Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They don’t make you wait at all and they explain everything they’re doing. They are super flexible with appointments too. I appreciate how the doctor educates my son on his eye health, showing him the scans and explaining to him what he’s looking at. My 12 year old son is the patient there and while waiting for doc to come in he said “It looks really nice in here, it looks like somebody’s home.” So that’s a pretty good observation and compliment from a kid!

Dr. Carr knows his stuff! He made helpful suggestions about how best to care for my contact lenses to improve vision and reduce dry eyes. Deidre and the rest of the staff have always provided excellent customer service, and they offer amazing warrantees and lens replacement. I always leave feeling like I have saved money, and the money spent is a worthwhile investment in my health.

I appreciated the quality of the services and products offered at Visionary Eyeworks. I was promptly greeted and taken back for my exam after being able to save time completing paperwork ahead of the appointment online, which I appreciated in comparison to other optometrist offices I've seen in the past. Every staff member was polite and clearly explained what they were doing and why they were doing so in each step of the pre-testing and testing. I felt that my questions were more than adequately addressed and that I would be able to easily reach out if I needed any information or assistance with my glasses or contacts. The range of glasses available and the quality of assistance I received in the glasses selection and checkout processes were also really excellent. I'm excited to be a repeat customer!

After an appointment with the team at visionary eye works you will wonder why you had gone anywhere else!! The style of frames are so cool. Dr. Carr is an amazing eye doctor. He is very kind and has a keen eye for detail. Deidre Morgan is an eyeglasses artist! She can tell by looking at you the frames to try. Like an interior designer for your face!! They feel like family and make everyone who walks through their doors feel like their family!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I get compliments on my glasses all the time and I tell them where to go!!

I have just gotten the best pair of glasses ever from Visionary Eyeworks. As a far-sited individual it is a bit harder to find satisfactory prescriptions particularly for progressive lenses which I've worn for over twelve years. After moving to Nashville six years ago I had been to three other places in the Nashville area with less than satisfactory results even after further attempts to "fix" the problems with those lenses. At Visionary Eyeworks I found the most knowledgeable and attentive optician in Deidre Morgan who made the whole process easy. It is also apparent that their optometrist is highly knowledgeable and efficient (I highly recommend the digital retina exam...no dilation!). Since I had a few years of poor prescriptions, it is a amazing to see as well as I do now. Thank you Visionary Eyeworks! I'll never go to another shop for glasses. ...........Paul Aviles

I had a sudden eye issue and they fit me in on a Saturday. I was in and out, everyone was so nice. Luckily it was a minor issue. Love the new decor. I moved to Visionary Eyeworks a few years ago when my insurance changed and I had to leave my doctor of 30 years. I'll be here for the next 30, at least!

I love that every time I come for my annual eye exam, I am always greeted with a cheery hello and smiling faces from Tiffany. Dr. Kobrick always takes her time to explain what's going on and she answers any questions that I may have. It's always a perk to find out what your insurance covers that you may not be aware of so thanks to Deidre; I, now, know I can get a snazzy pair of shades under my glasses allowance (barring that I don't need them). This year, all my working on the computer required me to get glasses, Deidre had no problem being patient and helping me to select the best pair.

Great visit, easy process. Dr. Kobrick is friendly and professional, and didn't hesitate to jump right in with getting me set up with my contacts. She didn't leave this to employees, but took a personal interest in helping me get adjusted, and even started the paperwork for billing so I wouldn't have to wait. Delighted to be trying contacts again for the first time in 20 years, and am even looking forward to the follow up. Oh, and with the insurance, the visit, contacts, and follow up were under $100. Excellent all-around experience.

It was frustrating to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. I was told a patient was 20 minutes late for their appointment. That person then caused me to have to sit and wait for 45 minutes. Knowing that things were running behind, a phone call to inform me would have been nice so that I could have been more productive with my day.

The one thing I would change would be an indication of the prices of the frames you have available. However, being located where you are, I can see how finances might be less of an issue for the people in the area.
