Felt rushed. The doctor came in, did not even look nor said one word to my daughter. Instead, talked directly to me about medicating my 5 year old for ADHD. This was my first bad experience with any doctor!! This was the first & last visit with that doctor.

My daughter was the first time in this clinic. The doctor Diana didn’t have patient to listen to me . I didn’t like how she examined my daughter. It was very quick. When I asked one more question she answered but she didn't like it. It looked like she wanted to leave the room right away. I really didn't like her service and I won't go back if she is in service. Only when Dr. Renato Berger is attending. The girls at the office were very kind to me and my daughter.

Your questionnaire is a NIGHTMARE. It's so difficult to log in, to make it to work. Even with the correct password it is hard! My wife asked me to go to the clinic with her so I could take care of your questionnaire because every time she goes, she cannot do it. Your system should drastically get improved. Also, about Dr. Diana Guinazu. She almost never interacts with my kid. For the last 3 times we went, 2 times she didn't even TOUCH him to check vitals, check his genitals. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. She stays by the door and doesn't move. Very impersonal, very irritating. A pediatric is supposed to win the kid's trust, touch the kid, get this chance to check his belly, his ears, his genitals... Really, 101 basic medicine prevention/investigation. Thank God my kid hasn't been sick so we actually don't need her help with anything. But I do think doctors should check the kids, interact with them, make them comfortable with a doctor checkup. In case they do have something, they won't feel uncomfortable with the doctor checking them up. I would love to change doctors, if there is any chance to it. It is hard to answer the below questionnaire because it is generic and not on point so if I do have to answer them, I will not be as precise as this explanation right here. Your nurses are almost exclusively the best part of your clinic. The receptionists are not effective the way I personally think they should be, not quick enough, and not always helpful. Nothing against them, though. This seems to be a trend in Broward. I just think they could do a better job, but they are not terrible, per se.

Recentemente minha família e eu nos mudamos, mesmo tendo que dirigir 3 horas até o consultório eu mantive o check up de 5 anos da minha filha, qdo cheguei no consultório fiquei sabendo que precisava efetuar o pagamento de dois exames , eu estava desprovida do meu cartão físico do banco, foram efetuadas mais de 10 tentativas de pagamento tentando digitar o número do cartão e nenhum sucesso , eu perguntei se aceitavam Apple Pay ou Zelle e nada , uma funcionária pediu autorização pra uma supervisora acho e nada , foi qdo sai para abordar uma paciente pra eu fazer Zelle na conta dela e ela pagar o exame pra mim aí a enfermeira “Simone” com palavras amáveis e tentando resolver o meu “problema” me emprestou seu cartão pessoal sem eu nem ter pedido, estava com uma criança de colo de 10 meses e minha filha de 5 anos , e a única solução que todas as atendentes me derem era vai ao banco ou não podemos fazer nada, achei mto arrogante e nada profissional ( ainda mais nos dias de hj c facilidade de efetuar qq tipo de pagamento sem cartão) , fazem 5 anos que uso a clínica para meus 3 filhos , uma funcionária em questão foi mto arrogante comigo não sei o nome mas ela usa óculos cabelo comprido , estatura baixa e mais encorpada, eu não iria fazer nenhuma reclamação pq acredito eu que 3 pacientes pra clínica não deva fazer diferença , mas a Simone fez a diferença no meu dia, e resumindo voltei pra casa c o cartão bloqueado e não era por falta de saldo, então fica aqui registrado a minha indignação no atendimento do front desk , a falta de amor e solidariedade, sai da clínica me sentindo super mal como se eu estivesse pedindo esmola, e como se o problema todo fosse meu … e uma única atitude de uma profissional mudou tudo o que poderia ter sido feito desde o começo Ingrid Mayorga

This was my first visit, so I'm not sure if this is normally how they operate. I checked in relatively easily and when it was finished I was told to go to room one. No one came to the door to help me find room one, I just awkwardly walked to the back and wandered around until I saw a nurse walking by and asked her where to go. Not a very comfortable way to enter. The room was clean, but didn't resemble a pediatric exam room. Nothing on the walls, it was very sterile and boring. There were, however, two chairs that were two different colors. A pediatrician's office exam room should be colorful, kid-friendly and welcoming.

I was told by the front desk to make an appointment to have the doctor order a lab test. I begged and cried to the lady let me speak to the doctor to see if she can order the lab test before i wasted more time. She said I have to make the appointment. So I wait a week just to ask the doctor for her to say she isn’t familiar with the test and that she won’t order it. The test is to see what is in my sons system and she said she didn’t want to order it if it’s for legal purposes. All with no empathy and she kept cutting me off when I spoke. As a parent, I think I have that right no? Or am I wrong? To know what’s in my kids system? Very unprofessional. I would think she’s in the field because she cares for kids and supports parents advocacy.

