Entire staff was incredibly kind, the computer system was lagging behind and they were super apologetic. (We realize it was out of their hands, and luckily we were in no rush). The doctor we saw was super personable. Will definitely be coming back.

I brought both of my sons one 15 and one 8 and all the ladies were just Amazing. The receptionist, both eye doctor ladies and the lady who helped with glasses just blew me away with their kindness and the way the dealt with the kids. 10/10 recommend.

I have total faith in Dr. Amy Press as my optometrist. She attended to an eye infection that affected both eyes, and when determined the problem needed specialist care, did not hesitate to refer me to Cincinnati Eye Institute. I wouldn’t hesitate to follow any recommendation she made. The office and testing personnel are friendly and knowledgeable which starts you off, as a patient, feeling you are in a qualified, professional environment. Joan Dennis

The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Dr. Amy Press goes above and beyond! She listens and returns calls personally to address any questions. She has been so helpful and patient in addressing my mom’s double vision. My mom’s neurologist requested several tests to figure out the cause of her issue and all the tests confirmed doctor Press’ initial diagnosis! Our entire family (four generations ages 3-83) goes to Vision One!

I was double charged for nearly everything. When I attempted to resolve the double billing, Hollie said she was done with me and would cancel the order. I was rather shocked but ok I only wasted an hour of my life picking out those glasses. Rather than removing the overcharges, she would rather not do business with me? Ok. Since she wanted to cancel the order, I requested she email me a refund receipt. She failed to do that so now not only have I lost the hour I spent selecting the glasses, now I have to dispute the charges with Capital One! Thanks literally FOR NOTHING VISION NONE!!!

The Dr tell you one thing and does another. They told me a year ago that they Could do nothing for my watering eyes. This year they say they've never said that. Then they're going to give me Eye drops, and if they're too expensive, she'll change them. Well, they were too expensive but she then said. There's nothing I can give you. Seems like she can't make up her mind

I have been searching for a new doc to visit for my annual eye exams since I get eye injections every 6 weeks. Dr. Amy Press is fantastic and I’m so happy with my first visit and exam. She was thorough and took the time to hear all the details about my eye. Highly recommend and will share anytime someone is looking for good care.

I have seen Dr. Press for over 15 years. This time my vision had not changed but I complained that I was having trouble seeing close up. She brainstormed the issue and requested the technician check the prescription of my glasses. They were correct BUT the technician discovered that my glasses were not sitting correctly, thus: I was not looking through the correct part of the progressive lenses. Many thanks!

Great place to take your family! I had an appointment for 2 of my 5 children. I had to take all 5 of them. 10 years old and under. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They brought the kiddos some coloring packs. That helped for a few minutes. The kiddos were entertained mostly by watching the two get their exams. The staff ROCKED! Thank you all so much!

I was disappointed when leaving and a young mother of 4yo had no babysitter and had to bring him with her and she was told he couldn't be in the office for her exam. If he's only been with her I don't see harm of him staying with her for the exam. I could tell she was disappointed and not surprised if she didn't return. I know safety measures of being taken but a 4yo boy??

Staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in is quick. Dr. Press is always friendly and informative. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because their hours (at the Dry Ridge office) are difficult to work with if you work a regular day job

Dr. Amy Press was amazing! She answered every silly question I had and was so gracious about everything. She was also wonderful with my son (who is very young and would barely sit still). The staff was accommodating and helpful in scheduling and finding our insurance coverage for us before we even had our cards. Highly recommend!

I had my eyes checked yesterday by Dr. Amy Press . This was my forst eye exam since my cataract surgery last July. I can see perfectly and Dr. Press said everything looks great! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have no glasses to wear! I've been dependent on glasses and contacts since I was 6.The first thing I did every morning was reach for the glasses.It took several weeks to stop looking for them! Thank you, Dr. Press , for having this surgery recommended . I am so grateful!

Yesterday, I had an emergency. I woke up with a huge spiderweb floating in my right eye! since I am scheduled for cataract surgery in this eye next Wednesday, I was panicked! After calling the surgery, they said I should have a doctor look at this, but they didn't have any available openings. I suggested Vision One and they said that would work! Dr. Press was off on Wednesday, but Dr.Mercado could see me right away! I was there in 15 minutes. Dr. Mercado took time to talk with me, calm me down and she took a picture of my eyes. She showed me how the left one looked and then showed me the "bruise" on my right eye. she sent these pictures to the Cincinnati Eye Institute and they called me when I got home. all is well and the surgery will proceed. Thank you for your quick service and your pleasant explanation of my condition. I feel confident that things will go well next week!.

I had a hemorrhage into the posterior chamber of my eye. As I was unsure of the severity of the problem or where to get treatment, I stopped by Vision One. Dr Press worked me in, diagnosed the problem and referred me to an ophthalmologist very quickly. They couldn't have been more concerned or professional. I was both grateful and impressed!

I called at 5:00pm and they told me to come right in. Dr. Mercado is wonderful. I ended up having an ulcer on my eye so it is a good thing she told me to come in even though the end of her day. She understands the patients:)

I appreciated that the doctor was shared it was not necessary in her opinion to get new glasses at this time. That really showed it wasn't about making money but, what the patient really needed. I also, was able to get my glasses better fitted and cleaned. Thank you.
