I'm very thankful for all of the staff at Warren Oral. Alyssa worked non stop with me to help get my medical clearances and check with insurance so I could have my teeth out at surgicare. Because I have diabetes Dr. Chaudhary wanted me to get my wisdom teeth out there under careful supervision. I was put to sleep quickly and woke up less than probably 40 min later. This was about 4 days a go. I'm still recovering. Having some soreness. Everything went smooth. Only hiccup was when I asked about medication, the nurses at surgicare told me just to take tylenol, when the doctor had sent over 3 prescriptions for me and I didn't know till the next day. The day the office called to check on me, and didn't ask about the meds either. If I didn't get phone notifications from my pharmacy, I would have never known. This was disappointing, but the procedure itself was great. I'm going in for a follow up in a couple days.

Dr. Chaudhary was great! Very reassuring, answered all my questions AND returned my call when I had further questions and concerns. Great bedside manner. His team worked like fine clockwork; in sync. and focused. Office staff are efficient and informed. Very glad I chose Warren Oral.

After having 2 teeth extracted and a bone graft I can honestly say that my experience at Warren Oral Surgery was very good. The office itself is very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The staff was wonderful. Professional, kind, and helpful. Dr. Chaudhary was excellent. He explained my procedures in layman’s terms, patiently answered my questions, and alleviated any fears I had. I received a follow up phone call later in the day, which was appreciated.

This center operates like a well oiled machine. Finally, service like it used to be. I saw Dr Chaudhary, EXCELLENT! Needed extraction and bone graft and didn't want to wait long as I have multiple joint replacements and any type of infection can be dangerous. They got me right in and the entire process took barely any time at all. All paperwork, x-rays, insurance estimates, and pre-admission work was done by the office, OUTSTANDING. So happy I went here.

I was once again impressed with the efficiency of this office! The communication is non - stop. While in the chair I was walked through the process of the procedure and the healing. Before they began they walked me through the billing processs. Excellent. Loved Dr. Chaudrey too! Would definitely recommend.

The office staff were very professional. Greeted me as I came in. Took the paperwork completed on line from me, and checked over for omissions/ errors if any. asked to have a seat for 1:30 appointment. Arrived as requested at 1:00 for forms and check in. Called into the consult office at 2:00. Dr. Sullivan explained all options and the pro/con of each. We set a date to start the work. The office clerk came in to explain the time frame of appointments and set the appointment. Reviewed all insurance with her again. Very congenial young lady. Overall very happy with the meeting.

that was the easiest tooth pull I've ever had. the staff was very nice and accommodating , practically no wait, they explained everything very clearly and the doctor made me feel very comfortable the tooth came out with no issue at all :) hopefully I won't need another tooth pulled anytime soon but if I do I'll be back there.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed very swiftly in order for her to return to college in another State. She was seen two days later to check on everything and her care has been excellent throughout. We had a slight concern one evening and the doctor returned our call almost immediately to offer reassurance. The office staff called the next day to check on her. Dr Chaudhary is a skilled and caring oral surgeon.

This appointment was very disappointing. I have seen dr Sullivan before for wisdom tooth extraction with great outcome but remember him being professional but very brief and.quick with initial consultation. I had the same experience this time around. I came for consultation and possible dental implant. Dr Sullivan told me that I was not a candidate due to not enough space for the implant but could do one if I remove 4 front teeth and do 2 implants and bridge implant, or I could just go back to my dentist and have regular bridge done. He said that someone is goin to be on to explain the options. Young lady came in put a paper inft of me and asked me to sign for tooth extraction pending insurance approval. I was confused and told her that I am not having anything extracted I may. It be a single implant candidate but doctor told me there are other options and explains thise to me along with cost. She looked at me confused “we don’t do crowns” I know you don’t but doctor mentioned implants and possible implant bridge. Like I said we don’t do bridges and one implant cost ..... she said the amount not investigating further it that’s not the option o would go for. I repeated my request again with no response but confused look. At that point I knew that I would never again come to this office. I am not sure if my case was not presented to her by doctor properly or she lacks and customer service or professionalism. She asked me for my referral form which I was under impression my Dentist sent his internet. Next day I dropped written referral and met the same person in front desk. She looked at the referral for a long time and stated that this doesn’t look right because my signature is missing, spend more time examined the piece of paper but again not customer needs. That makes me think that maybe dr Sullivan is to brief in initial consultation but he definitely needs to retrain his staff. Nevertheless this was a very disappointing appointment. I am getting second opinion.