Pediatric Dr Valencia is very nice and attentive. She was great on answering my doubts and doing the examination. Nurses can improve! They should have time to tell their names and explain what their are going to do with the kids (if they are going the take the weight and measures). Improve specially with vaccines procedure, show the parent what are the vaccines, confirm each vaccine brand, name, what the parent can do to comfort the kid, and if there is anything we parents can do at home to follow up on the kid, if anything happens.

Também senti falta da Dra Valencia falar sobre quando teremos resultado do teste do pezinho (se foi colhido no hospital), próximas vacinas a serem realizadas e sobre o peso do bebê (a Dra falou sobre a importância da amamentação e eu sei disso, mas queria que prestasse atenção no meu receio do bebê perder >10% do peso).

Dr. Berger is the best pediatrician I have ever meet. He cares about your child and needs, he is very professional and has a lot of knowledge. The other doctors in the office are also great and compassionate. The office staff is amazing, they are always willing to help you and appts are always available. My daughter is a patient since she was a baby. We never waited so long like we did for this last visit . 3:40 pm check up visit and leaving the office @ 5:35?? I had to go to the nurse's room to see if they were forgotten was there on room # 1. After long time waiting for the doctor we had to waited long again for the blood work . Saw patients that were schedule for a later time come in and out long before us. Too many patients? Few employees or the front personnel did not let the nurses know we were there? Very disappointed this time.

I left my previous pediatrician about a year ago because the wait times were horrible and the nurses were disorganized. This office is well organized, the front staff is very sweet and attentive, the nurses are great. That being said there are two issues I have with this practice. One the school forms are not given to you on the day of your visit which my previous practice did. Instead they are loaded into a patient portal 2 to 3 days afterwards. In the past I have had to call because they are not loaded and today on day 3 from my visit I still cannot find it. I called now and they said they would get back to me because it is still not complete. The second problem is the particular doctor who is assigned to me as the attending, she is effective for emergencies, but I feel she is more of a "lets get you in and out" and does not ask any questions or want to listen if the child has been to a specialist recently, what new medications the child may be on because of the specialist and before you can say anything she is out. She did this to me when I first transferred and my daughter is asthmatic and I tried to tell her the medications and her history and all she said did you bring the records then it will be there, my list of medications she said to give to the front for scanning and did not want to look. With my son during this visit she was short as well, check the heart, stomach, lungs, nose, and you are getting blood work, sight/hearing check, and I managed to ask her for school forms which she argued with me I did not need them and I explained remote learning is still through the school system and to register a kindergartner you still need them. I left my old practice because the wait times were horrible but the doctors where great and reviewed everything with the parent, medications, growth percentile, eating, if the child had special services, specialist, if the child had gone to the ED or Urgent Care. Here with this one particular doctor I have not gotten that.

My first appointment was with Dr. Diana because Dr. Berger was booked. The consultation was way too fast, seemed in a rush, she barely touched him.. During the check in they asked for the hospital papers which tells them everything about the baby.. and you expect that during the consultation the Dr. will know by reading the form before seeing the patient. Dr. didn’t mentioned anything about the Jaundice that he had it, I had to ask and she asked me how bad was it etc.. and I asked what I was supposed to do... All the information was on his form... My next visit it will be with Dr. Berger and hopefully will be a different experience because the first one you pay upfront more than $140 for 5 minutes visit.. and no explanations, no conversation...

I am so glad I took my baby to see Dr. Renato Berger! I was very unsatisfied with her previous pediatrician and after we saw him, the difference was day and night! All the staff at the clinic was very attentive and patient with all my questions. They took us in at the time scheduled, no waiting like other offices. Dr. Renato took the time to explain in details everything we should know about our 4 month old baby. He did not rushed us out like our previous doctor. He let us talk about all the issues and doubts that we have as new parents, and we left the consultation with all the information we needed. I love the fact that he prefers to not prescribe medicine, unless it's really needed. I honestly feel relieved that I found a good, honest and caring doctor for my baby! I now have piece of mind knowing that she'll be in good hands when needed. My special thanks to Dr. Renato and all the staff for such a great experience!

The nurse katy answers my questions and if she didn't know it she went out of her way to find out the answer. I'm very happy with these office .

Have been with All Better Pediatric for almost 6 year. My kids Primary Doctor is Dr. Renato, who is amazing! Every time, I mean, every time we needed him, he got all of my kids diagnosed right and resolved it. My youngest has asthma and he has been incredible. We just love him. Sometimes we see Dr. Diana and We also like her very much. Beyond satisfied with them!

