Y’all are just the best. Dr. Tran always makes me feel welcome, and is so knowledgeable and skilled. And the staff is helpful, and does a wonderful job of explaining what will/did take place, complete with the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’. They also have a superb selection of frames to choose from. I think they’re the best in Dallas, hands down.

What a great experience. Amazing staff! The doctor didn't rush, she listened to any issues you may be having. I got my prescription for glasses. I was also able to do testing of the I aide of my eye so we can watch it over the years to see if there is any chance. I will be going back yearly.

Aside from the fact that my initial appointment was somehow lost in the fold, they were able to get me in same day, either way. Dr. Inocando is AWESOME. Friendly professional, and funny…. On the other hand. After my appointment, I looked at frames for 20(ish) minutes, and nobody sat down with me to discuss purchasing them, or if they would work for my prescription, so I took my prescription, and went to another retailer to purchase frames. But again, Dr Inocando and staff were generally wonderful

I've had three appointments with BEV in the last 16 months. Each time, after I go home, I realize many of my questions were not actually answered. Between all the tests, exam, relying symptoms, etc., it can be difficult to walk away with some semblance of understanding one's condition. Too little time is spent simply talking one-on-one, not looking at the computer, but asking questions and giving clear, precise answers. That would go a long way of me to keep returning or recommending your company.

The process of eye exam was smooth and on time. Dr. answered all of my questions and provided helpful advice. The staff was professional and was welcoming and enthusiastic. Staff was helpful with selecting frames for glasses and helped with fitting. Good selection of frames as well. Look forward to getting my new glasses.

I've seen both doctors, who are warm, friendly, and very good at explaining what they're looking for during exams, why, and what the best options may be for me and my aging eyes. I am not shy about changing service providers when something no longer works for me, such as distance, personality, bedside manner, etc. I've been with Bright Eyes for several years now, and am very happy with their service.

I had submitted an online request a month ago to schedule an appointment with Dr. Tran. I received a call saying the time I had submitted was unavailable and I was scheduled for another time. Unbeknownst to me, I was actually scheduled with Dr. Le instead of Dr. Tran. I did not learn this until I arrived for my appointment. I do not appreciate the swap and lack of communication on this. I was also interested in buying glasses but was seeking a replacement of a specific style of Ray-Bans I had previously bought there. They had one style in the shop but I was having trouble finding out extra info about ordering options from the staff. They were more focused on working in the back office and cleaning up so I kind of gave up and left to purchase the glasses elsewhere. I've been coming to you guys for several years. This was not a very good overall visit.

I waited 1.5 hours to be seen by the Doctor. Then I decided that was too long to wait. I was not given an update as to how much longer. When I walked out, I was told that I could be seen the following day. Please respect your patient’s time. Give updates and choices when your office is running unreasonably late. In my case, I have to have a babysitter in order to attend appointments. So, by offering an appointment the following day is not an option for me, especially when the Doctor only keeps Bankers’ hours. I will not be returning to a practice that does not value my time!

I find the professionality of Dr. Tran to be perfect. I trust her judgement completely, and will put the health of my eyes in her. However, I find offensive the occult way in which exorbitantly expensive frames and lenses have been forced on me without explanation, without a professional advice on choices and options for reasonable eye care. Even with my offering a previously bought frame and wishing to have a progressive pair of lenses merely - my bill is now over $320 (after having to disregard several other badly needed glasses, for computer work and for reading, because of the expense). Without shame this was characterized as a 'discount' notwithstanding insurance and benefits, it challenges belief and dismantles any trust in Bright Eyes. Dreadful.

I choose to schedule an appointment because the providers are in-network for my insurance and based on their convenient location. Dr. Lee is one of the the most knowledgeable Doctors I’ve met in this field and one of the best bedside manners compared to other specialists. The technician was very polite and welcoming. The price is very reasonable and I did not felt pressured to buy anything, which I appreciate. Areas of improvements for the practice is to expand the inventory

My favorite eye doctor! I've been to this practice twice now, and both times have been wonderful experiences. This most recent time I saw Dr. Clara Lee and she was a gem! She was so sweet and funny and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing you were suppose to go to the eye doctor every year haha I've already referred her to one of my best friends who hasn't been in years. He goes to see her this week. This whole office made you feel comfortable the whole visit. Also I never had to wait. My appointment was at 10, I arrived at 9:52, and I was already through all the initial testing by 9:59. I was paid and out the door by 10:22am. That is SERVICE!

