My experience over the past few years has been mostly positive though for my most recent visit for my lost filling I had trouble scheduling an emergency appointment. Whoever answered the phone seemed to have an annoyed tone with me and said "we don't schedule appointments like that anymore". It wasn't until my case manager in the behavioral health department helped me and called them herself that I got my appointment. I'm not sure what I need to tell the receptionist if this ever happens again.

The dentist and assistants i had were not on the same page. The lady put in my number gel on my gums only for the dentis To get there say you dont need this take it out. Gives me the shot in my gums, and as i jump and show i feel it this dumb ass re numbs my gums before stabbing me again in the mouth instead of just releasing the numbing shot when he already penatrated my mouth painfully. Dude is a moron. Lady sucked at swalling my saliva with the tool i felt like i kept getting pools of saliva in my mouth. And after all the the dentist goes to cutting a section off my gums he hasnt numbed and i feel it alot and he puts numbing q tip again and gives me a shit for a third time, this dentist is a dentist off wish or temu , every time i come here you guys torture my mouth. Make me and everyone feel bad for being low income and only being able to afford that type of low grade dental assistance

I scheduled a check up assuming it would be an exam and cleaning. Only to have x-rays and the exam. And to learn my cleaning could be scheduled August of 2024!!! And my filling March 2024. Ridiculous. The only saving grace is I was available all day the day of my appointment and able to return to take a cancelation later that day. But if working that may not have been the case.

I made an appointment for a tooth filling and they told me that they could do it in 3 months. I went to the appointment and they just took an X-ray and reschedule the appointment for 8 months.They didn't care that I told them it made me have bad breath, I can't eat well and sometimes I bleed. So, I waited 3 months for nothing. I hope somebody can help me in 8 months !

We routinely have terrible experiences here. Specifically we came to our last appointment and there were no notes explaining the appointment purpose. The dental assistant literally asked me if I knew what my appointment was for because no one had left any notes explaining why they made my appointment. When I asked to speak to the office manager they said she was busy and would call us back but we haven’t heard from them and it’s been days.

I am not sure of the dentists name but he has seen me for my last three visits. All three visits were to replace old fillings. After my first visit, I noticed that the material that is used for the filling was on my tooth so it felt like I had a constant blanket of plaque on my tooth. I asked for it to be smoothed out during my second appointment. He made an attempt but it was not smoothed out. After I returned home from my second appointment, the tooth that was worked on had the same roughness and the space between the teeth had material in it so I couldn't floss between them. After my third visit, same feeling on both teeth and space blocked between those teeth as well.

All the staff are professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Yoli, front desk, is an exceptional staff. She is always helpful and patient; attending to every patient with a big smile on her face, which is extremely appreciated as dental and/or medical clinics are stressful and intimidating to many people. They are always full with appointments. If you want to see the dentist you have to make an appointment and they going to see you and 6 to 8 months so that’s pretty sad for that clinic. They need more people or close it make a big one.

dentists and tecs very professional/ however I do have a problem with billing. It seems none of my claims {invoices} have been submitted to my insurance company since 2021...I've checked with my insurance,,,they have received nothing! My balance is now over $2000. I want to pay what I owe, but I'm sure the insurance covers some of this! Could you check on this. I spoke to someone in billing last July, but nothing has been done yet. Thank you.

This is a very busy place and it usually takes about 4-6 months to get in here for an appointment. Once you do get in, everyone is very understanding and caring. From the receptionist to the dentist, every time I have been here it has been a very good experience.

I was disappointed, because they told me I was going to get seen sooner to fix my root canal, but that never happened to finish my root canal. I end up getting my tooth taken out, that’s not what I thought it was going to happen but it did.

This last visit was what I expected. However, after my first visit I was charged for something called planing, rather than just a cleaning and x-rays. My insurance doesn’t cover planing. Since I have always had a cleaning every 6 months, I did not understand the very high cost of the visit. Then, somehow my check didn’t get to you -not your fault I presume, and my latest bill was astronomical. I have contacted the finance office and I am sure it will get straightened out, but this has not been the greatest experience. And now I can’t get another cleaning appointment until Nov. 29th!!

