This was my first visit as a new patient. I was extremely pleased with my visit. Dr. Pryor and the entire staff were very courteous, professional, and friendly. They explained in detail all recommendations and plans for my dental care.

I have carried the same dental insurance for years and for the first few years I had both my husbands insurance and mine. We are back to being double insured and the office staff is having issues filing both insurances now. Back in 2020-2021 this was never an issue.

They are very professional and kind. I would have liked to have gotten more answers about my TMJ pain. While not as intense in pain as it was weeks ago, I still have discomfort despite the mouthguard and jaw exercises. But I will go back-they explain their pricing and I believe the DH name was Kayli- she was super kind and fast!

Was impressed at my first visit. Never had an exam that checked out every thing in my mouth & explained after all the X-rays. My last dentist wanted to crown everything & this dentist did not mention crowns to fix .

I’ve been coming to UDA for a long time. The staff are always pleasant. Tabitha is definitely an asset for UDA. She always greats me with a smile and is helpful in answering my questions or concerns. Dr. Pryor always explains what he is doing which makes me comfortable with whatever work I need. While I was waiting for my mouth guard to come in, Dr. Pryor wrote down a couple of things for me to do which would help with the TMJ pain.

The check in process was easy and the employees at the desk were extremely friendly. They were able to process my new insurance quickly and answer questions about my next appointment. Dr. Prior and his Assistant were extremely kind and helped easy my anxieties about the procedure with frequent updates about where they were in the process. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and they made sure all of my questions were answered afterward.
