Dr. Pham, outstanding...the dental hygienist not so much. First time after my annual teeth cleaning that I felt the need to find another hygienist to have my teeth cleaned. She spent more time "charting the doing the hard work of cleaning. In the past cleanings would take 40 minutes, she was done in 20...no more. New hygienist in the future or else need dentist.

The care you get from this dentist office is over the moon in how they care for their patients. The ladies at front desk that greet you when you come in (Pat & Evelyn) are so nice and helpful, very professional. Then you walk back for a cleaning (those ladies) are out of this world. They’re very thorough in their cleanings and so friendly, Bree worked on me and she was fast and went out of her way to do an awesome job. Then we get to Dr. Pham and Dr France, they go out of their way to explain things that might need to be done and if they do something like that, they are so gentle, always making sure you’re not in any pain. The ladies that work with them are always by their side to help assist in anything the doctors need. Both doctors do amazing work, we really like both of them. They have a very good team at this office!

The office is very nice, reception area is comfortable & the front office staff is friendly & accommodating when scheduling appointments. Everything looks clean & up to date. I saw Dr France & he made me feel at ease right away. He is thorough & gave me the best new patient exam I've had since moving to Arizona 12 years ago. He explained areas of concern & went over a treatment plan so that I understood & could see what needed to be done to maintain the health of my mouth. I met Dr Pham as well & he was friendly & showed interest in me as a patient in his practice. The hygienist Bri was gentle yet thorough in cleaning my teeth. Overall I'm very impressed with Thomas Pham Dentistry & will be recommending them to my friends looking for a new dentist.

From the minute I walked into the office I was treated with a professional, courteous, and positive attitude. The front desk was polite and responsive to my all my questions and accommodated by every inquiry. Jodie, the dental technician was cheerful and happy and made my initial visit to the dentist a pleasant one. Dr. France was beyond fantastic. He listened to my concern about my anxiety in being in a dentist chair and gave me a detailed and thorough dental exam citing my issues in a very calm and patient manner. He is no doubt one of the best dentist I have come across with an outstanding dentist chairside manner. Dr. France explained the steps that would be involved in correcting some issues and spent a lot of time discussing the issue of anxiety while in the chair making some strong and positive suggestions on how to alleviate my stress. Breanna, the hygienist was on a scale of 1 to 10 a 100. She cleaned my teeth, took into account my tooth sensitivity and I did not feel a thing. The cleaning was not rushed, and was completely thorough. Breanna was a complete blessing to have and her conversation and explanation of what she had to do was spoken to me in terms I could understand. Highly recommend this office and my only negative is that they do not accept my insurance as full payment.

What amazing treatment I received here. Walked in wanting to set up appointments for a broken tooth. The doctor overheard us setting the appointment and came out and offered to start that day because he had a little free time right then. I hadn’t even gotten my insurance and information set up yet. Dr. France fixed some teeth that was showing some wear because of grinding my teeth when sleeping and he did an awesome join. He was very pleased as the color matched perfectly and it doesn’t matter who works on you, they make sure you’re comfortable and not feeling any pain. I had my teeth cleaned first by Bree and then changed chairs to see Dr. France and like I said they make sure you are feeling no pain. The whole office have amazing people working there. 👍

The hygienist that cleaned my teeth discovered a few 5 pocket measurements. So she really dug in to clean those areas, and I was happy for her to do do. There was some bleeding, but was this due to the extra cleaning, or inflamed gums? Not sure. I learned that Dr. Pham is interviewing new hygienists, and she was a temp. Dr. Pham is being very careful to hire the best hygienist he can, which is very reassuring. Dr. Pham seems to be very forthright with his patients concerning dental health.

My biggest reason: I am a dental phobic, and Dr. Pham is by far the gentlest, most patient dentist I have ever been to. He just did some crown work for me, and I felt nothing. Kelly provides thorough periodontal cleaning with good communication and TLC. Dr Pham has done great work, and he is considerate of patient comfort. He has been conservative in trying to maintain health I have vs. replacing fillings, crowns, etc. in anticipation of future problems. This makes working with him less expensive and more comfortable than it might otherwise be.

Rather surprised I was the only patient in the waiting area wearing a mask. All you have to do is follow the daily coved report to know we are not over this. I went to a play at SCG last week and everyone was required to wear a mask for the entire performance.

The only negative comment I have is one of the fees that I was charged. I wanted to ask Dr. Pham a question about teeth whitening. After the hygienist finished, she checked to see if he was available and a little later, Dr. Pham came in. He quickly checked my teeth and answered my questions. I was charged $54 for that and I think that was way too expensive.

I had a recent flare up and swelling and was able to get a quick appointment with Dr Pham, who checked the problem area and referred me to Dr Thompson. The very next day the infected area was drained and now scheduled for a root canal procedure. Scheduling was quick and diagnose was excellent.
