Dr Woodson and his staff are always give excellent service. He has a wonderful personality and is very interested in the dental health of his patients. His office has a friendly atmosphere, the wait time, if any is very short. The best dental office I’ve ever experienced. He’s been my dentist for years, he’s consistently the same.

Dentist, dental hygienists, and staff are all friendly and compassionate. I have a fear of going to the dentists, but everyone here makes me feel comfortable. They make a point to explain everything clearly and effectively, answering all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

Dr Woodson and his staff are professional, kind efficient there's not enough good things that I can say about them Dr Woodson is very thorough and most of all he cares and he takes the time to make sure that you're comfortable and the procedures that he he did and finished worked were excellent I would recommend him to anyone Dr Woodson has given me a new smile. I look younger my clients act towards me as I seem younger to them. My smile has changed, and my outlook on life is changed as well so if you haven't thought about it, you should go do it go see Dr Woodson and the staff they were going to make you feel wonderful OK and it will change your life.

Good Afternoon, I enjoy the attentiveness that Dr. Woodson gives to his clients, unfortunately it does not seem to be apparent in all staff, specifically during my teeth cleaning session. The lady started off with the excavator/scaler and was initially careful around the gums. This did not last long. She switched to the drill and quickly cleaned the teeth by also removing the gum line as well. Flossing followed the same care, initially she went along the wall of the teeth and then just started going straight down on the gums. I can feel the gaps where there used to be gums and it is concerning. This can lead to more issues like bacteria build up in the larger crevices, early root exposure, and more; and these lead to pain and poor dental outcomes. I may still visit the office for x-rays and getting paperwork signed but I can no longer get my teeth cleaned at the expense of my gums. She asked if there was, "too much pressure." I said, "No," because my teeth can handle it. I wished she would have asked if she could remove my gum line to clean my teeth, which I would have responded with a no. Again, I appreciate Dr. Woodson's attention to detail, I wish the same care would be given by all staff working on clients.

Dr. Woodson and staff are very knowledgable and personable. I used to dread going to the dentist, however now that I've switched I look forward to going. The enviornment is very relaxing with my favorite old school tunes playing in the background to take my mind off of what's happening. The x-ray machine was acting up. The hygienist was very calm and kept the conversation light. As she worked to find the problem she simple stated, "I may move you to another room" Generally I have severe anxiety at the dental office, I can't believe how relaxed I was.

Very professional and personable staff. Quick and easy new patient records process. Facility is VERY clean an pd well appointed. New patient X-ray process was efficient and through. Dr. Woodson is an easy going and very polite yet a no-nonsense professional who offers clear, concise medical opinions. I felt like was is good hands from the moment I walked in. I was given a detailed yet through report of my dental heath along with a cost effective plan to correct my dental issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Woodson and his staff to my family and friends. Look, going to the dentist is never fun but if you need a dentist you’ll be in good hands at this practice.

So very grateful for Dr. Woodson and his friendly staff. Dr. Woodson is extremely compassionate, nice, and cares for his patients as family. I was in pain and came in for a root canal. I was very nervous and scared about the procedure. Dr. Woodson made me feel comfortable and put me at ease that everything was going to go well. Through his knowledge and gentle hands, I did not feel any pain while he performed the root canal. After he completed the root canal and the numbness was gone, I had no pain at all. Dr. Woodson is an absolute blessing and he is truly the best. I highly recommend him. Thank you for your amazing service Dr. Woodson!

“My prediction for the fight? Pain!” After 72 hours of intense pain Ineas able to see Dr. Woodson. The staff are caring, kind and compassionate. Dr Woodson is loving and tender with patients demonstrating empathy for their pain but giving them the information needed to help facilitate their understanding of the situation. Some dentists use dental terms that confuse and befuddle but Dr Woodson explains things in layman’s terms and talks WITH patients instead of talking TO them. A firm hand, a gentle touch and words of wisdom are the Tools by which Dr. Woodson treats his patients. I thank him and I appreciate him and his staff.

