I’m from Atlanta but was in Savanna for a couple of days when my back just seemed to take a vacation from supporting me. I called Monday morning as a new patient and was told I could schedule for 10:00. Dr. Wetherington was happy to do all he could to help, knowing I would probably never see him again. The adjustment got me walking again in a much less painful manner, which got me through the day and evening until I could get back home. Very friendly and thorough. I appreciated the professionalism of all involved.

I always leave Dr. Bart's office feeling better than when I walked in. I can be hurting so much and he examines me and does his magic and I always feel so much better. My problems don't always go away overnight, but with his help, they do lessen the pain and make it easier for me to move around. I recommend him 100 percent.

Wow. Just wow. Come limping in and walk out normal with just a little tenderness. Dr Bart you are amazing as a person and doctor. The fact that you came all of the way from Pooler to adjust me made me feel special. I was having a bad week and it turned it around. You fix it every time. Dr Lindsey’s hip drop was on point and I feel so so so much better. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I was the last patient (and a bit chatty) but not one of them made me feel like I need to shut my trap so they could go home. Thank you for the top notch treatment and excellent customer service. If anyone has a migraine, back, hip ankle wrist…. Anything problem and you want lasting results this is hands down the only place I would trust my spine health with. You guys ROCK!! This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I was amazed at Dr. Wetherington’s knowledge, technical skills and ability to quickly come up with a plan of correction. I've been a patient of Dr. Bart's for about 25 years now. I see him whenever I get "out of whack" and he never fails to take me as a drop in when I call first. I can go months without seeing him at all, but when I need him, he is ALWAYS available. I have recommended him to many people. If you have a stiff neck, a sore back, a frozen shoulder, a hurting hip, have been in an accident or just need a general adjustment from time to time, Dr. Bart is the one to see!

Absolutely great office. I had visited Dr. Bart many years ago but hadn't been in a long while. He immediately remembered me. I made an appointment, but missed it without notifying the office. They scheduled me right away and Dr. Bart and the team were very accepting of my apologies. He listened to my complaints and told me his completed diagnosis and treatment plan. We have set up appointments to fix my issues and then a maintenance plan.

I moved to Savannah in June, it took over 3 weeks to get & see a family doctor, it then took 3 weeks to see a pain manager doctor. Getting a same day appointment was a relief in of its self.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barts for a little over a year, my wife has been a patient for almost six months. In the six years since I was hit by a car he is the first doctor to accurately diagnose what was wrong with me AND find a plan for fixing it that WORKS. My seizures, headaches, memory loss, and countless other symptoms have either completely resolved or are well on their way to being completely cured. At first we assumed it had to be at least a little placebo effect but after continuous immediate relief Dr. Barts effect was indisputable. My wife had a completely different issue and has seen the same fantastic results. No matter what it is I would trust this doctor to either find the answer of direct me to the RIGHT answer. After a seemingly innocuous movement when reversing my rental car and twisting the wrong way, the pain was pretty unreal. I sat in a car park, google searching and calling Chiropractors in the immediate vicinity of where I was in Pooler. The first one I called was Dr. Wetherington, and I am so glad I had an appointment an hour later. From the moment I entered the office, the staff were friendly, understanding of my needs and that I was a visitor to the town for a couple of days only, and that they would do their best to help. When I got to see Dr. Wetherington, he immediately put me at ease with a very calming and relaxed atmosphere and approach. A thorough discussion of my background with back problems and what my current situation was, and we were straight into sorting me out to let me carry on with my work visit. Being a visitor from the UK, some methods were slightly different to what I was used to. Electro therapy for muscle relaxation was a new thing to me, but explained well and was a great way of getting me ready for the adjustments to follow. The lady assisting with the therapy was cheery, understanding and helpful, and most of all kind in her manor which made me again feel at ease when in pain. The actual adjustments with Dr. Wetherington were done without fuss, in a positive manor and exactly what I had come to expect from the way he had conducted himself so far in the consultation and treatment. I felt very comfortable and in safe hands with him. I had a second appointment made for me, for the following day in case I needed it, but he said he was confident I would be absolutely fine. And, by around 6-7pm that evening, I felt like I had not had any issue that morning. After a good nights sleep, I woke up feeling a million times better and elected to cancel the follow up appointment. Several days later I still feel absolutely great and the issue that arose has not bothered me at all, in the slightest. THANK YOU!!!

Always a great experience at Wetherington! I have been seeing DR Bart for about a year and I have never felt better. I went in with a badly pinched sciatic, and an old whiplash injury that was causing me a lot of pain, numbness,tingling and burning down my arm. I was unable to do a lot of the things I enjoy. Dr Bart carefully evaluated and x-rayed me and within a few weeks I was feeling better than ever. I went to Dr. Wetherington in 2005. I couldn’t walk without pain and I limped terribly, He got me to walking normal without pain. I moved to Greer SC, 6 weeks after seeing him. So here I am back to see him in 2020. Upon moving back to Bluffton I injured my back. I tried several chiropractors in Bluffton. I got no relief. Finally I bit the bullet and decided to drive the 40 minutes to Savannah and I’m glad I did! Feeling better already and I have complete faith that I’ll be back to normal before long.
