Dear Dr. Plattner, I first visited Total Vision Care RB on 12 Nov. Where to start as I still do not have my glasses two months later. - My frames were supposed to ship to the lab, but were shipped to TVC RB. So that wasted a week. - The first lab spent a week or two figuring out they could not fabricate my prescription. So the Rx was sent to another lab, Hoya. Anotehr three weeks. - I returned on 24 Dec, TVC was closed. OK, holidays, I get it. - I returned on 26 Dec only to find a defect in the coating (Well, that is what Alex said it was when I pointed out the anomaly). Resend to Hoya. - I returned on 13 Jan. Scratches on both lenses. I am waiting on the next round. TVC RB has had my $390 for two months and so far I have nothing. -

I have been going to Dr. Hayes for almost 10 years. My experience with him and the whole Total Vision Care staff is always outstanding. Exams and the explanations are always extremely thorough. And the office is run very efficiently. My eyes are always in great care.

First of all I want to say Dr Hayes was really great and the lady that took my eye test. The 3 ladies on front desk was a different story. It felt like they don't want you there. Really bad costumer service and horrible job on explaining how the payments works on my insurance, whenever I tried to explain something they tend to cut me off. Also I over heard them talking about one of there patient while I was filling up my paperwork and thar clearly a violation of HIPPA.

I have been coming to this office for years, And have been totally spoiled with Dr. Klien examaning my eyes. Now he is in the administration side of the business. 😭 Recently had my exam with a temporary eye Dr. And the exam did not go well. The measurements were off. It took 2 times to get it straightened out. Thanks to Dr. Klien, and Dr. Hayes. It has been corrected. I will continue to get my eye exam done with them. As long as these 2 Dr. Are in control of the process! Not Dr. OWENS!

I always look forward to my annual eye exam with Dr. Klein at their beautiful office in Rancho Bernardo, which is why I drive 2 1/2 hours to see him, even after moving away from the area. His professionalism, calm and reassuring demeanor and careful attention to detail lets me know that he truly cares about the health of my eyes. I also like the fact they have all the most current technology and an amazing selection of frames. The office itself is aesthetically first-rate with friendly, helpful staff and opticians who have excellent taste, gently guiding you without ever pushing. The entire experience is so easy, comfortable and refreshing it’s almost like visiting a day spa for your eyes.
