Good Morning! My appointment was on Thursday May 12, 2016 at 1515 PM. I arrived early and was taken on time. All went well for the most part until after the exam. When being fitted for my new sun glasses I felt rushed, and not presented options in color selections for the new sun glasses lenses. When I selected what was offered, it was difficult for the attendant to find a sample for me to see what it would look like? The final invoice appeared high, and when questioned it was adjusted three (3) times before a final corrected number was agreed upon, rushed again!

My visit was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only request is to have more information on my final bill. I only received a credit card receipt, but did not get an invoice so I'm not sure what my cost included and it was higher than I expected. If I could understand how the cost was broken down, then I would feel better. Other than that, everything else was great and I appreciated the staff greatly.

We have a benefits card through my husband work to pay for our out of pocket expenses. It is no longer accepted at your clinic. This makes it difficult for us to purchase anything .

My family have been going to these doctors for 15 years. Everyone is friendly. Doctors are very good. However, I feel the girls that sell the frames are very pushy! Trying to sell you frames that are not cheap!

WELL I USED TO SEE DR. ROSS BEFORE. EXCELLENT DR AND SERVICE. CAME IN FOR GLASSES AND CONTACTS. GOT MY RX BUT CONTACTS DID NOT FIT. THEY CALLED ME BACK, DR WAS BUSY THAT DAY SO THEY SAID SHE COULD NOT SEE ME. THE TECH MADE ME TRY SOME CONTACTS AND SAID SHE WOULD ORDER TRIALS. I CAME IN COLLECTED IT. THEY WERE TO CALL AND SCHEDULE A VISIT WITH THE DR. BUT NO CALL, CONTACTS AND NOT THAT GREAT FITTING EITHER. STAFF WERE SUPER NICE BUT WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE DR AT ALL. SORRY

She even took the time to call Dr Kwok Li who I had recently seen to get additional information from him about my situation. One of the workers called on my to take the pictures and get on the machine that blows a small puff of air in each eye and when we finished that she asked me to sit down and wait again, it took at least 5 minutes before I was called on again and directed to a room in the back to see Dr. Brown. I rather wait 10 minutes in the future and get everything done at once then do 2 different 5 minute sessions.

I have specific issues with my eyes. I can't see up close and I can't see far away. I also have astigmatism in both eyes. Despite this Dr. ginger Brown is able to correct my vision to 20/20. I'm also fitted with glasses that are comfortable and attractive.

I waited over twenty minutes before going in and even then I had to wait even more time because there weren't any rooms available. The exam felt rushed. No one asked me if I wanted to purchase glasses. Rather it was assumed that I would. I had to wait again just to tell someone I wasn't purchasing anything. The price quoted over the phone was incorrect. Despite the fact your office knew I wore contacts, no one told me that there was an additional charge for the so called contact exam. What exam I ask? I took my contacts off and that's the last they were mentioned. In all fairness,that exam was taken off the bill. However, I walked away with the feeling that your office is more interested in money than in patient care.

Seating in front waiting uncomfortable, foot traffic from offices to front desk made the place feel hectic. Bare walls/no decorations made the visit feel less inviting compared to before the renovations. Placed in same examination room as sibling, personal medical info easy to view on computer by sibling before the doctor arrived. Was told that it's common practice for people who arrive together to be placed in the same room if they're related (sibling and I are both over 18 and do not have each other listed on the disclosure form). Actual examination felt a little rushed/less time taken when checking for changes in eyes (15ish minutes as opposed to the 20-25 it used to take in the past). Person working had to ask my name 3 times when picking up glasses later, did not check visibly to see if arms/frame fit when trying on glasses. Was only asked "can you see?". Had to adjust arms later at home to prevent them from sliding down. Picking up/checking glasses felt rushed.

Ashley greeted & welcomed me very warmly. Dylan non-intrusively introduced herself while I awaited my exam & previewed several new frame options. Tessa did a great job ensuing I was comfortable & setting expectations during my preliminary exam. And Dr. Graham was outstanding... blending professional & personal discussion. Dylan then did a marvelous job during frame selection & lense sizing sharing her opinions & then consulted with Ben for his feedback during my final selections. I was finished within 1 hour & left with a very positive impression of the practice.

I would like to see quiet place to do selfies with good selfie lighting and solid background which would help when picking out frames , you can step in booth or secluded area and take pics so you can see how you look in frames

I had not been to the eye Dr. in over 30 years, so I was nervous. The front desk greeted me by name and made me feel comfortable. I had filled out my paperwork online prior to my visit, so I only had to wait 3 minutes. I had my screening and then my Dr. visit with Dr. Tammi Graham. She was wonderful. She expained everything and answered all my questions (which were a lot). I felt the exam was thorough. I ended up purchasing prescription reading glasses. Dillan explained everything to me including all my options for lens coverage, insurance coverages etc. I felt no pressure and was able to decide what was right for me. The whole appointment took about an hour. I have taken both my daughters there for glasses and contacts. My husband now goes to this office for his eye exams. I highly recommend Woodlands Eye Associates.

Everyone was very very nice. Only negative was the exorbitant cost of the glasses after the exam. Almost $ 1000 for a frame with progressive Plano lens on top, light mag Rx on bottom. This may keep our family from returning. My wife and son also visited the week before. Same issue. Nice folks but the glassss price was not competitive with other providers.

