From receptionist to the doctor, everyone was welcoming, kind, and engaging. They were all thorough and efficient with their exams and education on what I needed and what could help me in the future. The gentleman that helped me select and order my glasses was very kind and knowledgeable and did his best to get me the best deal possible. I will definitely continue with this clinic.

The doctors are great. Their assistants are wonderful. The front office staff is horrible. They are unorganized, unfriendly, and if you don’t want to purchase glasses in their storefront they are rude. I also just got 2 emails and a text today, telling me I was over due for eye exams, even though my daughter and I went last Saturday.

Despite TRYING to get a copy of a contact prescription by COB on Thursday - the receptionist would not confirm the email address stating "yes, I have it" more than once since I called back again - and she emailed it to the incorrect address. I finally received the prescription on Saturday within 2 minutes of calling and RECHECKING the email address. The front staff is too difficult to deal with - I'm done.

The doctors and their assistants are always so caring and detailed in the information I need for my best eye care. The office staff is just as amazing with warm welcomes and friendly, fast service. Eleven years as a patient and still happy!

I do not appreciate getting emails that state I am past due for my visit and when I do show up find I have to pay for services as my visit was too early and the vision insurance will not cover the charges. Since the error was that of the office staff I do not believe that should of been charged since it was their error. I actually received at least two emails that said I was past due for my annual examine and yet I was actually too early.

Sad to say I did not have a pleasant experience and doubt will be back to this office. Upon arrival I was told VS was unable to verify my insurance. The receptionist stated she called me but I had no calls or voicemails on my phone. I provided her with my member ID once again (I had done this when I made my appointment several days prior) and magically, they were able to verify. I waited close to 30 minutes for my appointment due to an emergency, which is understandable. Upon initial examining, I was told I could either have my eyes dilated or have fancy pictures taken that would cost me $30. I had never before at any Optometrist clinic been given the two options- always just asked IF I'd like my eyes dilated. I elected to decline both options as that is my choice as a patient. The National Eye Institute recommends adults age 60 and older have their eyes dilated. I am a healthy 33 year old female with no medical conditions and no previous eye problems. To top it off, the doctor walked in and was very condescending due to me declining dilation and photos. He asked me if I've ever gone to a dentist and refused to open my mouth, because that's exactly what I just did by declining to have my eyes dilated. What a first impression! He then proceeded to tell me that he would be legally liable if anything goes wrong with my eyes down the road. If I get cavities or chip a tooth, can I hold my dentist liable too??? Lastly, I had no idea what my bill was going to look like at the end of the appointment until I checked out. It would have been nice to have at least an idea of the cost, since they had all of my insurance information. I was really hoping this would be my go-to place for my annual eye exams from now on and that I could refer my family and friends but it looks like we will be all be going elsewhere.

Very professional. I would highly recommend this provider. All of the staff very very kind and friendly.

I don't like that as a patient you cannot just get your information emailed to you, they will email you to go create an account on a portal. People do not have time to create accounts for everything. Make it simple, make it easy send the email with my information instead of information on having to go access a portal to get it. They emailed me the survey without having me access a portal.

I understand that it is inconvenient to access our patient portal, but that is the only way we can send your information securely. There are risks when using email to send patient health information. Our patient's privacy is one of our top priorities.
