Dr. Wong is the best around. He is just as good, if not better, than more expensive orthodontists. Every office visit was quick and efficient with hardly any wait time. The office staff is courteous and reliable, and there were no hidden fees! We even got the invisible retainer at no extra charge, which was a nice surprise!

Great customer service. They were so accommodating to my daughter. I really appreciate the way we were treated. Dr Wong and staff were so thural with explaination of treatment. They even booked braces appointment for her the next day. Will highly reccomend Wong Orthodontists!

Dr. Derek Wong and his staffs are very professional and friendly. The atmosphere of the office is very clean and comfortable and I love how there's usually no wait time when you come in for your appt. Dr. Wong was very honest, considerate and patient with me throughout our consultation, which is why I decided to do my orthodontic with him. I also love the fact that they didn't rush me into doing braces with them, because after my first consultation with Dr.Wong, I didn't call the office back until a year later to start my braces. I think his pricing for the orthodontic are pretty reasonable. Plus, they offered financial options.

Professional and friendly. I feel that the price is reasonable. Staff and Dr Wong are great. Dr Wong is extremely knowledgeable and was able to come up with a plan that was great for my son and was much less evasive than my previous consultation with another ortho.

This office is very clean,efficient, and organized. What more can you ask for? Oh! Doctor Wong is also a very caring doctor who genuinely cares for patients. He always greets me son in a cheerful manner and gets right to work. He also reminds him in a gentle manner on how to keep up with maintenance and flossing to keep track on his path to a beautiful smile. I’m glad I chose this office above others in the area.

At Wong Orthodontics-Alhambra, the service is great. Everyone is always very friendly and is quick to respond when you need something. To confirm your appointment, they send you a text. When you come in, they have you sign in and the wait is usually less than five minutes. I love coming to Wong Orthodontics!

What I really like about dr. Wong office is no matter if your running a little late, earliy or on time . The staff is always friendly and smiling waiting to greet. But the best part is that they don't delay your day for running a little late, the wait time is great. As a Parent Maria in the front office is very courteous and always greets me with a smile. The back staff is friendly and fast too. However, they could use new lobby chairs, alittle worn down. Nevertheless, the office is kept clean.

Dr. Wong was pretty knowledgeable and professional. He was the only doctor mentioned the frenum that may cause my front teeth problem. He tried to tell every aspect of my situation which really helpful. The assistant was friendly, well-trained and very efficient. The office was clean and they even prepared a file folder for me which was quite considerate and useful.

Looking back at the 20 or so visits I've had thus far, they have all been perfect. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes and most often don't have to wait at all. Dr. Wong and his staff takes the time to explain each visit's purpose and my progress. The office is clean and has recently undergone an interior refresh. I probably drive Maria crazy with my last minute appointment changes but she has accommodated my requests every single time. Sadly, I've only got a few visits left with them. I wish I could keep my braces on for much longer just to keep coming back here (I did not just say that!).

5 stars are given to the staffs. It's feels good to be welcomed every single time for an appointment. Never met a doctor's staff that take pride in their patient service. It's usually divided... it's usually great doctor and rude staffs. But not here. Superb! If there was 1 negative... it would have to be the weekend helper (non staff). My daughter hated all of them.

I have made a right decision for coming to this place where I got my braces. I started having it 2 months ago, so I'm still in progression. The staffs and Dr. Wong were friendly. They explained very clearly. if you don't understand or need to ask questions, they would absolutely answer it. I came to visit twice for check up and the assistants would come to do all required things. Dr. Wong would come to check before you leave the office. So pretty much good service.