I was impressed by my visit and would love to return, I understand however that you don't accept Spectera insurance (or more acurately it won't cover the full cost of an eye exam with you, I will have to pay $98), so unfortunately we'll have to go elsewhere. The assistant who gave me my initial evaluation was very nice and pleasant. She seemed knowledgable. I really liked the doctor (the new one). She was so pleasant and welcoming. She did a thorough evaluation and answered all my questions. When I went to look at new frames I was assisted by two ladies who were very, very helpful. They went out of their way to look for glasses that met my requirements, even going into the back room to find some that were not in the display case. Miranda was one of them, and I don't remember the other lady's name.

Fitter Dylan cheerfully explained how bifocals work, something no other specialist has ever done for me. Dr. Tammy Graham was great! The technician I had (didn't quite get her name) was very kind. The environment much better, aside from the remodeling, I didn't feel bombarded with sales pitches. I was disappointed that I couldn't order my contacts because the personal assisting was unaware. So now I have to wait for someone to call me, delaying my order. I also whole heartedly disagree with personal giving your total due without itemizing how they got to that total. This is where LensCrafters is exceptional. Therefore my husband also walked out without placing his order. Can makes one feel like they are being ripped off. You should work on that. You'd provide your clientele more confidence.

Your new waiting area needs a little improvement. Six seats (not comfortable ones) facing each other with a TV set we need to turn 90 degrees to look at. We sit very close to a consulting desk and hear all their issues. The front area set up is not optimal for the patients. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. The girl who did my preliminary tests wasn't very organized. I had to take out and put back in my contacts three separate times throughout the visit. Also, my doctor, while very polite and helpful, didn't communicate my contact situation very well, and I felt sort of confused. The girl who helped me decide on a frame was incredibly helpful! I appreciated her honesty and feedback. Overall, the visit was great and I'm happy with my care.

I would like to bring the following to your attention. When I called to make appointment I specifically asked if I needed to have my eyes dilated and was told no however when I got there I was told it would be a good idea. I couldn't do it as I had no one to drive me home as well as I had things to do . Also I was constantly being told that I was a first time patient but kept telling everyone I had been there in 2013 and got 2 pairs of glasses. Eventually when the doc told me that I told her and then she checked and said she was sorry that it kept showing up that I was a first time. I felt it a frustrating visit. I also found Tammy great but needed to talk slower. Coming to have ones eyes tested isn't easy for everyone, I get anxious and so if she speaks slower and does things slower it will help. Other than that she was great and I liked her alot. Because of all my hassles she offered me a free photograph and I appreciate that , thank you

Dylan was great with helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. The Dr.'s asst/tech was very nice and knowledgable as well. Dr. Brown is always great. I think my only complaint would be that I seem to wait quite a while to be seen. (20 min or more, I believe) I will say that it kind of seems a bit odd that the technician/asst does so much of the Dr.'s work. I know there's a lot to be done and the office is busy though. I just sometimes wonder if I'm going to leave there one day and only see the tech/asst and never be seen by the Dr.. Just a little observation I've made on my last few visits. Everyone is always very nice though and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I don't have to.

Staff made me feel very comfortable, especially after my on-line fill out of forms did not send to you properly, as it showed very embarrassing untruths about me. Fortunately I was able to rectify that by redoing the forms in the office by hand, and unfortunately because I had to do them over in your office. Your web server checked off things I never checked off, and the opposite was also true. Unrelated to this, Michelle fitted me with glasses, and she was very thorough, and extremely pleasant and helpful, and I left feeling very comfortable with everyone's help.

My first visit with this practice was phenomenal. It all started with a courteous and professional welcome greeting -nice. I arrived a few minutes early knowing I’d have to fill out forms, but I was still pleasantly surprised when they invited me back to start my eye exam at the actual appointment time -this simply does not happen with anything you make appointments for these days. Once the exam started, every step of the way was explained clearly and before you know it the doctor is seen and you are done. Call outs to all in the practice (they deserve it), however, if I were to offer specific all outs: Doctor Tammi Graham is energetic, funny and honest, but serious and thorough at the same time. While she did not have the silver bullet that would help me play better tennis, she did answer all my questions. Michelle Phillips helped me with a eyeglass frames, answered a ton of my questions and provided me with cost estimates -Michele is very courteous and professional. Now there is a final kicker to all of the aforementioned comments. This all occurred at the end of the year when all the procrastinators (like me) show up at the last minute to take advantage of our eye care insurance benefits before they expire. Let me tell you the office was ‘hopping’, yet everyone with the practice was cool under pressure and I did not for one moment feel like I was being rushed -in fact, it seemed that the staff were having fun. After spending 20 years satisfied with a different eye care provider which had recently retired his practice, I’m happy to report that I have now found a new practice of even better caliber. I would recommend WEA in a heartbeat..

Doctor was good but explanation of billing charge was both confusing and annoying. Not sure why I had to pay $75 for a contact lense evalution when it appeared that I recieved no services outside the standard examination. What was even more disturbing is that no one could tell me exactly why I was charged this fee. The only explanation I got was "if you want contacts you have to pay the $75 dollars". In other words in order to get a prescription for contacts the ransom is $75. Rather than leaving a satisfied customer I instead was left wondering if I need to find a new eye doctor.

The girl who did all my vision tests and glaucoma tests was helpful and very personable. I liked her a lot though I don't remember her name. Also, Dr Graham was great! I've been coming here for years but this is the first she has examined me and she talked to me like a person rather than like a Dr to a patient. I liked that.

You NEED to have mirrors- full length and many of them.... Very frustrating trying to select frames with no good way to see yourself in the glasses! Kelly was wonderful and even brought a mirror out for me.

Dr. Ginger Brown and the folks at the counter and reception all were professional and understanding that my prescription filled a month or two earlier was just too strong for me to adjust to, and they (particularly Dr. Brown) worked with me to get the prescription right.
