard and adjusted my old one. Because of him my headaches are gone and my teeth don’t hurt in the morning. I appreciate him so much. His kindness was wonderful.

My experience at Allison Family Dental office was excellent. First the staff is professional and extremely courteous. They did everything possible to get me in promptly to see Dr. Allison for my tooth ache. They assured me and made me feel safe/comfortable with my concern about COVID due to a family member going through chemotherapy. The office is immaculate. Dr. Allison explained the process as we went along and did a fantastic job. I really like the post-op video instruction.

I really enjoy coming to Allison Family Dentistry. Dr. Allison is nothing less than gentle, quick, and thorough. His office support makes the visits even more comfortable. Andrea greets you with a smile that you can see with her eyes even with mask. This last visit I had to schedule a follow up appointment. After scheduling I asked Sherita if there were any cancellations to please let me know before my insurance ran out. Sherita was able to get me back in within the day. I definitely would recommend Allison Family Dentistry to my family and friends.

Dr.Allison is the best ever! I needed a wisdom tooth removed, and a lot of doctors refer out.I didn’t want to go to an oral surgeon,so I was praying that Dr. Allison would remove mine. Dr. Allison said that he would remove it, to to make a long story short, wisdom teeth are hard to remove as I understand it… but Dr. Allison had my wisdom tooth out less than five minutes…HAPPY! No more pain… and I love his office environment, his staff is wonderful and professional.

Each time I come the staff is super friendly, always helpful, and Dr. Allison is always nice as well. I love coming to his office for my visits and I have recommended him to family and friends numerous times.

I recently moved 30 mins away from this location. I did not think about looking for another office. The staff are great, Dr. Allison is great, I have no complaints. They listen, and explain everything in detail that way I am not leaving with unanswered questions. I never had to wait longer that 5 mins to be seen. I also look forward to getting a bottle of Propel water on my way out =)

I always enjoy my visits with Allison Family Dentistry. The office is always warm, inviting, and clean. The office team is highly professional, and ensure that your experience is positive. Dr. Allison is one if the best dentist in the Durham area. I have always been afraid of dentist, but his approach is comforting, and he educates you before, during, and after your dental procedure, and the importance of prevention. What I really like about Dr. Allison, is that he takes the time to get to know all of his patients by name, and you never feel like just another patient.
