Dr Ong is an excellent dentist. Very professional ,competent and takes time to talk to you about your concerns. She tells you what to expect and always take good care of patient’s wellbeing. The staff members are cordial and attentive. I have been going to this dental clinic for more than a decade and I’m thankful for the great job they are doing for their patients.

The service was excellent, very satisfied. However, my husband and I have been visiting for a few years now and we now have a new dental insurance. When we called for an appointment and provided insurance information we were not told that you were not within network. I feel that we should have been informed prior because the payment was going to be high. We should have not had to pay having insurance. Even though we love going there, reality is we need to go where the insurance will be accepted.

I have been to a lot of other dentists prior to meeting Dr. Ong. Hands down I can say Dr. Ong is the best I have been to. Dr. Ong is always very professional and caring about your oral health. She takes time to explain procedures and plans for preventative long term dental care. Dr. Ong is extremely cautious to not cause you any undue pain. I have also found her entire staff to be very helpful and accomodating. I really love Dr. Ong and her staff!

Dr. Ong and her staff are top notch. I have never waited more than 10 min. Most of the time I don't even sit down in the waiting room. They get me back as soon as I walk in. The hygienist was friendly and very careful. The assistant that took the x-rays let me place my own bite wings. Those things always stimulate my gag reflex and it's much easier for me to put them in. Dr. Ong performed a root canal on my several years ago. I got a little hypoglycemic during the procedure. She had her staff go next door and get a couple cookies for me. Tri-County Dental is a great place!

I am very unhappy with the way my daughter has been treated and the way the insurance has been handled. I have called this office for the past 2 weeks to get someone to call me back about insurance to make sure all was paid and noone would return my call and the one time they did they new nothing about what had been paid. After 2 yrs you would think all insurance money would be collected.

Although I moved out of the area, I still return the 10 hour trip for my dental appointments. My first visit Dr. Ong corrected a Temporomandibular Joint pain due to a slight misalignment. There has been no pain or problems since that first visit. Dr. Ong is always a delight to see. She is professional and truly cares about my oral health. She makes sure I understand about any procedures needed and what I need to do with my teeth and mouth to keep my mouth healthy.

I am definitely not a big fan of visiting the dentist, which I often say to Dr. Ong. She is so sweet and, along with her staff, has made my visits so much more pleasant. I have not met one staff member who has not been friendly and helpful. The dental hygienists are all efficient and always aware of the patient's well-being. Dr. Ong and her staff make sure the patient is aware of their dental needs and the costs to be shared between the patient and insurance company. Awesome dentist and staff!!

The hygenist does great work! He is very cognizant of the balance hetween cleaning and not creating pain to get the job done.

Dr. Ong and staff provide the absolute best in professional dental care. State of the art equipment and a knowledgeable staff assures me that Dr. Ong stays current with the latest dental practices. I changed to this office because they offer Saturday appointments and have worked me in for an emergency. Every visit has been pain free. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone! Dr. Ong is a sweetheart of a doctor and her staff is the best!