Aside from waiting 9 months for my appointment, (I know that Covid 19 messed things up a bit.). My 1st ever visit with Dr.Schur DDS, his Nurse and the office staff was, By far, The most 'Pleasant' and Informative visit to a Dentist that I have ever had.

I came in on an emergency visit did not see my regular dentist. I was in a lot of pain. The dentist that saw me and the hygienist did not give me any medicine to numb the area prior to The procedure. So I received two shots with no numbing medicine. Very painful. That evening when I got home and the numbing medicine wore off from the shot, the area where I received the shot swelled up and I was up most of the night looking for emergency places to go to to help me with my pain. Would highly recommend that you tell them prior to them giving you the shot that they need to put the numbing gel on first so it’s not so painful. Other than that the dental work was pretty good.

As a retiree with limited income, this dental care service is God send! In the past, I had heard so many horrifying/terrifying stories about medical/dental care services provided by Community Health Centers, well, I can now proof them wrong with the services I received from TCCH. Dr Brian Shur, This man is amazing!!! He is totally aware that people have anxieties and fears of dentists and he does his best to make sure that your feel safe and comfortable. This has been very important to me due to my unpleasant experiences I have had in the past. He has hands of an angel. You don't even feel the pinch of the needle when he numbs you and he always tries his best to be gentle and makes sure that you don't feel any pain. He is a little hard to get into but that's because he is that good that everyone wants just him. But he is worth the wait!! Thank you so much Dr Shur. I actually look forward to seeing him. It is a good place. The doctor that do the root canal did a very good job. Thank you doctor I can’t tell you thank you for the job you did on my tooth. But there is one thing last time when I went to the same clinic the other doctor that looks like Chinese told me that my tooth was not savable and I was disappointed for the decision that he made because I got to see the x-rays and it was not bad but he make seen that it was no good to keep the tooth, I didn’t take the option the he gave me I rather wait. Pain came again very bad I went again to the same clinic thinking I was going to get the tooth takin out but this doctor told me that I can keep my tooth and I choose the first option the he gave me I was happy. And he did the root canal and I keep my tooth thanks to him.

I asked for more numbing gel once again and didn't receive it. The dentist put it in and left it there for maybe a minute. I asked her for a recommendation for something to treat a spot on my gum that was extra red and irrated and she seemed absolutely clueless to wear I was referring to. And that is 1 of the places she had just worked and it looked a lot different the the surrounding gum tissue. And she should have caught that at the beginning.

I mad an appointment last year for a routine semi-annual visit. When I got the bill, I found out I had not been given an in network for Humana dentist. I didn’t realize I had to ask and no one asked about my insurance. Then, on the 13th of this month I thought I was getting my teeth cleaned, but actually it was something more that I was unaware of until I got the bill and called the office. Not only that, but I was scheduled for two visits for the cleaning! I have been to several dentists over the years and usually it takes one visit to do any x-rays and the cleaning. I almost felt it was a scam to have three visits for the same procedures. It turns out I only had to have one visit for the cleaning. Very unsatisfied,except for Igor who did the cleaning. He was very professional and thorough.

I'm fairly new to your organization, having been dedicated to Kadlec for over a decade. I chose them due to a lifetime of working across this entire country, something I'm quite grateful for. But... that has its problems; Never having my medical records at hand, when needed. Kadlec's "MyChart" solved this problem. My records are now available, anywhere that I have internet access. It was hard to change to providers outside of that organization, but having done so, I am pleased with TCCH. All of the services I require are also available. I'm pleased with the Drs I've seen and I'm doubly pleased at being "squeezed in" when I've had dental emergencies. That's something I couldn't get through Kadlec providers. Soooo... Thanks. Much appreciated!

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They have recently added TVs for a more pleasant experience. This would be the perfect dentist for anyone except the wait is unbelievably long. Two months for any procedures or check ups. I wish the state could find funding to get more staff. Maybe bring in some interns from the dental school? They are a really great bunch of folks there. All of them.

