I have gone to Dr Lee for years. I struggled with Paragon CRT lenses for 20/20 vision under another doctor's care but Dr Lee was the one that got me my perfect vision with no glasses ansd no contacts during the day!!! I love Paragon CRT lenses. The staff is great and work really hard to answer questions.

My husband and I went to see Dr.Patel for the first time, she was really friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk was really helpful and fast to get us in and out. My husband received his glasses quickly and he is really loving them! They have a huge selection of glasses including really nice high-end brands. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

I wear CRT Paragon contact lenses and Dr Lee is an expert at fitting these lenses. I struggled for years to have good vision with these lenses. I moved to Pearland and began seeing Dr Lee and he made it happen! I have 20/20 vision with contacts that I only wear at night. They are awesome.

I love the staff the young girls in the front so professional so caring and cheering. My Doctor amazing I really recommend this place to everyone. I do advice the manager to privately correct his staff not in front of patient in a professional manner. It's really rude to talk about or mock paying customers. As I came in for my appointment I was on the phone and apologized for being on the phone. I didn't hear what the lady of front said to me because I was getting of the phone as she was talking. As I walked away I was laughed at. For what reason I don't know but it was rude and made me very uncomfortable. They treated my children better than I was treated. There was one front office assitant was very very nice as well as all the optometrists on duty. Other than that my experience was OK.

I've been a patient of Dr Tran at this location for years. I now live in Kingwood (45 mnts away) and travel to this location because of the AMAZING service!!!! During my Mom's cancer battle her vision began get worse. Dr Tran and the staff accepted her in as a new patient, with no problems. I receive honest answers about a frame's appearance on me (regardless of the price). Charges and benefits are explained thoroughly. A reminder email is always sent and offers for a call are never forgotten. Dr. Tran is interested in my life changes and shares her's. It's like having a distant friend whom you trust to take care of your optical needs! Thanks Dr. Tran and the wonderful staff of the Silverlake location! Feli'cia Lewis.

My 15 year old daughter wanted to see the picture of her eye but we were told it cost us 29.00 to see it. Honestly I think that is ridiculous. It's her eye and she was curious plus it's right there on the computer screen. Not sure why you would charge your customers to see a picture of her eye that we paid for with the exam.

To start my service provided by Dr Tran was excellent as always. My poor ratings are for the office staff. When I first arrived they were extremely rude and their attitude was I was disturbing them to check-in. They then seemed to display a huge displeasure to have to review the patient list to check if I was listed. I am completely disappointed and will probably not be returning due to this experience. After many years of the office staff seeming to get worst each year, even though I love Dr Tran, I would prefer an office that displays excellent customer service throughout my whole visit.

When we walked in the girl at the first seat welcomed us and checked my son's name off but then we sat for almost a full hour after our appointment before someone took us back. The girl explained that there was a miscommunication and they did not know we were there. She said that they kept asking who those people were and no one knew. She said that they kept asking who those people were and no one knew. If there were questions, why didn't they check with the receptionist or with us. A better check-in procedure might need to be developed.

My second visit there on Monday May 11th with the doctor was so great! I told her what was wrong with the contacts I had been given a couple weeks before and she fixed them instantly. She really listened to my complaints and resolved my issue immediately. I'll be seeing her again for another follow up & because of her I will continue to come to Today's Vision Silverlake.

I felt rushed with the doctor. .first time seeing her. While she may have been trying to get me out so I have A short and sweet visit, first time I felt rushed in every thing. She quickly typed on computer then wss rushing to look at eye, she could demonstrate quick service without the obvious evidence of rushing from typing to doing everything else.

My last visit was in 2013 and at that time, I said that I wouldn't return because of the service of the front office staff. After the birth of my second child, my vision changed abruptly, which is what brought me in yesterday. The front desk staff were all new, from what they told me. They could not answer my questions and were rude. When it was time to discuss my financial obligations, the young girl helping me was extremely unprofessional and was rolling her eyes as she spoke. If I didn't need my glasses and contacts right away, I'd cancel the order. I will definitely not return in the future. The doctors are great, but a better job needs to be done about the front office staff since they are the ones that spend the most time with customers.

I had an eye exam and later received glasses. But, my vision has not improved. I would say, instead of making my vision better that glasses makes my sight worse. I do believe the prescription isn't correct.

I am disappointed in a problem i am continuing to have with a pair of glasses that i purchased in 2011 from this store. The lenses have never fit properly. I asked this time to have the lenses replaced and they told me that it would not correct the concavity which causes the bulging of the lenses outside of the frame. I cannot believe that the Rayban frames I purchased from this store do not have a lens option which does not bulge out. The frames are still sold at the store so if there is not an option to address this flaw I don't think you should sell the frames. I spoke to my neighbor who is an optometrist and he told me that they just selected the wrong lenses.
