Dr. Chang and her staff were fitting my 12 year old son with his first pair of contact lenses and they were very patient and gentle with teaching him how to removed and insert his lenses. Dr. Chang was incredibly sweet and gentle with him as she inserted them for him the first time and I really appreciate her. Even her staff sat him down and clearly explained the know-how of inserting and removing the lenses on his own. We both enjoyed the experience!

Doctor Chang was thorough to provide professional detailed care on examinations. She gave detailed explanations on patient eye anatomy health and condition with retinal imaging. She was very attentive to patients questions and concerns. She was also very helpful in finding the correct and most comfortable contact lenses. Her staff were very professional and friendly in explaining proceeding steps and supportive during pre eye examinations. Staff was thorough in explaining contacts/eyewear options. Sarah and her team really care about patient vision and eye health. Overall awesome place and sure to be taken care for.

The people at the front desk were patient and kind to me even though I first had a slight attitude. The ladies tone’s never changed. The kinder they were took me to a place of calmness and more trusting of their suggestions and explanations. Then I met Dr. Chang that helped me to for in love with VisionSource. I felt I received quality care, information that helped me make decisions concerning my eye care. Dr. Chang reviewed my examination results and allowed time for questions. She also allowed me to verbalize any symptoms related to my eyes. I don’t remember every O.D office obtaining a medical history from me before treatment me, this was amazing.

Dr.Chang is a very patient and understanding person when it comes to my child (we know how they can be). I have been bringing my son to Dr.Chang for two years since I’ve moved to Texas and it has been the best decision as a parent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had not had an eye exam in over a decade so they walked me through each step and told me what they were doing and why they were doing it. Giving me that extra information helps me learn more about my eyes and protecting them for longer. They also have awesome technology to take pictures and analyze your eyes, and the doctor walks you through each step to make sure you understand. They also give very practical advice - I registered at 20/20, with glasses being able to make a minor difference, but still a difference. The doctor suggested that I not get glasses, as it won’t be worth the hassle and cost for such a minor improvement, showing they cared about me instead of promoting the business. 10/10, earned a repeat customer.

I've been seeing an eye doctor for 27 years so I've dealt with the different doctor's offices and doctors as a whole so I see the differences in the whole scheme of things. The visit to the office felt like a business transactions versus healthcare in my opinion. It felt rushed and vague and lacked thoroughness I've grown accustomed to when it comes to my vision which is a handicap for myself so i expect it to handled a certain way. Also, I don't understand why I was diagnosed with something I've had for over 20 years and then billed for this diagnosis out of pocket which is confusing.

I had a great experience here! The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone was very informative. Dr. Chang was awesome, very thorough, friendly and efficient. She observed something strange on my scan and told me she would get a consult and get back to me. And the next day she touched base and told me she had talked with another doctor and everything was normal. It made me feel very safe and secure that she went the extra mile to make sure it was normal and I had nothing to worry about. Also, no long wait times here. This is my new vision care center!!

The doctor and staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I must get yearly exams because of a medication I take and they were very easygoing when I said I wasn't interested in making a glasses purchase that day. After going to places that were super pushy about BUY NOW it was a refreshing change of pace to be treated like a patient instead of a wallet. I will definitely return here and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Chang with so Pleasant and easy to talk to she gave me recommendations on my eye care and upcoming problems like beginnings of cataracts and talking about surgery later on way down the line if need be and the reception receptionist they were so pleasant and helpful they always help me pick out my glasses and hey make sure that I'm happy with my selection and answers all my questions about Tyson and it's just a pleasure to go into an establishment with people that are really eager to please you and that's why I choose to take my business to Vision Source and I recommend it to all my friends and my family thank you and God bless

Requiring masks still when there is absolutely no reason remaining, they weren’t affective to begin with, was the reason I’ll not be returning or recommending. Just the day before I sat for 2 hours in a dentist chair with my mouth wide open & had not the hygienist & dentist had their face and hands in my mouth and no one suffered or died. To insist that your team requires protection from me by my wearing a mask when I’m not sick, have no symptoms was the straw that broke the camel’s back. My business will go elsewhere. That’s the beauty of the free market system that we enjoy.

Office environment was amazing, staff was very friendly and welcoming! I loved it here. I moved from Sugar Land and was looking for something close by but I ended up liking this office much more than my previous office. Called at 2pm for an appointment, previously gone online to select glasses and took a pic of qr code for glasses. Told by receptionist to text the glasses ref# and the glasses in stock would be ready and available to try on-I already had script from another doctor. Gave me 3:30pm appointment. Arrived at 3:30pm, doors locked, called and told still santitizing, please wait in car and will be called when ready. 3:39pm see people walking in front door. I walk in, and someone without appointment is in front of me getting serviced. Finally with receptionist, no glasses ready to see, but after researching, found my text i had been told to send, did have 2/6 glasses in stock i had texted about, to try on. Ended up going to Pearl, purchased glasses there. Second time not the best customer service here. First time, Optician messed up on exam and I was asked to come back in to retake because eye doctor had insufficient exam info from first entry eye exam.

From the time I walked in until I left the girls up front and Dr. Chang were great. I'd received in incorrect prescription from a previous doctor but Dr. Chang corrected my prescription & gave me a new brand to try and help with my dry eyes. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.

The only thing I would change is to make sure there are at least two people working in the front at all times. After one of the two that were there had to leave the one that was left couldn't focus on the customers because of the phone ringing and other things coming up that had to be handled. She did an excellent job doing the best she could but it made her job much harder. I appreciate the time and care spent making sure I got a thorough exam and found the perfect glasses. Thank you for that!