It was my first time at the optometrist. I haven't had an eye exam for the last 15 years when I got a physical for high school sports. I randomly choose this place based off of the reviews of course. I got there and the front staff are friendly and welcoming. They were really helpful with picking out my first pair of glasses and was able to answer all my questions I had for them. I saw Dr. Lee and she was amazing. She is bubbly and really sweet. I also explained to her that it was my first time since high school that I got my eyes checked. Dr. Tran is great - knowledgeable, professional, kind, courteous. She explains the tests she's doing and the conditions she's testing for very clearly. She spends a reasonable amount of time with patients and I never feel rushed through. She remembers details about me that I mentioned several years ago - even though she only sees me once per year. She's really outstanding and I recommend her to friends after every visit. One minor hiccup on my last visit was that the assistant who settled my bill after the office visit charged me the incorrect amount (charged me too little) for my year's supply of contacts. Thus, I had to either (a) drive back to the office to pay again or (b) give my credit card number to the assistant over the phone for her to pay the additional amount. I asked about (c) simply reducing the size of the order to correspond to the amount I had already paid, but was told that if I did that, they wouldn't ship the contacts to my house and I would need to go to the office to pick them up. I ended up giving my credit card number over the phone and paying the additional amount for an order big enough to be shipped to my house. All in all, I think the assistant made an honest mistake. And this certainly doesn't negate the excellent care I receive from Dr. Tran. I'll definitely go back, and will still strongly recommend Dr. Tran to my friends. Nevertheless, I was a little disappointed and thought there were some other options the office could have presented (such as a more secure way to provide card details - or simply shipping the smaller order of contacts that I had already paid for at their cost since it was their error - how much can it cost to ship a small box of contacts across town?). Overall, I still think Dr. Tran is great.

Have not had my eyes checked in over two years. Just moved to Dallas so I didn't know any eye doctors. I really don't have any eye problems except for having to use reading eye glasses in the last couple of years. I wanted to have a complete exam to rule out and/or catch any potential problems (glaucoma). I did an internet search and ended up at her office near the Lakewood area. Great office - Dr. Tran was superb! Intelligent, courteous, easy going, professional and thorough. The whole experience was great. They have some crazy machines in there that do all kinds of tests. I felt very confident in the whole exam. I would definitely recommend her.

I chose this location and Dr. Tran because of its location and feature of accepting my medical credit card because my insurance does not cover what I needed at this location. But no need because this eye appt was so informative about my eye health and it was fun. I also was relived to hear I do not have glaucoma. And surprised at the little cloud on my options ic nerve that has likely been the reason why my glasses never seem stron enough. It's great to see and know what's going on and I hope some more info I provide from my previous doctors and a follow up visit will make things even more clear so to speak. I first visited Dr. Tran about four years ago out of convenience. Now I can't imagine seeing another optometrist. She is friendly and efficient. She takes the time to make sure you're happy with your prescriptions and addresses any concerns in a patient and informative manner. And she explains things to you based on your level of knowledge - if you understand the workings of the eye well, she won't talk down to you. If you don't know anything, she won't talk over your head. That kind of dedication to tailored care seems rare these days.

My visit to the clinic was excellent from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I was greeted politely and promptly by front desk staff, had everything clearly explained to me (including the optional tests and their costs) and did not have a long wait. The assistant who did the initial exam was kind, intelligent and thorough. Dr. Tran herself is a fantastic doctor. She is both incredibly personable and extremely knowledgable. She took her time- I didn't feel like she was rushing my visit to get to the next patient. I felt like she truly cared about the health of my eyes. I plan to tell my coworkers to consider using their vision benefits at the office of Dr. Tran.

I was extremely pleased with the front desk staff as well as the my physician, Hieu Huynh. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My wait was short and my paperwork reviewed quickly. Each test was explained in detail to me as to how it worked and why it was necessary. After each I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. The environment was relaxing and pleasing. No loud television blaring in my ears. Everyone had happy smiling faces and seemed to like their job. That goes a long way these days. I have already recommended Dr. Tran to my neighbor and son.

I can comment on Dr Tran as both a physician and a patient. My family gets great care with Dr Tran. She is willing to spend extra time with us to get optimal results, and works well with my children and with me. As a physician, I send all of my patient who need an optometrist to her. I also send patients to Dr Tran who have had issues with contacts or glasses in the past and she is able to help then when all other optometrists have failed. I highly recommend Dr Tran

5 stars I enjoy going to this eye clinic. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. It's convenient and easy to make an appointment and they are kid friendly. I moved further away and although I drive 25 mins to get there, I wouldn't think of changing this doctor because she is very good.

Dr Tran is great! I highly recommend her. She fit my contacts so well. Her office staff, especially Charity, is extremely efficient. I was in and out within an hour, and that was with all the extra tests they do. Dr. Tran keeps her schedule moving and I have never had to wait!

Dr. Yuvani Tran and her associates and office staff are the best! When I recently needed to see the doctor on a Saturday due to a corneal abrasion they squeezed me in even though they closed at 2pm and I didn't call them until 1:45pm. They always do a thorough but efficient job, whether I'm there for a scratched eye or a regular checkup, and never cut corners. Dr. Tran and her associates clearly explain their diagnosis as well as the options for resolving the problem or issue. In addition, customer service is consistently friendly and professional. Kudos!