I was very happy with Warren Oral Surgery. I went in to this appointment thinking that I absolutely needed my wisdom teeth removed. Warren Oral Surgery was a real pleasure to work with! Everyone at the office was helpful during my consultation and surgery. The only thing I can see others being upset about is during the day of my surgery I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seated in the surgery chair. No big deal to me as I was just excited to get my wisdom teeth out. I had almost no pain 24 hours after surgery. Would definitely recommend.

I really like the front desk staff and the doctor who operated on me (Dr. Sanjeet Chaudhary), they were both very welcoming, warm, and made me feel comfortable, which is very important for a person who's going to have four wisdom teeth extracted. However, I did not like so much the x-ray technician, the technician who helped Dr. C with my surgery, and the financial representative. Compared to the front desk staff the x-ray technician and dental tech were very cold and didn't make me feel comfortable, which is kind of sad because they were the last faces I saw before I was put under general anesthesia. The financial representative seemed like she was in a rush and going very fast with the information about which I had to pay. I would have appreciated it if she explained things a little slower and clearer.

I highly recommend warren oral surgery center. I came in as an emergency appointment for a wisdom tooth. They took me the second I came in , went over everything in detail with me and had me in the next day for surgery (for I was in a lot of pain.) I felt comfortable and that I was making the right choice even though I was nervous about surgery. Dr. Chaudhary was great, He made the whole process easy to understand and answered all my questions throughly. The whole team genuinely cares about their patients and that means a lot for a lot of patients like myself who get nervous in surgery settings. I am a retired R.N. Who developed a painful abscess in my mouth. Calls were made by my dentist and i was seen the following morning at 8am! Dr. Sullivan and all his staff including Melissa and Mikey are very professional, knowledgeable and kind! I was VERY impressed with the office, cleanliness, and efficiency of all the staff here. This is one of the best doctors office I have visited so far . I went in severe pain for my wisdom tooth removal , all 4 were in bad condition. I meet Dr. Sullivan, and he also suggested the removal of all four wisdom tooth . I was scared but got it scheduled the next day . I was given anesthesia and I never realised how smoothly they were taken out . Now coming to the post operative care the most important . Next day of surgery my husband got a call early morning at 8.00 a.m. to know how I am doing as I would have not been able to speak hence he was called . That's such a personal touch when u r in severe pain post surgery ... Every single person in Warren oral surgery is so professional they take so much care and handle all the queries , follow ups and appointment s so well . I would say an expertise people they know their work . I found them on google and I am glad I did . I was treated indifferently by the person in the business office. Advised that my insurance would not pay for the visit and I would have to pay out of pocket. She claimed that BCBS stated that Warren Oral Surgery was out of network. I telephoned them and they advised that Dr. Chaudhary was in network and he is also in network for Delta Dental. She handed my x-rays back to me and told me Warren Oral Surgery no longer needed them. She then insinuated that I was on Medicare and Medicaid which I told her I wasn't. Yes, I received my insurance through the Marketplace but that kind of discrimination was uncalled for., She did say she would call back when they straightened everything out. Poor treatment and customer interaction.. it appears how customers are treated is of no concern and everyone was staring at me as I left especially when she insinuated openly to other staff that I was on Medicaid.

