I had a wonderful experience at Uptown Vision Clinic. It was my first time at your establishment and it was a breath of fresh air when compared to my other eye clinic experiences. Staff was so friendly and knowledgable and went above and beyond. They made getting my eyes checked a breeze!

Easy to get to location with either personal vehicle parking available or mass transit outside the door. Friendly staff, great doctor and good selection of frames available.

Everyone was great here, super friendly and put me at ease. The office is also very comfortable and they have parking on-site. They were more than willing to get me my prescription and PD for ordering online as well instead of having to buy frames in-clinic.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Legg is was very thorough with my eye exam and truly listened to what was important in my overall goal. She gave great suggestions and is taking the time to make sure that my lenses are meeting my expectations. Would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

The staff here at Uptown Vision are great! Dr. Tamara Legg and Becca were incredibly hospitable and gave a great service. The choices of frames here, and the turn around is great. Very well communicated, and thoughtful. Additionally: They've got a parking lot in a relatively difficult area to park - so tons of peace of mind for any drive over.

5 stars. Whole process was smooth. Easy appointment process, text reminders, etc. Friendly check in. Appointment started on time. Very thorough exam using all the latest equipment. Optometrist answered all my questions. Left feeling like everything that could be checked was, and that those doing the tests were very knowledgeable and experienced. Easy free parking, too!

This was the best experience I have ever had getting my eyes examined and ordering new glasses immediately afterwards. The service was efficient and friendly and helpful from the exam though final order of pairs of glasses. Highly recommend (yet also want to keep as a secret!).

Great Clinic! This is a great clinic. Literally every person there is extremely nice and awesome. It was my first time getting glasses so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone was extremely helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and kind. And the optical consultant did an AMAZING job helping me pick out frames that look good on my face, which I was very nervous about. My frames are so cute!! I am so happy to have this clinic in my neighborhood. I'm honestly sad that an eye exam is not something I will need very often.

Clinic had a redo with docs and staff. Very much improved. Dr. Legg is excellent. You can tell she cares about her practice. especially her patients! Clinic could use a facelift.

Was just quoted $670 for new progressive lenses and I have VSP!!! Asked for itemized price estimate and was told it doesn't work that way. Asked how to reduce the cost and was told they didn't know. Reminded them that with my VSP benefits I get 20% off for lenses, and was told that is only if I buy two pairs (not true!!). Office staff bordered on rude. Sadly office staff helpfulness has steeply declined.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I’m going to be new to contacts and they have a class for me to learn how to use them! And they are so helpful when fitting me with frames! I always LOVE my glasses!

Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Legg explained everything that was going on and why, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I also ended up buying some new frames while there, and that process went smoothly with some great suggestions on picking a new style of frames.

I love Uptown Vision! They don't rush through appointments, and all staff and doctors are kind and helpful. I always order my contacts and select and buy my glasses through their office, because they make it so convenient, and I trust that if there were ever any problem, they could help me fix it. I no longer live very nearby this clinic (it takes me up to an hour to get home on the bus), but I continue going because I know I'm receiving great care for my eyes.

I have been a pt at UVC for many years. I had strong relationships with Drs. Sabre and Swenson, Jean Sabre and Veronica. I understand the reasons for the recent changes, e.g., sale of the practice, and that people's lives take them in different directions. Still it is a loss that those working relationships are gone. The new vision professionals are more than competent, it just takes a while to build rapport. The front end staff seem to change all the time. I don't know why that is. My most important comment is that I felt unsafe with the number of people in the clinic waiting and frame selection area. I think that UVC should strongly consider requiring appointments for ALL services as you did at the beginning of the pandemic. I would be more than happy to comply with that policy.
