This was the first time at Wigton in grove city. Everyone here was very friendly, very professional and thorough. I have never left an eye dr appt before that I felt that I had a complete eye exam with everything explained clearly and no questions left unanswered until yesterday when I left the grove city office.

I'm not sure what was going on but my appointment was at 10 am and I wanted almost 30 minutes to be seen. I ended up being there an hour and a half. After I was done and looking at glasses, I wasn't sure who was supposed to be helping me. The last time I was there the associate helped me pick out lenses she thought may look nice/was more customer service related. I felt rushed at the end to choose a pair of lenses. The doctor was wonderful though, but I haven't had this type of experience before at Wigton so was a little disappointed. I will likely stay with this provider but was just unhappy with the overall experience this time.

Everyone was very nice. Dr Fogle explained everything to regarding my examination. He brought up my retinal photo's and compared the current ones to the previous ones. Great "bedside manner." The office staff were just as friendly and helpful. They took their time with us. Did not feel rushed or pressured..

While I will miss Dr. D., Wigton remains to offer a home town, friendly neighborhood feel. All employees I have had contact with are kind, friendly, and take time to listen to what you want/need. Jamie in particular is a joy. She consistently offers a warm welcome and is always ready to help. I recently saw Dr. Travis whom I found knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk with about my eye care. I find their frames a bit steep in pricing but not enough to switch to another eye care office.

That was my 1st time there. Everyone was very nice and informative. They let me know up front that the exam was covered by my gealth insurance but the glasses would not be covered by my vision coverage but I could ask my insurance if they would reimburse me fir the glasses. They let me call my insurance while I was there and did find out that my insurance will reimburse me.

The machines that were used to examine my eyes, in the past, and other providers the technician, or the doctor always wipe down the services that I was going to touch with either my eyes or my chin or forehead. That was not done. Also, I shared a pre-screening room with another patient or two. And again I did not witness any cleaning of the equipment prior to or after I use the equipment. Just an observation and concern.

The staff is courteous, every doctor is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. They aren’t to sell you services or products you don’t need. The equipment to scan and do MRI on your eyes is state of the art. Would t go anywhere else. Not to mention the cost. They take most insurances and the co pays are very low.

Best Eye Exam of my Life. Dr. Fogel and the entire staff are Very Knowledgeable, Friendly and Kind. You feel good as soon as you walk in. Their equipment is State-of-the-Art, very impressive. Our family has a history of Dry AMD and they carefully examined me for this and any other issues. Their advice was Outstanding and no pressure at all.

The office staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. The doctor however was not kind, and I felt like she was yelling at me for not getting a full examination. My insurance only covers a contact exam every two years, and I was out of contacts. I needed a contact exam only. She said the office staff made the appointment so she would go ahead, and do it but she does not like to, and she was rude about it. I was not happy with the way she treated me.

I arrived with a face mask. The receptionist immediately asked if I want them to wear one. She went right away and informed the rest of the staff to wear a mask. I have never had that happen. It was explained to me that my insurance would not cover the next appointment I had scheduled, giving me time to find another proved who would. I wouldn't hesitate to tell a friend, but most of the people I know live in Butler and wouldn't travel to Grove City. The doctor took the time I needed with those stupid "one or two" options. I felt that she was thorough with my exam. I can't stand up for more than a couple of minutes, but the optician was very helpful showing me frames when I was sitting. She was very patient when I got them mixed up. The prices were better than I expected.

Dr. Wigton is always very thorough with my eye examine and takes the time to explain the findings and answer all my questions . The office staff also is very helpful, and the technician helping me choose new glasses was extremely helpful and very patient as I was choosing new frames. Wigton Eye Care is at the cutting edge of technology with regard to eye care. As a patient with lifelong poor vision who has rarely missed an annual appointment, I am continually amazed at how their technology evolves, especially considering that we are located in a rural area. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. I also appreciate that I am never pressured into buying expensive items or replacing my glasses annually, particularly when the prescription doesn't change. I am provided with my options and information and I make my own decisions without being pushed. How refreshing that is! When I am replacing my glasses or choosing new contacts, the vast amount of options I am presented with is incredible. I highly recommend this practice for all of your eye care needs!

After suffering all morning with a miserably irritated eye, I left work and walked into Wigton’s with the hope someone could take a look at my eye. I would only recommend to someone looking for refraction only. The way they handle diabetic exams and refraction exams at the same time is different than anyone else I've been to in the 10 years I have been diabetic. I highly recommend Dr. Dreier and his abilities but dislike everything else about the way Wigton does business. I may(?) go back but only to Dr. Dreier and only for refraction. The trust level rating is purely and only in Dr. Dreier. I also had to sign a release at my PCP for the diabetic exam records because they were not sent to her like they were supposed to be.

They make you feel like you have their full attention and presence when they are with you, regardless of how busy they are. They are focused and efficient, but don't make you feel like your questions are discouraged or that they are in a rush to get you in and out. It is nice to actually be able to have a conversation with the doctor regarding my options, as opposed to just being told what to do. Very positive experience! I know my vision is in good hands!