Found Dr. Lynn after researching for the best Oral Surgeon for my daughter. She is an anxious patient do to previous oral surgery, so finding the right Doctor was very important. Dr. Lynn was very patient, explained the process in detail and made us both feel very confident in the outcome. After the procedure, Dr. Lynn and his staff were very caring and even called to check on her once home and again the next day. Cannot say enough good things about this practice. I just went in for a Consult and after the consult DR. Chaudhary said if I wanted he had time and could take care of my issue the same day. I jumped on the opportunity and was out of there in less then an hour. Needless to say everything went great, Dr. Chaudhary was awesome and every member of the staff couldn't have been better. Lastly, a huge pet peeve of mine is the condition of most doctor's offices, I was really happy to see the office was modern, clean and very well put together. I had no complaints about my visit. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I was guided through the paperwork and seated quickly. It took only about 30 minutes to get out two wisdom teeth and after the procedure I felt little to no pain. The swelling went down within a day and was almost non-noticeable since day one after the procedure. I was afraid because of horror stories I had heard about wisdom tooth procedures in other offices, but Warren Oral Surgery made it a painless process. I would recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.

Very professional environment with nice, super clean facilities. Friendly staff. My only grievance would be that a full explanation be given of all scenarios before a patient decides on going with an implant. Example: If you choose the implant we have to do X,y and z; in addition, should we discover X upon your next visit, then we'll have to do Y. Instead I was left thinking my next visit would be the day the implant would go in, but of course X happened, so now I'm left waiting for the Y to unfold. Other than that I would definitely recommend this office for your oral surgical needs.

I was shocked that the staff waited until I was ready to be worked on by the oral surgeon to tell me I needed a bone graph for an implant to replace a 31 moler. This most likely will result in a loss to me of a hard earned $300 for an unnecessary implant. Ethically this should have been discussed without 3 nurses in the room and not as the dr. Was ready to give me novacain and gas.

I have 3 impacted wisdom teeth so I was very scared for any office to remove them. However, Warren Oral Surgery was phenomenal! The event that I was most impressed with was the actual surgery. There were multiple people in the room working on my wisdom teeth extraction and each one of them were very knowledgeable and highly competent. They appeared to know all their roles and worked well as a team. When I woke up, I had found out that my 3 impacted wisdom teeth were all removed successfully. Dr. Chaudhary was an excellent oral surgeon, very knowledgeable and had a very calming and caring demeanor which I was appreciative of considering how nervous I was about the procedure. Although, I am still sore from the surgery, everything went smoothly and I do not have a hint of tingling in the jaw or any issues like that. I'm thrilled that I chose Warren Oral Surgery and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.

Had a tooth extraction and bone graft with Dr. Sullivan last week. It was super quick and painless and gums are healing well without any issues. Dr. Sullivan and staff were friendly and explained procedure. Will plan implant in several months and will report on service and results then!

dentist was so great and professional. front desk call was a little rude- she was on the phone with someone else and I guess it was a problem she was taking care of and that flowed over to me but other than that it was great. wish I knew about your office sooner.

Waited 30 min in the conferance room, then a tech moved me to the examination room. There was no conferance or an explanation. Other than the unexplained wait, a good experience, it was both professional and friendly.

Dr Sullivan is a true expert in his field. I am really glad to have chosen him as my oral surgeon. My two implants and one bone graft were completely painless. I highly recommend him and will come back to his office in the future.

Everyone was very nice and helpful to put me at ease. I was very surprised it wasn't bad at all like was thinking it would be!!! Very happy with my experience. The doctor was do nice and caring and did not rush talking with me to make me feel better.

Dr. Chaudry was very receptive to questions.He was informative and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist was kind and efficient. Sheri was professional and able to answer all of my questions. I would refer this practice to other patients requiring oral surgery.

I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out last week here and had no trouble scheduling everything. Dr Sullivan and his staff went into great detail explaining the procedure and going over the X-rays in individual detail. Before I knew it, I was ready to go home. Electing for anesthesia was an excellent choice, I literally had no clue all four of my wisdom teeth were taken out when I woke up because I wasn't in pain. I can't say enough how accommodating, efficient and pleasant Dr Sullivan and his staff are.

Our son had excellent care here for his wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was friendly, caring and took extra care to be sure he was comfortable, and that we were well informed. The procedure went without a hitch, and now, day three after the surgery, we can notice just a tiny bit of swelling. We would recommend Warren Oral Surgeons highly to others.