First time meeting Dr. Guinazu with my 12 yr. old. I scheduled a wellness consult with her because of the great reviews I saw online about your practice and because I was looking for a female doctor for my daughter. The time she spent with us was maybe 5 minutes. 5 minutes for a yearly wellness check with a new patient is unbelievably short, regardless of what's you patient quota for the day. She took vitals and check a few other things. Never engaged in conversation with my daughter nor cared to gain her as a new patient. She was more concerned about me calling my prior pediatrician and checking if the Meningococcal vaccine was administered. When I asked if that was part of the mandatory 7th grade vaccine requirements she confirmed it was. Turns out it isn't and I would have not authorized it at the time. The nurse attending us had a "can't be bothered attitude" clearly sighing when had to go back to confirm vaccine administration with the Dr. Unfortunately we will be not returning to your office nor recommending it. We find Dr. Guinazu's bedside manners less than desirable as well as tactless. *** Please see below continued comments * Sincerely Dolores Wagner

I am satisfied with the care given in the clinic the appointments have been punctual, the last time I was in the clinic I asked for a specific nurse to apply the vaccines to my daughter because she is very fast in the application and my request was answered without any questioning or bad will.

As his mother, I am appalled at the questions given to my teenage son. The questions were extremely personal, no ones business and a lot he didn't even know. I think it's crap to ask these questions and when I asked the doctor about it, she had no answer. I think it's an invasion of privacy

My child was sick with a fever and congestion. I called at 8:30am and was able to get him in for an appointment by 12pm. My children have been a patients for many years. I took the time to fill out a pre-visit survey that I was instructed was mandatory in order for my child to be seen. No one addressed the survey at all or discussed the results. Why should I have bothered if no one was going to look at it? There was also no discussion regarding my child's percentages and growth which had ALWAYS been done in the past at every appointment in every office I've been to. I was also told I would receive a follow up phone call regarding my lab results and no one called me.

My daughter was very sick with the flu since this week, dr. Berger saw her and immediately prescribed something for her coughing an mucus buildup in the chest. I had brought her in earlier in the week when she had first signs of getting sick, and I saw dr. Amy, she stated she couldn't prescribe anything due to her being only a year and 3 mo.old. This is a really great office, I love coming here and I like how everyone treats every situation with urgency. Even down to returning your phone falls within 30 min or less. ☺️ im very greatful. I always recommend to see dr. Berger if you prefer a quick result/visit.

My wife took my son there on Friday due to high temperature. Doctor said symptoms would subside in a couple of days.... my son's school called me yesterday and said he had a rash all over his body... my wife took him back yesterday... doctor said the rash were one of the side affects. My issue is that I was charged for both visits which I don't this is fair.... doctor should have said something on Friday about the rash and we wouldn't have needed to bring back yesterday.

Your office staff is not great, your appointment desk doesnt pickup or return messages, or im holding for over 8 minutes if they pickup They dont make follow up appts that are needed while we are there Have given us rx without your DEA number on it, pharmacy cant and wont fill Have given us RX without dr signature, again pharmacy cant and wont fill We wait over hour for every appointment Your office manager is very rude, disrespectful and doesn't listen, doesn't return messages and not helpful at all!!

I am continuously told that I have a deductible, but I do not. It is very frustrating to have to explain my benefits every single time we come in. I have printed out and talked to my insurance company numerous times. I know what my benefits are. I just wish the office did also. Other than that, we love it!

Waited a long time to be called in, appointment time was 12pm and was seen around 1pm. Everyone that came after us was seen before. Stood in front of the window for about 3 min to ask what was going on and nobody came to help. Stood in front of it until we were called in. The past few times has been like this. A long wait. Overall Misha is great.

When I brought my newborn in for her shots. They would always give her 3 shots in one visit on 2 of her legs. She would cry and be in so much pain for 2 days. When I had went back for my 4th visit for her next set of shots, the assistant there told me I can give her the combination shot. So we started doing those instead. Less pain, no crying. 1 shot. 3 medicines in 1 needle. I wish someone there had mentioned this to me when I first started Kristen on her vaccinations there. Smh...

Dr. Berger is my daughter's doctor since she was born, 6 years ago. I am always referring his practice to my friends . Over the years I've been watching some changes , such as a better recepcionist team. I once had a chance to talk to Soraya Berger about it. I was probably not the only saying something needed to change . It did it. So far , every time I need to call Dr. Berger's practice I am having no problems at all.
