Awesome eye doctor! Very thorough, goes over every test with you. Had an eye emergency on a Sunday, Dr. Hill meet me at his office to see me instead of having to go to the emergency room (where they would not have done any of the test that needed to be done) and am grateful for it. Dr. Hill was great!!!! I thought I was losing sight in my right eye after cataract surgery. I saw Dr. Hill and he knew exactly what my problem was. Thankfully it is fixable and I will not lose my eye sight!!!! He was very kind and understood my anxiety and let me know it will be okay!!!!

Excellent doctor and portfolio of services for testing eyesight and the presence of various eye conditions. After testing you can depend on Dr. Hill for a detailed explanation of the results of those tests and where you stand with regard to those results.. The office and medical support staff were very polite, helpful and efficient at performing the testing. Last but not least, the staff had set up carefully planned COVID office procedures designed to protect everyone concerned.

The office staff is always super nice and friendly. They are helpful and patient, especially when picking out new frames. I always feel like I’m a priority when I’m there. When some of the girls is taking care of me- she’s with me the whole way and are there to help me the entire time. I have enjoyed being a patient here for many years now. I took my 15 yr old son for his first eye exam. The staff was great, and helped my son select his frames. Dr Hill did a great job making my son feel comfortable and explaining all the processes of the exam.

Dr Hill took the time to fully understand the the issues I was have with my new glasses, the prescription was written by another Dr somewhere else. Dr Hill took his time to fully understand the problems I was having and gave me a comprehensive eye exam, and adjusted the prescription and remade the glasses, he took time to explain to me how the lens implants I had to correct my cataracts were effecting my vision, and how he was going to correct this with a new prescription for my glasses.

I definitely recommend Dr. Hill at Today's Vision in Rockwall. It was easy to get an appointment (have to wait two months with my previous provider), and the service was great. Angela and Brenda were very communicative and accommodating, and Dr. Hill was very thorough with his exam. They were not pushy about purchasing certain frames or lenses and worked with I felt was best for me. Their location is easy to get to as well with plenty of parking. It was a really good experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Hill for four years now. He is fantastic and his staff are friendly and helpful. I have had some difficulties with my vision changing routinely, one time to the tune of needing another exam and complete change in prescription in one week, from the time I got fitted to the next week when I went for my follow-up. He was patient with me, concerned and referred me to a specialist for a whole new set of treatment. I just saw Dr. Hill again yesterday and will continue to see him each year. Choose Dr. Hill if you are in need of an Optometrist. You will be glad you did!

Today's Vision staff were wonderful, especially Dr. Hill and Linda. Dr. Hill and his staff were willing to work with me to replace the progressive lens, giving me advice on getting computer glasses and to get the correct prescription from the first optometrist. I already made my mind up to transfer my records to Today's Vision. After seeing the first optometrist to get an updated prescription, the prescription was still wrong! This just reinforced my impressions of Today's Vision and I have already convinced my family to transfer their records to Today's Vision. Dr hill and staff very professional, great selection of glasses, very clean, nice to avoid "rush" of I-30 traffic. Dr hill took his time and gave very thorough exam, with longer-than-average time doing fundoscopic exam (with ophthalmoscope looking at vessels in back of eye). If i were to offer any advice, when people try on glasses, they should offer/ suggest taking photos with patient's own cell phone wearing different frames. People who are blind without eyeglasses can't see how they look in different frames. I say this because they were very patient with a teenager who stopped by with prescription from another dr, but couldn't make up his mind. He tried on handsome frames, but was too self-conscious to choose. Just offer to take photos of them, offer some suggestions, and let them go home and choose. They are not pushy at all. Staff all focused on the patients, not chatting on their cell phones, eating lunch, or otherwise distracted. And they all got along, no complaining about their jobs. This is exactly what an optometry practice should be. Equipment was all cleaned in front of me.

I was very happy with this family owned and operated business. The staff were personable and professional. Dr. Hill is excellent at what he does. I ended up having near perfect vision, but Dr. Hill did show me that with a slight vision prescription, it could be better. He was very honest with me though and said he wouldn't even necessarily recommend lenses at this time - that the decision was up to me (it was basically for making things far away slightly less blurry at nighttime). He gave me my results and a quote on lenses and didn't pressure me to make a decision then or buy from him. For now, I think I am going to hold off, but will be returning to him if I ever do decide to purchase glasses, and definitely for my eye exams in the future!

I drive from Uptown to Rockwall just to see Dr. Hill. I've had glasses for almost 20 years and I've seen several different eye doctors in that time. I discovered Dr. Hill a few years ago when a friend in Rockwall needed to visit an eye doctor for the first time. I came with my friend as moral support for the first appt with Dr. Hill. During this appointment, I was impressed Dr. Hill's communication skills. He is very knowledgeable, but he explains things in a way that normal people without medical degrees can understand. Dr. Hill and his staff are friendly and kind. I'm so glad I found Dr. Hill and I give him my highest recommendation!

You guys ROCK!!! Everything was so smooth flowing as soon as I walked into the door. I'm skeptical about eye doctors; because I had the same Doctor for so long. I always noticed bad problems with eyes in my family, so I was concurrently worried about taking care of my eyes; and who was advising me and notating the progress in the health of my eyes. Dr. Hill allowed serious comfort to the idea of an Optomologist, I have never felt so calm letting someone new look at my eyes before. Dr. Hill's crew had everything flowing smoothly and I was assisted in every way from using a mirror to put in contacts all the way to picking out lenses for my new glasses, and helping me understand what all I could get out of my perscription lenses! Dr. Hill does a superb job at providing hospitality to all!

Dr. Hill has seen my son, my husband, and myself and every visit has been very enjoyable. The staff is friendly and takes their time with helping us. Dr. Hill doesn't rush through the appointment he makes you know he cares about your eyes.

Dr. Hill's staff was very patient and helpful. They were patient as our son tried to sit still through the glaucoma test. They helped us look for frames, even setting some aside for us to come back and try on later. They were knowledgeable of our insurance coverage. Dr Hill is always very thorough in his exams.