Dr. Alan Woodson is an excellent Dentist. He truly cares about his patients well being. When he is speaking to me, I feel like he is giving the same advice that he would give, to his most beloved relative. In addition, Dr. Woodson's support staff is both friendly and competent. I have been going to Dr. Woodson for many years, even though I live near Carson, California. So, I admit that my drive is over an hour, but the professionalism, and service I receive is worth every mile on my car, and every minute of my time. I sincerely recommend Dr. Woodson to everyone who asks me about Dental Care. But, don't take my word for it. CHECK HIM OUT FOR YOURSELF!!! You won't be disappointed. :-)

Dr. Alan Woodson and office team are great. He saw the problem with my tooth and gave me great options to choose from. He also took care of it temporarily. I have been going to another dentist who was not professional enough to take care of my tooth problem temporarily. I still had the problem after 3 years and it has gotten worse because they refused to take care of it. All that dentist was interestrd in doing, was making money. Went in the last visit with pain in a localized area that was very sensitive to cold and hot beverages. I thought that perhaps I was developing a cavity. X-rays were first taken of the problem tooth area for Dr. Woodson to evaluate. When he looked at the x-rays he found no sign of decay in the problem area. That was good news but then I thought how was my two week old problem going to be result, After ansewring a number of questions regarding my pain Dr. Woodson could only explain that my problem was due to sensitivity in the problem area. Dr. Woodson sent me home with a sample of a special Colgate toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I used it immediately that night before going to bed and did not rinse my mouth so that it would be more effective. In the morning to my surprise I was able to enjoy a pain free, hot cup of coffee something that I had not been able to do for two weeks. Thank you so much Dr. Woodson.

I started visiting Dr. Woodson's practice since June of this year and have undergone several procedures. They have ranged from minor chipped tooth repairs to having a dental bridge constructed. In total I believe I had approximately 5-6 visits for various dental issues. The office staff is very helpful and friendly providing great costumer service. Dr. Woodson's work I have found to be excellent and very reasonable on the pocket book. The previous local practice that I had visited for years had become very expensive and the procedures no longer reliable, resulting in great discomfort and financial loss. I wish I would have known of Dr. Woodson a few years earlier. I have recommended Dr. Woodson to all of my family as I am very confident in his dental practice and also very thankful.

Had not been to see Dr. Woodson in 14 years. I had a recent visit and I had forgotten how professional, caring and compassionate he is. During the exam he called off the issues to his assistant so they could document said issues and as he did so in a way that was gentle and kind. There was no judgment for the type of insurance I have either. My first visit with the office was 10/17/16. I was in excruciating pain because I needed a root canal. Dr. Alan explained all my options clearly. The office staff were very friendly, comforting atmosphere which is important to me because I have extreme anxiety going to the dentist. Not having insurance makes it extremely difficult to find good, caring and trustworthy offices that want to help rather than take advantage of those without insurance. The price of my care plan was very reasonable and affordable than other places I have called and/or been to and the office is working with me with payments that I can afford so I can get the work I need done and not be in pain anymore. Like most people, I used to get anxious about going to see the dentist. However, my family and I go faithfully every 6 months to see Dr. Woodson because he and his team are the most professional, informative and charismatic dentist & hygienists in their field. My dental hygienist not only explained to me the reason for flossing, but showed me in real time how it positively/negatively impacted my teeth and gums. If your want compliant patients, you have have to explain and "how's and whys" of the way things work, which they do. My daughter has been with Dr. Woodson since she was a toddler and she has perfect teeth! Besides, having the most up-to-date research and technology in their toolkit, Dr. Woodson and his team are the MOST personable people. You feel like family from your first visit. We still make the drive to Upland and it's worth it.

Overall, my experience was very good for a new patient. I was taken as an ER patient, without an appointment, having broken a crown/molar with a candy. Doctor Alan and his staff were very friendly and assisted me in getting xrays, an exam, and a temporary crown at a reasonable price. I am happy with the work done, and hope the permanent crown will be excellent as well. Doctor Alan will answer your questions, and do his best to make you feel comfortable. I even had headphones and music to calm my nerves, as I am a difficult patient being sensitive to touch. Staff was professional and friendly and answered all questions to make one more at ease.
