The facial itself was wonderful and she very professional. What makes me say a 9 is that staff came in to the room three times to get supplies, this makes it not so relaxing. Also, I would love the lights to be lowered-also to make it more relaxing.

Dr. Ardalan is an amazing doctor. Very personable and detailed. She calmed my every concern. She was very knowledgeable and if she was still unsure of something she got me a specialist just to double check. I’m a veteran mom when I went to her office and honestly my only regret is that I wish I found her sooner! She delivered my baby girl and I’ll still be going to her for any other female concerns. If you want a doctor that truly cares for you, go to her. Her whole office personnel is amazing too! Do not hesitate and call.

I have called, with no response. After my third attempt, I finally get through to someone. My appointment was at 10:30 but they didn't see me until 11:30. Then, it felt so rushed. I took a pee test and was supposed to get the results the next day. I called, and the phone lines were fast busy the whole day.

Wait time in the exam room is extremely long. Waited for 70 minutes past my appointment time..nobody checked on me or informed me that wait times will be this long. Got called back after I started walking out of the office. Doctor showed up with absolutely no apology or explanation for the delay. No lab results were discussed with me. I get asked the same questions over and over again. Doctor doesn’t review results or history prior to seeing me. Level of care received and wait time are very disappointing.

**This review is only for the admin/front desk** I went back and forth with my insurance and Dr. Ardalan's office to resolve the issue with my insurance/medical group acceptance but on the second call after I was persistent to have it looked into, Mary, Anais and the rest of the ladies at the front were attentive and persistent to get the answers from my insurance co. They were very patient and not once shown they weren't willing to help. After all was said and done, I was able to make my first appointment.

There was standing room only in the waiting room. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. The nurse practitioner spent 5 minutes examining me even though I have had recent surgery and my mother died recently of breast and ovarian cancer- we never discussed any of that. I wouldn’t trust my well being in the hands of this office.

Dr. Ardalan and her APRN are both through clinicians who provide excellent bedside manner which is greatly appreciated. The front desk ladies are helpful and cheerful however due to multitasking they are unable to provide check-in/out services without a distraction or apologies for having to stand at the desk and wait... This visit resulted in a 70 minute wait time before seeing Dr. Ardalan. I understand as a clinician myself that schedules get interrupted, however if a patient is willing to travel over an hour for their schedule appointment time; valuing the patient time is just as important as the doctor's time.

My first time visiting the office was a great experience. The staff is great. I was greeted with politeness from beginning to end. The first thing I saw when entering the exam room was a message written on the exam table “Good morning Khaliah” it not only made me smile , it eased my nervousness. The other thing that stood out was after my exam instead of discussing things in the exam room , the Doctor asked me to get dressed and come to her office. It made the visit that much more welcoming. It’s the little things that make all the difference.

I absolutely enjoyed having Dr. Maryam Ardalan as my gynecologist! She is truly caring, and compassionate. She took her time hearing my concerns discussed options and makes a genuine effort to connect with me. When going into labor on a Saturday, even when I was scheduled for a cesarean on an another day, she was easy to reach out to and made sure during the unscheduled cesarean that she was there to comfort me during and afterwards. I think she is truly wonderful and I highly recommend her to family and friends for all gynecological needs. She’s sweet, caring and friendly! A Great doctor, indeed!! The staff there are great and make all effort to provide the care and assistance needed. During the time of the Pandemic, the staff took extra care and caution to provide excellent and diligent care. Always happy and easy to talk with. Thank you for all you did for us.

Waiting over 45 minutes in the room is a problem for me. Patients have the responsibility to get to their appointment on time, and doctors should have the responsibility not to keep the patients waiting for over 15 minutes in the room. If there is an emergency or the doctor, for some reason, can't see the patient in 15 minutes, then the patient should be informed. Peace!

I was very happy with the care I received. The Dr. is kind and knowledgeable. The staff is efficient and helpful. A great fit for me. I am 61 and had a hysterectomy years ago. Always make sure you have a pap smear even if you don't have your lady parts. It is so important and this is a great practice to use.

Emailed Mary, the office manager about a $3600 lab bill last Monday and I haven't received a reply. I even emailed her a second time to check if she was able to open the file. Still no response. Also, was referred to a doctor out of network for my 20 week scan, second doctor I was referred to is 40 minutes from my house, so I asked if there was a closer one. Front desk told me there was no one else I could go to, but the doctor told me there was a doctor close to my house. I was already at 24 weeks for this appointment. I also had messaged the doctor last week that this 3rd doctor doctor was also out of network. No response. At my last appointment it took me 3 phone calls to get my lab order. My appointment was on Monday and no one at the office could answer me. Finally the doctor called me on Sunday to tell me that I had the lab order the whole time. The lady at the front desk wrongly told me this form was just for my information. My appointments have been a struggle from the beginning and a very stressful experience for a first pregnancy. I am very unhappy.

First time I came into the office, Teresa was wonderful. Second time in and I’m expecting due in September. I initially had chosen a Doctor near my office in Valencia but the hours didn’t work so I came back to Women Elite care and Dr. Ardalan exceeded our expectations. This time that I went in the office, the place office manager Theresa alerted me to services and equipment available to me and covered by my insurance. I love Dr. Maryam Ardalan and her staff. Dr. Maryam always always always has a smile on her face and a really nice demeanor. I have been seeing her for two years and at very important times for me she showed compassion, empathy and love. At a very crucial time in my life she was able to be there for me. This is very very rare in my experience with doctors. The office manager, Theresa, is very loving and proactive. When she is in a room and at her busiest she still finds time to make eye contact and greet you with a smile when your first walk in to the office (even when she is on the phone). She is an incredible multi-tasker. She will also help to check you out of your appointment and ensure you have everything you need to take home, forms and upcoming exams. Perks of the waiting room, cleanliness, television with nice recipes and medical advice, updated magazines, comfy sofa chairs, water, yummy Biscoff and Madeline cookies, candy and Kost 103.5 music! I am really thankful for Dr. Maryam's heart mission and vision for her practice. I've never experienced this and I've been to OBGYN groups and independently owned practices in Glendale, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

Dr. Ardalan needs to work on her bedside manner. I felt she had no time for true discussion and just wanted to write prescriptions when we didn't even ask for a prescription. Than she calls my home at 9pm a few days after the appt to advise us of results and giggles when she realizes how late it was. We will not be back to her office. (I am submitting this survey on behalf of my underage daughter who is her patient)

I am a worrier by nature and she puts me completely at ease by explaining things and helping me understand the factual information instead of relying on the emotions of the situation. If I decide to have another child in the future, it is a MUST that I have Dr. Ardalan as my OB, she is among the best.

Dr. Ardalan is so sweet and knowledgeable. The staff overall is great, especially the office manager Julia. Her compassion and efficiency in getting things taken care of is unmatched. My pregnancy became slightly high-risk and I often had to see a specialist which required an authorization. This process was stagnant as another office assistant was not properly following through, Julia quickly resolved this for me and I was able to expeditiously see the specialist and check on the health of my baby girl. I’m forever grateful to Julia and Dr. Ardalan.

The office was clean and presentable. The reception staff was also great. Doctor Ardalan was exceptional, probably the best doctor I ever had. I wish she could be my general doctor. I would 100% recommend her for your gynecology needs.

Dr. Ardalan is fantastic! She is the best doctor I've ever seen. She is knowledgable and knows what she's doing. She is also very nice and caring. Every time I visit her she always greets me with a smile and treats me with respect and is personal and friendly. She has helped me feel good throughout my whole pregnancy. I wish I found her a long time ago :) I would recommend her to everyone.