Once past the canceling of appointments hurdle, everything went well. Jamie Brackenberry's rescheduling of the appointment is very helpful. Nancy as a highly professional dental hygienist, is pleasant, friendly, helpful, and shows a personal interest in my dental health as usual. Sam took interest in pointing out suggestions to improve the efficiency of my next appointment that is very appreciated. I will look forward to my next visit.

I was nervous and asked for numbing gel. Assistant made a big deal about getting acted like it was a inconvenience for her. I wasn't numb enough Dentist seemed put out that they had to give me an extra shot of numbing medicine. She didn't get all the composite filling paste smoothed off my teeth. When I floss the dental floss gets stuck and shreds. Just seed like if it was a little more it was a big inconvenience. It felt like if you have State insurance you get State quality of care.

I was disappointed in the assistant to the dentist. I don't even remember him introducing himself to me. The assistant ripped the Blood Pressure cup off my arm instead of taking it off easily and made the comment "Took it off like a Band-Aid!" Wow, how professional is that?????

This was my first visit to the Pasco clinic and I enjoyed my experience for the most part. It was quite busy, so even though my husband and I both had 11am appointments, he got in a few minutes before 11 and I had to wait ~30 minutes. Also, I have a small mouth and the x-ray was not super pleasant due to the large size of the equipment that had to go in my mouth. It'd be great if you had smaller sizes.

They are so good with emergency situations. They get you in in a timely manner, get you taken care of, and on your way for the rest of your day. Chemotherapy is crumbling my teeth and the Doctors do the best they can with what is left to work with. I am thankful for the Doctors not just pulling my teeth out. I appreciate still having teeth to chew with. The doctors listen to the patients, and are gentle going about thier work. Thank you to all the staff at the Pasco office.

The dental hygienist Igor did amazing. It is probably the best experience I've ever had. It is really hard to find quality care like that especially when you have state insurance. Thank u guys so much!

The staff here are amazing. I have PTSD and severe anxiety and they take excellent care of me. If you have ANY concerns you can voice them and they work with you. Wonderful people from the technicians to the dentists. Thank you

I was erroneously scheduled for a cleaning, creating an awkward situation for myself and the cleaning technician. Neither of us could make sense of what was going on relating to why the appointment was scheduled in the first place. However, previous interactions with dental providers and staff have been generally cordial and pleasant.

Dental Hygienist was very polite, informative, and thorough. Very pleasant experience, as far a a dental procedure can be. All was excellent except the seats in the waiting room. I've sat on uneven rocks that were more comfortable.

I had a positive appointment but after getting up and attempting to walk out, I fell down right afterwards. I assumed I slipped on the calfs of my jeans but nothing would/could make that happen. The dentist asked me if falling was something I regularly do and I said no, it wasn’t. The next morning, I had to have another appointment with the same dentist and I told her i hope I wouldn’t fall again and she said a father and his son also fell down in the same area the day before. It seems there was a wet or slippery spot but there wasn’t a warning sign telling me to be careful, nor was I given an apology. I may be foolish sometimes but in the years I’ve visited the dentist, this was the first time I fell on my knees.

Everyone is great , the place is very clean. The problem I have is I am tall and the seats at the dentiest office and the urgent care are way to short... I trouble with my hip and it impossible to get up without help.. because they are so short and don't have backs....

My appointment was right on time. The receptionist was friendly, polite, and efficient. My dental hygienist and dentist were also knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I broke a tooth. Took 3 weeks to get in. That part is okay. I came in, I was looked at, and sent home with an appt for a month later to clean my teeth. The break is still there. Which means I have to be extremely careful for at least a month and a half, because I have to have ANOTHER appointment to fix the problem I CAME IN FOR!!!

I really like going to the TCCH Dental clinic. It has very courteous and friendly people at the front desk. The dentist that I have seen there are very knowledgeable and professional and seem to really care about the people that go there for their services. I go there every 4 months or so to get my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist has very caring hands and always makes me happy I came there. Another thing I really like is if you have a dental problem ie: toothache and no appt. they try really hard to get you in as soon as possible.
