Times are somewhat limited to get scheduled and cost is more expensive than other places. The tests are thorough though and more are done than some places, which means they catch more concerns with your eyes.

The entire office is friendly and supportive. We were able to be seen on the same day as we called due to a possible eye emergency. Super grateful for that!

It is always hard when you have to change a provider due to your insurance changing. Dr. Kellen Plomski answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Sarah was awesome helping me with my glasses...no pressure to buy from them.

West Linn Vision Center has been taking care of my eye health for many years. They are professional, warm and give a complete and extensive exam. I’m very happy with them. They diagnosed a problem I was having with my eyes and referred me to a great eye surgeon who was able to completely fix the problem. They are conveniently located with great hours. I highly recommend West Linn Vision Center.

My husband and I were very happy with our visit to West Linn Vision Center. We were looking for a new eye doctor and were very relieved after seeing Dr. Plomski. He was professional but friendly and relaxed; and efficient but he spent adequate time with each of us. His entire staff was welcoming, friendly, relaxed yet professional. We have found a new eye doctor! I would recommend West Linn Vision Center to anyone.

West Linn Vision Center got me in quickly for an appointment when I called and was very helpful in scheduling and taking my insurance. Upon arriving in the clinic everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a seamless process, they had me in and out quickly, and the COVID protocols were great. I would highly recommend them!

First-time visit, staff were friendly and helpful. Covid protocols, including temperature check, masks, and sanitizing of touched items, were in place and no one else was there (maybe they are staggering scheduling?). I didn't have to wait at all. Doctor was kind and knowledgeable and spent plenty of time on the exam. Staff was very helpful in picking out glasses by gently stepping in when I had no idea how to start. Prices might be a little higher than some other places, but not sure because I haven't compared. They were quick and expert in dealing with insurance too. Overall the entire staff were considerate of my time and made the exam and glasses selection process easy. I appreciate their work and am happy to have WL Vision Center as my go-to office.

Can’t compliment enough. The reason for my visit was worrisome and more than a little nerve-wracking but from the first interaction the friendly and helpful staff took wonderful care of me. Dr. Rosie was wonderful!

The staff at West Linn Vision Center is knowledgeable and kind. They are careful listeners, patient with my children, and genuinely concerned about us as their patients. Their frames selection isn't as vast as I'd like to see it, however the level of care they provide keeps us coming back year after year.

The convenience of the location is nice. The customer service and appointment scheduling is outstanding. I like the convenience of Communication through the emails. I had to reschedule an appointment. I had that day off unexpectedly. I was able to communicate through email as I was busy with my day and get in for an earlier appointment 😁 Dr. Emily Bee, and the staff were very patient and caring about my needs. Thanks for such great service.😁

This was my second visit to WLVC. Clean, bright office with a good inventory of frames. Friendly, professional staff. I was seen promptly and my exam was very through. An outside referral was made and I was called the next day. I’m very happy with WLVC for all my eye health needs.

Great service but... exams were unbelievably fast. I took myself and brother in and we both spent less than 15 minutes in the room with the doctor. A full eye exam in less than 15??? Yeah I have a very hard time thinking it was done properly because last time I had an eye exam for the glasses I've been wearing for two years I spent about 45 minutes with my doctor. The doctor asked me about six questions and by the end of those questions she was done. I spent more time filling the paper work out than getting the actual exam.

Great Staff that's greets you right as you walk in and the process from pre work to a comprehensive exam is smooth and easy. Great doctors that care about your complete health and exam what your eyes tells you about other health issues that could come up.

I went here for my first eye exam, and was really scared. I started to feel less scared when the employees started talking to me. I rate this as a 9 because I was really scared when they put my face on a machine and it puffed air into it! I was so scared that I jumped back.
