I came in 15 minutes early and was almost immediately taken in for my appointment! Staff was very helpful and kind. They let me take my time picking out frames and went over my insurance policy to make sure I knew what was covered and what was not. Will definitely be coming back!

The office staff was incredibly nice and very clean. Every step of the process from making the appointment to how the appointment was conducted to the process of getting glasses was incredibly organized and they made it super easy. Insurance jargon can get confusing and they made it really simple to understand and the whole experience was incredibly painless. For someone that has extreme doctor appointment anxiety, this place was absolutley 200% amazing. Making appointments online, communication via text, staff was really easy to talk to and Dr. Kongsakul was THE nicest man ever, he made me feel really comfortable -- I would 300% recommend this place.

I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism exhibited by every single person I came in contact with. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Impression that I received from the doctor was that I was wasting her time. Not friendly at all. Gave different options for prescriptions glasses but didn't give an expert opinion on the best direction for me to go. SAD that I felt uncomfortable and couldn't ask her questions. I will plan another eye exam with another location and hopefully things will turn out differently.

There are really no choices for glasses, they basically look all the same. When they found a pair of metal ones, not on display but in a drawer below, the price was way to high. Bring or buy your frames from somewhere else.

Valley Optometry Eye Center is a fantastic optical establishment. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Their equipment is all state of the art and the exam was incredibly thorough. I’m especially impressed with Dr. Kongsakul, he is very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to thoroughly explain the causes of dry eyes and more importantly sent me home with a remedy that seems promising. I look forward to my next appointment with Valley Optometry Eye Center.

Have had good experiences with reception team and eye glass sales. I believe the actual vision testing is above average and trust the overall analysis.. I’ve not been very impressed with the actual doctors who perform these tests. They are not very communicative and don’t make that extra effort to discuss vision care. Has a previous doctor at another place who talked about vitamins, diet and general long term care and expectations. Here I just get the feeling of being herded in and out as fast as possible.

I thought that Dr. Field gave the most thorough exam I’ve ever had in 30 years. For years I have told ophthalmologists and optometrists that I didn’t think my contact prescription was right. He put me in a pair that has me seeing perfectly. As for the staff, I don’t know her name but the woman who did the initial test was very nice, and the optician who helped me was excellent. She steered me from buying something the doctor suggested but she recognized would be a mistake for me.

Every one of the staff at Valley Optometry Eye Center were courtesy, professional, warm and diligent in their care of me. I loved all the technological devices that checked my vision and eye health and how the optometrist so thoroughly explained to me how my vision has changed since my last exam. I also appreciated the explanation as to the best way to support me seeing optimally, that is, having a 2nd pair of glasses for my work at the computer. The staff member who also helped me pick a 2nd pair of glasses and with billing was exceptional. She was easy to follow and very kind.

The doctors and staff are amazing. The care and service is outstanding. The lab they use for lenses is terrible. Every time I have ordered lenses from them they come back wrong and have to be redone. They take over a month to get the order completed and even after that, they do not have the correct coatings, do not fit the frames, or are the wrong prescription. Again, doctors and staff are outstanding, lab is awful.

This was my first visit and my husband and I were so happy and impressed with both the staff and the office. Every employee we met were all very helpful, very welcoming and so pleasant. If I had known this is what a REAL eye exam was, I would have never wasted my time and money going to any other Optometrist. The entire team was very professional and very knowledgable. I enjoyed having each test explained to me. Doctor Kongsakul took his time to ensure my exam was very detail oriented. This was the first time I actually saw my optic nerve and it was very educational and enlightening. I greatly appreciate knowing the details about my eyes not to mention the fact that I was confident I received the exact prescription for my eyes. Thank you.

Came here for a dry eye evaluation and Mibo Thermaflow treatment for my dry eyes. Dr. Kongsakul was incredibly informative and explained all of the exams thoroughly to me. He did a great job of explaining my diagnosis and gave good advice on how to maintain treatment at home.

I visited Valley Optometry yesterday for the first time. I had an eye exam and ordered new glasses to be made with the frames I brought in. The staff was very friendly and courteous and Dr. K was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to personally review my exam with me and made me very comfortable with the experience. Very good experience overall. The only reason I'm not rating this as excellent, was due to having a new employee in training perform the fitting. Fortunately a veteran employee cross checked her work and made the needed corrections. It's understandable for the need to train new employees and I'm very thankful her work was cross-checked. I definitely recommend this business.

I Love Valley Optometry Eye Care Center! This place is clean and has incredible staff members and optometrists. What I appreciate is that they have some of the greatest technology. This was my third annual exam, the gals in office are always so friendly and welcoming. Do. K is easy going, smart and knowledgeable. He has seen all three of my kids and took the boys in stride. We started going cause it's close to our house, but continue to go for the amazing service.

Did not feel comfortable with the Doctor. Not happy I did not get to see the same Dr. I had seen before. Prices are outrageous , so I had to leave without getting the glasses that I needed. Also very disappointed that even though I purchase my previous glasses from this office and I wanted to use the same frame on the new glasses they would not take responsibility if something happened to my frames while they were exchanging the lenses. Very disappointed .

This is a really great eye doctor, really friendly with children, but not that many types of frames to choose from. I was looking for Women's frames with metal on the top and clear on the bottom. I did find a pair of all metal that's really light and cute. All staff are very nice and explain every procedure in detail. =)

For my first visit, I was very impressed with Valley Optometry. My previous optometrist was in Westwood and although he was good, the appts were very expensive and his staff was very rude. It was time for a change! Valley Optometry's office was just as nice, the staff was really great and so was Dr. Kongsakul. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. This is now my new eye place to go and I will be bringing my daughter, as well. I have already referred a friend.

I saw Dr Field for a prescription check up and to get fitted for contacts. The office is so clean and modern. The staff was amazing and professional. Every test they would do on me, they would tell me exactly what it was testing for and what it's purpose was for. Even thought it was time for lunch and I still couldn't get the hang of putting contacts in, the staff waiting for me and Dr Field waited also to make sure I was comfortable with putting contacts in and making sure they fit well. Will recommend them to everyone.

as a new patient there was no pressure to buy extra items, they were offered once and no problem sticking with what insurance offered. This is a big deal to me .
