Dr. Dinh and the front office team is absolutely wonderful! The problem is the female owner of Vue, she has such a horrible attitude and does not care for her customers. We asked for a simple measurement for glasses and she gave us every excuse that lead up to her trying to make it seem like she was doing us a huge favor. We didn’t ask for any favors and expected to pay for the service as we have done in the past. She got upset because I told her if she really was making a kind gesture it wouldn’t come with such a horrible delivery and negativity. She started yelling and carrying on saying I didn’t allow her to explain herself after she scolded and treated us horribly. At what point does an employee let alone a business owner scold you for asking for an offered service and pay them for it and then gets upset when you don’t allow them to continue to ridicule you as to why they are supposedly doing something “nice” for you! You either want to do it or not. We didn’t ask for any free or discounted anything. We also didn’t warrant her lashing out at us. This is not the first time, we only returned because of Dr. Dinh. Unfortunately we cannot support this business anymore because of the female owners demeanor and unprofessionalism. The rating is strictly for the female owner, she made it a point to yell this at me when I asked to speak to a manager.

I have actually already told friends/family about the great service, professionalism, and care received by Dr. Dinh and staff at Vue Eyecare! The staff worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage was ensured, due to an Open Enrollment process that had just occurred; and they were professional, courteous, and efficient. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic! The care I received from Dr. Dinh was exceptional. He informed me of what he was doing, and why; listened attentively and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results and a clearer understanding of what my vision issues were, unlike the last place I visited where I felt like I was just part of an assembly line. Dr. Dinh's high level of professionalism and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I highly endorse Vue Eyecare for their excellent service and expertise!

I have been a customer of Vue Eyecare for a few years now and I can honestly say I always had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Dr. Dinh, the optometrist, has always made me feel heard and valued. He is patient and has many years of knowledge so he will able to answer most questions asked. Good vibes from the entire team. They always seem energized, motivated, knowledgeable and concerned with making sure their patients are a priority. My husband never cared much about the importance of seeing and eye doctor. However, after one visit to Vue eye care he never miss an opportunity to get his eyes checked regularly. I’ve gone to Vue Eyecare twice for annual eye exams. As someone who has had poor vision since elementary school, it was really refreshing to meet an eye doctor (or any doctor for that matter) who listens to what you say, is willing to go the extra mile even though to make sure you get quality care, and is funny and makes you comfortable during your visit. Their staff have always been welcoming, friendly, and helpful as well. I highly recommend Vue!

I absolutely love Dr. Dinh! He's always so fun and loves telling stories and it just makes you at ease. It doesn't feel like you're at an appointment it feels like you're just hanging out with a friend lol. And even when I've slacked and missed a few years he always remembers me even though I know he sees a lot of patients! His staff is always welcoming and friendly. I've been going here for at least 5 years and even got my mom, brother, and sister in law to start coming here! I reccommend Vue to literally everyone that asks for an eye doctor! Absolutely fantastic optometrist visit! My glasses broke and I needed an updated eye exam as soon as possible! They were able to fit me in same day as well! Optometrist and all staff were very accommodating and personable. Always worry some about having to switch providers for my medical needs but I will absolutely be coming back here and recommending all of my friends and family! Not too mention the 100 dollar rack of lens and glasses with the polycarbonate is such a great value! Thank you so much!

Even my very shy daughter has a positive experience here. They are easy and quick to schedule an appointment and have a nice selection of frames. I’ve been to many optometrists over my past 35 years of wearing glasses and contacts and Vue eye care with Dr. Dinh beats them all by far from my experience! I always have the most confidence and trust that I will be heard and helped here.

This was our first time here, just by chance! We couldn’t get in at Ochsner and it was the best thing that happened this year! We liked our doctor at Ochsner as well BUT we absolutely loved VUE! The dr has such an amazing way with children, he’s fun and funny! He and my daughter just talked and talked! We’ll never go anywhere else!

As a new patient, I feel like I have been coming here for years. The doctor and his assistants are both welcoming and kind. The doctor is also very professional, and yet, a jokester. It’s refreshing.
