I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and the eye dr, Luke Crader is fantastic as well. He will answer your questions and takes his time so you dont feel rushed. Definitely recommend!

Our daughter gets prompt, friendly service with Dr. Crader and the front office staff. We spent quite some time there on our first appointment talking about the different options with our insurance and trying on all the frames for my nervous daughter. They were very helpful and understanding.

I had trouble in the past learning how to insert and remove contact lenses. I am so glad I found Vision Partners of Flower Mound. They were so helpful and patient with me, which provided a less stressful environment to learn this process. In turn, I had a very successful experience in learning how to insert and remove my contacts. Dr. Crader is excellent; he's very professional and has a gentle manner. Jacqueline did an amazing job assisting me with the mechanics of inserting and removing my contacts. I'm a very happy camper.

Complete 180 from our last Optometrist. We had to switch eye Dr's for the little one since hee first visit did not go so well. Dr. Crader was awesome and made her feel right at home; she's actually very excited about her glasses now & can't wait for them to come in!

Dr Luke takes all the stress out of going to the eye doctor. I told him that other doctors I’ve been to it seemed like they were trying to trip me up when they were doing the different lenses, where Dr. Luke obviously just wanted to find the best thing for me. Also, the staff are friendly and helpful. I have recommended him to several people and if I weren’t moving, I would never go to any other office.

Getting older and small text is getting difficult. Just got my first reading glasses prescription at this visit. Why on earth are you trying to sell me a $300 pair of glasses (after some oh so generous discounts) instead of telling me that it's only reading glasses, and that I should just go to Walgreens and get two pairs for $10?

Dr. Hargrove and her office staff are fantastic ! I have been to the office 2 times now and both times, I have seen the doctor within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Hargrove was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. She took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the visit and what I should be aware of in regards to eye health. She mentioned a medicine to me and later that day, I received additional information via text about the medicine and what it treats. I highly recommend Dr. Hargrove!

Amanda Hargrove OD is very personable and was very informative on how your eye health is doing. And the wait time was absolutely zero in her waiting room. Got you in and out. And was very therow. And Sara the receptionist was very pleasant to also. She was very knowledgeable on the glasses options and very helpful on picking what style of glasses that fit you best. Was just a great experience. Both are top notch. Highly recommend.

I found Vision Partners of Flower Mound to be a wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who took the necessary precautions as I entered the facility, having taken my temperature at the door and making sure a mask was worn. Dr. Hargrove was thorough in her examination as well as personable. The office was pristine with new equipment and technology making my appointment very comfortable and pleasant. Will highly recommend to others.

She welcome me made me feel welcome by explaining each step and machine as she used it one. She asked me about my pass and health explained why i should keep visits. Freindly conversation which kept me calm and she said i can stop if i dont feel safe and i can ask questions about each step she explained the results slowly asked questions explaned new tech Identify and explained each area on the screen I was calm it was clean smelled fresh friendly greeting by her staff who explain procedure very well about selection and my choices and cost. It was over settled in a timely friendly manner.

Dr. Hargrove is a wonderful and caring doctor who has worked diligently with me in fitting me for a pair of contacts that will allow me to be less dependent on reading glasses. She has definitely gone above and beyond any other eye doctor I have ever had.
